  1. Unofficial Vote Tally: Ensign Peter Robbins (KingoftheZempk) 10 Votes -- Brickdoctor, Scubacarrot, Peanuts, Scouty, CallMePie, Flipz, Awesomestar, swils, VolcanicPanic, Tamamono, Dakar A Lieutenant Joshua Wright (AwesomeStar) 3 Votes -- Darkdragon, KingoftheZempk, Dannylonglegs Still to vote (10): Fugazi, Dragonator, Kadabra, Shadows, Flare, Inconspicuous, Palathadric, Waterbrick Down, Masked Builder, CallMePie And while I'm goofing around with stats and the like, here's how many times each person has posted spoken up: Now, I don't know about you, but I find it rather odd that Lieutenant Donna Willis has yet to speak up, despite almost 31 hours passing already today. Speak up, Lieutenant! We need your help! Since Ensign Robbins is most likely going to be lynched, those among us with Power Roles should begin thinking about potential targets; after all, a majority will be reached with just one more vote, which means the Day will end as soon as the Admiral sees it go through. If you have a Night Action, please contact someone you think you can trust; we need to start making connections--after all, the Scum are almost certainly sitting around behind the scenes, plotting their next move. If you wish to contact me, I promise I will NOT reveal your action and identity to ANYONE (not even silver-tongued, blue-haired Jedi! )without your express permission ; I will use code names if it becomes necessary to discuss your role. As you will have noted, I've publicly asked the Vigilante to kill Lt. Joshua Wright tonight, due to his scummy behavior; similarly, I have an optimal course of action planned out for the Night for any likely Role, so you need only come and ask and I will happily provide a target for you. If you are unsure about trusting me directly with your identity, feel free to utilize an intermediary, but I hope that come morning such measures will be proven unnecessary. Whoops, couple of errors there. This is an accurate tally.
  2. Wait, you're split off from your main party, too? PARTY TIME!
  3. Same here. Don't worry, Chromeknight, given my bumbling Party Leadership, you guys won't have to rush so long as you continue to hold WBD hostage. That said, I am REALLY enjoying the 1-on-1 RP with Alexandre, hopefully Arthur can get some 1-on-1 with each of the other non-NPCs as well.
  4. The bombs' damage should not be halved for row, but the damage done from Free Hits should be. I think this has come up once or twice before, but I can't remember for sure.
  5. "Actually, you need to attack first, then move, otherwise the hill will keep you from attacking. "
  6. "Imperials A, Rogues B, Crossbowmen A, Rogue Knights A, Crossbowmen B, take the Pongcanis Brutes. Let's see...Alexandre, when Lion Pikemen B move, Imperials C will follow them, and Lion Pikemen D will follow Imperials C. This course of action will continue until Lion Pikemen B move into attack range of an enemy. Knights C should simply attack the Rogue Knights A twice, or move North and attack the Pongcanis Brutes if Knights A are already defeated; if Knights C attack the Pongcanis Brutes, Crossbowmen B will switch to Rogue Lions B." Battle Order: Crossbowmen A vs. Rogue Lion Knights A Knights C vs. Rogue Lion Knights A OR Move North 1 Hex (assuming Alexandre agrees) Knights C vs. Rogue Lion Knights A OR vs. Pongcanis Brutes (assuming Alexandre agrees) Crossbowmen B vs. Pongcanis Brutes OR vs. Rogue Lion Knights B Imperial Pikemen A vs. Rogue Lion Pikemen B Lion Pikemen B Move NorthWest 1 Hex OR Move SouthWest 1 Hex (assuming Alexandre agrees) Imperial Pikemen C Move into the Hex vacated by Lion Pikemen B Lion Pikemen D Move into the Hex vacated by Imperial Pikemen C
  7. Fair enough. They're almost undoubtedly both Scum, but I still think Robbins is scummier.
  8. :laugh_hard: Of course I'm not, you know that already because you are a Scum! For your reference in the afterlife, I present you with these three data chips, containing valuable and useful information on such situations. That's how I know.
