With several castle sets retiring and many of those parts on the PAB exit list (search 2025 exit), its interesting that not all of the castle minifig parts are being removed. Is this because they are in BDP sets that are in or will be in production (I havent checked) or is there possibly another castle set on the horizon? PAB parts that I would have expected to retire with the rest, but are not on the exit list include: grey goat (cow and lamb are on exit list), dark red viking legs (all other viking legs and torsos on exit list), forestman hat (but torso is on exit list), Lion Knights standard torso, blue legs & kite shield (queens legs & torso, and the 3 versions of the standard shield are on the exit list), 2 colors of the female peasant torso (olive green & dark red appear to be saying / dark green female & both male peasant torsos are on the exit list), wolfpack torso.

I know! Hoping they eventually become available to us.

Several of our members noticed the same thing. I think they started with 30k limit on the search bar and part way through the day changed it to match the increased amount they plan to produce which changed the bar graph results. FB group LEGO® of Paying Full Price (Public USA LEGO® Deals Group) has the info to see the max available. Those numbers earlier today were: Adventure in Transylvania 50k units Antique Shop 30k units Mushroom Village 30k units Popcorn Wagon 30k units The Thieves of Tortuga 40k units It's possible Bricklink could adjust those numbers higher, if its dynamic based on sales volume over time.

What is the source of this information? We were thinking we'd see the switch to a new system either in 2025 or no later than 2026. Holding out for a replacement until 2030 would be using really outdated technology at that point.

Chunky ponies are a must! Why has Lego not made these yet? Or highland cows?

I don't think we'll see the end of pneumatics. Lego already has the molds, so production costs really aren't that big of an issue. The novelty of them will always sell sets.

Love seeing the iterations and improvements on this. It has gotten our groups votes each time.
