  1. Alternate build of set 60458 (Pizza vs. Fire Truck).
  2. This is a small spacecraft taking part in police chases somewhere in a distant galaxy.
  3. It wasn't meant to be a complaint, I only shared an unpopular opinion and explained why I prefer stickers. I think that I might start collecting LEGO stickers, because I have no other use for them :) And l don't think I "won" because I didn't start in any "competition". Thanks for your perspective :)
  4. Well maybe if I will have thousands of pieces and more experience I will change my view. For now it's just a wasted piece because it has some weird print that doesn't fit something I want to build.
  5. I prefer stickers over printed pieces. I like my bricks free of any imagery. With stickers, I can simply choose not to apply them.
  6. Nice idea, but the image is a bit too small to fully appreciate your work.
  7. About fitting castles into a City, there are castles in some modern cities and towns, so I think Castle can easily fit into a city theme as "old castle ruins", "castle holiday tour", "old town", "castle hotel" or even "robin hood movie set".
  8. It is amazing.
  9. This is so beautiful. I love the colors, very tasteful. Supported.
  10. I know this is never going to happen, but if we talk about dreams, a theme based on Quake or Doom FPS game would be interesting for me due to nostalgia. I spent a lot of time playing these games. Recreating fragments of classic levels would be fun I think.
  11. Taking this robot apart was a bit of a struggle. I had to pull the little robot's arms with all my adult force, and it still took me a while to dismantle them. Not sure if it's supposed to go into the wheel axles I used.
  12. You can attach any farming equipment you want, thanks to a ball joint at the back.
  13. As a kid I sorted them by color as far as I remember. But I don't think it's optimal because it's easier to find color than shape. Now I sorted my 3 LEGO sets I have so far by general type: 1*x bricks larger bricks 1*x plates larger plates tiles wheels hinges, axles etc studs snots minifigures and plants weird pieces
  14. Kind of reminds me of the Alien/Aliens movies, although it's Blacktron.
  15. I know it is small but you have to start somewhere.
  16. Hi, my real name is Jakub, but you can call me Parrot. I'm from Poland and I'm 44 years old. I learned about the AFOL community a few years ago, but I didn't buy any sets back then. My LEGO from childhood (early 1990s) were lost a long time ago, given to other children when I grew up. As a result, my "dark ages" lasted for over a quarter of a century. Even back then I didn't have a huge collection - just a dozen or so sets - but I really liked them, and for a child in Poland, shortly after the communist regime fell, it was quite a lot. This Christmas, somewhat to my surprise, I received a small LEGO set from my mom - the Jungle Explorer ATV (#60424). I built it, then took it apart and created my first MOCs. I hope that as I gain more experience and more bricks, my creations will start to look better. I've already ordered a few new sets :D For now, I'm posting photos of what I created from this "ATV" set (I'm sharing the photos here as part of my introduction). One thing I noticed after such a long break is that the bricks now seem much smaller. Strange. Maybe it's just my eyesight not being what it used to be.
