Yes, that makes sense, but what I propose is this: all elements are neutral against a Hero to start with, but obviously there can be modifiers like that.

With the negative stuff out of the way (I hope), I have an actual question: Are the Heroes actually weak against darkness damage (do they receive double damage?). I am inclined to say no, actually, for several reasons: It would balance the Arena/PvP more, at the moment I don't think anyone would really stand a chance against most heroes with darkness weapons. We already have some heroes that are not strictly humanoid. There is no real sense in it actually being in there for Quests. What do other people think?

Look at it this way: If you were on a story/mystery oriented quest, you would not like the ending/solution spoiled, would you? I for one read this entire topic, and I found the "hint", or at least the connection was apparant enough to figure it out, and not everyone said what was in the spoilers. Plus: opening spoilers is very tempting . And I think the players actually did read it, at least Flipz's hint, since it was not in spoilers for quite some time. I may be in the minority, but I would be fairly annoyed if a quest I was on or a quest I was QM'ing was spoiled in a way like this, so please guys, if you figure it out, it's cool to send a message to the QM of the quest saying you figured it out, they appreciate it, it shows other people are actively involved, following the quest, which is very cool, but please don't discuss/give "hints" like this. I'm sure that will be very much appreciated!

Well no, I assume it can't divide if it's dead. And I also assume every battle is at least possible. The battle against count shadeaux was extremely difficult, but it was at least possible.

Am I the only one that finds it slightly funny people are getting penalty votes after there were only 46 hours after voting started, and the hosts are around 2 days late with the next day.

Of course, me too, I just don't agree with the fact that we are always going to get free hits, it makes the battle impossible. I can't see a way we can win this battle, even with the best possible rolls.

Sandy, if the halves of the enemy get free hits, the battle is next to impossible, Say Guts and Dak both hit their target next turn, we would face 4 level 5 enemies, that each get free hits, dealing 10 damage to each of us, leaving Dak at 1, and me at 5 health, the next turn we would be wiped out, or the turn after that, if we use consumables. I'm okay with hard battles, but this is pretty much impossible :/

You guys just spoiled Quest 33 for the questers in there, was it not more fun if they figured it out themselves?

Nah, it's a bad idea, especially in the US. Sure, there are some people that would pay money for olympics merchandise. But honestly, most people aren't interested in the olympics (or at least in merchandise), and the only reason the UK minifigs are a thing is because it's the host country. What would happen is there would be a few AFOL's, a few children and maybe a handful olympic fanatics that would buy them, and you would have massive leftovers everywhere, because the target audience for these are few and far between, while they still have to distribute everywhere. Remember the Sports sets and in particular the NBA Lego? They did not do too well. Plus: It's obvious they don't have something planned, and there is no way they are going to be able to do negotiations, design the product (they could use the same figs, with different colour clothes, but still) etc. in time for the olympics.

Guts would not, they are incompetent, They constantly require the aid of Heroica, despite being powerful wizards, if they had the ability to do good in the city, they would have at this point, and they can probably do the most harm out of all the families, if they wanted (except maybe the Bonapartes, they could effectively lock down the island). Plus Guts hates magic users in general, those with that kind of power will eventually always abuse it, and Guts firmly believes mages are a magnet for evil, as well as the source of demons and undead.

I kinda agree, this thread is getting really full, perhaps it's an idea to just allow QM's to post and comment ideas? It would be a very long while before Non-QM's can even pitch their ideas at this point anyway.

The thing is that lower rolls are the better rolls, and the Lucky effect works like that as well, since it is one of the better rolls, I would suggest either moving it to Roll 2 (critical hit) or roll 1 and move the dynamite to roll 2, and in the place of roll 4 add something like a stun, or another effect, or something along those lines, something interesting, at least! I would drop the critical hit you have now altogether. Does this makes sense, at all? And in light of the reveal of Sandy's expert classes, I'd say it deserves some more health, and how would you get access to it, exactly?