  9. Any particular reason we should Lynch Lt. Wright instead of Vigkilling him? Robbins is a lot scummier at this point.
  10. As I said before, I will Vote: Peter Robbins (KingoftheZempk). The No Lynch suggestion alone is worth a lynch, and your somewhat-incoherent ramblings are a veritable playbook of rookie Scum mistakes. So long, scummo!
  11. Did you...seriously...just suggest a No Lynch? I'm not even going to list all the DOZENS of reasons a Day 1 No Lynch is a terrible idea, and just suggest a Policy Lynch on this alone. Seriously... AwesomeStar, I have good news and bad news for you. The good news: there is almost ABSOLUTELY no way I will vote for anyone but King at this point. The bad news: I'm pretty certain the Vig is going to kill you tonight, unless you'd like to defend yourself?
  12. Here's a hint: not by giving up.
  13. I don't know much about the security department aside from the fact that you absolutely refuse to let me outfit you with cybernetic enhancements or their training, but I don't see how calling myself a loyalist is a scumtell. Granted, your line of thought does make a certain degree of sense, but in this case it fails; I was subtly reaching out to any potential Neutral parties, encouraging them to side with us instead of the Scum--using the word Loyalist to emphasize my point. I'll also point out tha me accent can be a bi' o'erwhelmin', and can make me sound a wee bi' off from normal. Since someone has privately asked me ta stop tha ethnocentrist, I've reprogrammed my Universal Translator to filter it out in all future speech. I've done well in that regard in the past, if you'll recall, and that holodeck program has left me even more paranoid about who I trust with that information. It may just be my opinion, but I feel I am the best crewmember for the role. That is...FAR too unreasonably complex. The worst part of a Townie getting lynched is that a megablockin' townie is lynched, not that the Scum can use WIFOM to confuse the issue after the fact. They're Scum; of COURSE they're going to use WIFOM. The fact that you've thought through this so thoroughly is highly scummy in my book. Other folks have already explained the scumminess of the rest of your behavior, so I won't clutter things up by repeating their arguments, though I will echo Ensign Holloway: Are you freaking serious? Indeed. I'm pretty certain either of them would be a good lynch; they're clearly Scum buddies. Vigilante, take note: whichever of these two survives the Day lynch, kill the other one tonight, please!
  14. "Crossbowmen A, Rogue Knights A, Crossbowmen B, Rogue Knights B. Imperial Pikemen A, take the Tethusial, you can take a hit from the others. Imperials B, the Pogs. Alexandre, send your Pikemen SouthEast, we need to intercept Knights B before they can reach the crossbowmen. Don't bother the Tethusial, just have your Knights take the enemy Knights to keep them from getting a Free Hit. Imperials C and Lion Pikemen D, finish Rogues F already." Battle Order: Knights C All of Arthur's units Lion Pikemen B
  15. Sir, why do I get tha feeling tha' ye should be telling someone named "Jim" that he's dead? Suspicious? Perhaps, though I was once told a bedtime story in which an arrogant princess did the same thing, despite being the Town Doctor. A character not unlike Ensign Mandel worked closely with said princess, and perhaps decided to imitate her. That said, it IS rather suspicious behavior, and feels more than a little forced. Good work, Lieutenant. It is? *checks Scumcorder* ...blast! It is! In that case, you must be guaranteed Town.
  16. Hey folks, I'm contemplating what I should do with my Zoot's Cookie. I know I could just turn it to gold, but that seems wasteful to me, unless it was to buy something REALLY good. What do you all think would be more useful in the long run, more extra Health, extra Ether, or extra Power?
  17. As he waits for his troops to move into position ( OOC: ), Arthur contemplates his Zoot's Cookie. He knew it would enhance his strengths, the question was what strength he wanted to devote it to; it was an artifact of Chaos, and even the slightest doubt could ruin its potency.
