I went back to my Toys R us today and there were no DC superheroes or Star Wars 2015 sets but, the City, Friends and Chima were out. Also the Rocket Racoons had disappeared from the selves, I'm guessing my branch screwed up by putting them out early and were ordered to take them off shelves.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion

Almost all of that article is just a plot theory about the MCU and has 0 relevance to LEGO. A lot of it is theoretical and since LEGO rarely make sets accurate that article should be posted in the MCU forum. -

What on earth does that have anything to do with 2015 LEGO Marvel sets? -
So far to my knowledge here's only appeared in a single branch of TRU in the middle of England, and some sort of LEGO convention that was held one weekend to my knowledge.

The difference is that those movies go over to the US with in a week or so, and also the movies being released early goes both ways. Teenage mutant ninja turtles, Muppets most wanted, Transformers 4, Dawn of the planet of the Apes and Godzilla are just some of the examples this year, where the movie has been released in the US before the UK. You can also easily avoid those spoilers like most other people do by avoiding certain threads on forums, or by not looking at comment sections. Movies aren't really comparable to LEGO however since those movies see wide releases extremely quickly, which isn't the same as LEGO. We are only just getting the Rocket Racoon polybag over here and so far they have only appeared in a single store location, which is several months after they were spotted in the US. If I remember correctly you were complaining and whining a few pages back over the fact that you couldn't find 4 LEGO sets 7 days before there official release date, and to be honest I find it ridiculous that your telling everyone to calm down now.

I'm guessing that will be bundled with either a Minifigure dictionary for DC or maybe the Flash TV show on DVD. However I'm guessing it will be more likely a Minifigure Dictionary.

Since when has YellowJacket ever been a villain? -
LEGO and most other companies release the sets in January because they make more money this way. It allows stores to make room for the knew sets in January. Lots of grand parents and parents take the kids to the toy store before Christmas in order to find out what they want. Kids usually want what they see on the shelves and so by having just the old sets there, make the most out of that wave. Plus lots of kids get money for Christmas and are ready to spend it in January ready for the new sets.

I'm a little bit irritated that they chose Fallout Boy before Skinner, Moe or even Radioactive man . Still I'm extremely excited for the rest.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion

Hey everyone I've posted this in the UK sales but I thought I'd post it here as well for more coverage. I just got back from my nearest Toys R us ( Northampton ) and it appears that the Rocket Raccoon Polybags are now in the UK. I managed to get a couple, but there's no price on them and no promotion at the moment. Luckily they still ring them through the till and the cost £4.97 each. My store had around 100 of them, so there should be plenty to go around. -
I just got back from my nearest Toys R us and I have some wonderful news. First off I found some series 13 minifigures on the shelves which is pretty good. The big news is I found a Box with about 100 ROCKET RACCOON Polybags in. My store didn't have and promo signs up and no price tags for them but when I got to the till they priced up at £4.97 each. I was quite suprised to see them really since there has been no mention of them appearing in the UK. Still it's a great stocking filler if you guys are still looking for some. Edit: Just thought I'd add that I found these at the Northampton store.

So far Jokers only been in one expensive set so far, and that was Arkham Asylum. The other 4 sets he's been in are really small to medium sets, the Batwing, Steam roller, Juniors Bat-cave and the funhouse.

Nothing yet, but the new sets are said to be coming out on the 26th.

Personally I like the new Fabric capes, they are much more natural and look more realistic. They really suit the Super hero sets where the capes are meant to be flowing or draped over the hero. The old capes were way to stiff and they just never suited the figures, especial a figure like Batman who's cape is meant to be flowing in the wind.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Sam892 replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
This is a thread for LEGO discussion and LEGO sets very rarely are accurate to the source material. So discussing plot points about the film ( regardless whether Marvel have stated them or not) is irrelevant. Also a lot of people purposely avoid Movie news of any sort, and since this topic encompasses X-men, Spidey, ect it's incredible frustrating to have stuff spoilt. If this was purely a Avengers LEGO thread then fine, but it's not. Plot points like who creates who and what happens to who has absolutely no relevance to LEGO. There's a topic for all MARVEL movie news here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=76968&st=2525#entry2074881 That's the place to go to discuss Story and what not. -
Around January this year my TESCO they had the Shell Raisers reduced from £69.00 to £35. This was just after Christmas though.

Urgh enough with the spoilers! Jeez. -
If any set was going to be inspired by the TV show it would more likely be based on reverse Flash. Especially since he's been built up as the big bad of the show. It doesn't matter though cause there's a 99.99999% chance that we won't get anything based or inspired by the show.

Petition for DC Comics Collectible Minifigure series
Sam892 replied to omegabob's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm sure LEGO would class each CMF line as a single product, since you can really only buy one thing. The product itself is a single blind bag and not what is contained in the bag. When you buy a CMF you have no idea, the bag is sealed and inside is a random toy. It's very similar to bag of M&Ms. The company that makes them don't consider Red M&Ms a different product than green M&Ms they consider the sealed bag as the product. Plus a lot of the Video game designs aren't physically usable. Most of those designs are created with no fixed budget per Minifigure, as a result a lot of those figures have printing that is extremely expensive. Also a lot of them have printing in areas that LEGO rarely prints on due to how difficult it is to print on certain parts. Those figures were designed purely for virtual use an as such won't work in the real world. Another example might be that some of the colours don't work well with some of the printed colours. The figures in the game also weren't designed by LEGO but by TT games, so each character would have to be redesigned by LEGO themselves. -
Petition for DC Comics Collectible Minifigure series

I think a petition is really the wrong way to go about obtaining a Superhero CMF line. A petition sounds very demanding and aggressive and due to that I doubt LEGO would bother even considering it. The better way to go about this would be as a concept on LEGO ideas. Personally I'm not sure I even want a CMF superhero line. Each year is expensive enough as it is, plus I hate the cheap plastic and cheap printing the CMFs have. -
The only one who really springs to mind when I see that is John Constantine.

Or use a soldering iron, if you hook the heated end in the eye of the pin it slides out with ease.

Is it only US?