  18. Fair enough. Though if tha day continues at its recent pace, I'd settle for any sort of talking, even if it is rediculous. An' for tha record, Ensign Holloway gave it ta me when we were binge-drinking transmission fluid from antique 2010s-era cars in Paris--that was back when we used lubricant fer a different purpose. I meant in tha posts themselves, ye seemed ta push it a little hard. If I'd have thought ta mention that possibility, I would've said somethin' like, "keep in mind tha possibility of a second Scum team ta hunt down--it seems ta be hinted at in tha Admiral's firs' rule." I wouldnae have emphasized it as much as ye did. But then again, ye're nae me, so ye say things a little differently--as I recall, that's why things dinnae work out, actually. An' like I said, ya just feel Scummy ta me fer some reason--I cannae quite put my finger on it, but I'm tryin'.
  19. We need ta talk ta find tha Scum. We talk, the Scum say things (or else look suspicious for lurkin' about and nae sayin' anythin'. Sooner or later, tha Scum come ta regret sayin' those things because they can't keep up tha charade. If it takes baseless accusations ta create conversation, fine, let's go with it. Should we stay mature? O' course. Should we stay silent? Heck no! We hafta speak up, or else tha Scum can hide right within our midst like they did in my holodeck program. Yer attempt ta derail tha investigative process is duly noted, though.
  20. 1.) It's more because ya seemed ta push it rather hard considerin' how minor it is, and that fact tha' in tha second statement I quoted, ya seemed ta suddenly take it back ("I still think being confident about another scum team is jumping to conclusions, though"). It just feels scummy ta me, you understand? 2.) It's a Scumcorder, not a Scumdar, dammit! This is spcae, people, just go with it!
  21. Aye, I have ta agree. If not another Scum faction, then some other faction with a bizzare win condition (i.e. plant "seeds" on us and try ta have the majority of surviving crewmwmbers 'seeded' when the situation ends--yes I've been reading old Batman comics, why do ya ask? ). I personally am hopin' fer tha latter, as there's a chance that they can win with us Loyalists. ...O'course, ye'll fergive me if I dismiss all this information about Town-tells as bollocks; I experienced a Holodeck program recently tha' eroded my trust in such things, especially when tha information comes from a figure not unlike yerself. There's also tha possibility of tha two joinin' tagether and annhiliatin' us all. We need ta avoid tha' at all costs. Not that we can do much at tha moment, but if ye're a Loyalist wi' a Power Role, be aware o' tha possibility o' a second non-Town team. In fact, it'd be best if tha Loyalists had one or two people ta rally around ta direct their Night Actions. I may just be a junior Engineer, but I'd be happy ta construct such an alliance, if ye're willin'. Anyhow, I was just in tha corner calibratin' my Scumdar Scumcorder when it pinged this statement... Ye seem awful eager ta help, but yer statements don't seem ta be helpin' tha' much...granted, pointin' out tha possibility o' a second team was potentially helpful, but it's more o' a "keep in mind" sort o' thing rather than a "oh look a vital clue" sort o' thing. I mebbe readin' too much inta this, but we do have ta start somewhere...
  22. "Ach! Good heavens, what a bloody mess! Well, at least the blood matches his epaulettes... And look, the killers were nice enough to leave flowers! " "So, who shall we point fingers at first? Lieutenant Daly, I see you're paying attention as much as I am, have you any suspicions? Any 'gut feelings' to start with?"
  23. Haters gonna hate--I personally like the new theme. My only nitpick is that the green login box and "add reply" and "new topic" buttons seem a little bit off--perhaps a more pastel shade of green or else the new Medium Azure from the Friends line itself would be in order? Overall, though, I'm loving the change--great job, everyone!
  24. "All Crossbowmen, attack Rogue Lions A, you'll turn them into Swiss cheese! Crossbowmen A, if Lions A are defeated finish the Tethusial. All Imperials, attack directly North. Lion Pikemen D, take Rogues F." "Sir Alexandre, Pikemen C should take the Tethusial Crossbowmen, and Pikemen B should take Rogues F. Your Knights should move Southwest and then Northwest." "Keep it up, we've almost won." Battle Order: Crossbowmen B Crossbowmen A All Imperials Lion Pikemen D Lion Pikemen B Lion Pikemen C Knights C
