[MOC] '21 Ford Bronco
kingiswide replied to damjan97PL's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Really impressive short wheelbase version Bronco MOC! Real-vehicle-like chassis structure, Hi/Lo gearbox, and 2x diff lock are wonderful! Thanks for your sharing! -
Good place to talk about the 42177 MOD. Thank you! Do find some interesting examples of RC compact front diff lock for reference. One of them is in a live front axle of 42129 short wheelbase RC MOD, which is pneumatic controlled independently. Not too sure if it can be set into an IFS model with similar wideth. 【42129短轴升级版-哔哩哔哩】 https://b23.tv/19ZcJzg

Maybe N/D only, R is not required for E-motor... -

Finally, the G Class set released! Thanks TLG for providing a baseline and new parts! Really look forward the modification of this set (or "wish list" LOL): Quick removable body, it is always good to see the chassis detail and easy to maintain. RC version(Performance-driven and Ready-to-run on the terrain)! RC Steering (maybe with steering wheel linkage) RC RND/High/Low gear selection RC Central / Rear diff lock(maybe linked with Low gear?) Bonus: RC Front diff lock...maybe it is too hard to fit into this small scale IFS... RC winch as optional part If you would like to share your "wish list" that would be great too! Cheers! -

Motorized 4x4, 3xdiff-locks(remote control would be a bonus), quick detachable case are top3 functions in my mind...if with high/low speed transmission...ahh homerun...TRAXXAS TRX4 LEGO enhanced version! P.S. Again, show my respect to gyenesv, Ford Bronco RC (42126 + 42129 dual alternate, MOC-139309) masterpiece! -

If a compact diff lock is designed in the front axle, that would be a big bonus! TLG showcase please! -
Really appreciated your masterpiece again~ always, extra value added into a TLG technic set by you!

Hope this new set with a smoother drivetrain compared to the 42110 set...and a quick removable cover would be a bonus(show my respect to JB70 42110 optimization). -
Much appreciated for your close look and feedback. Last time I saw the kind of cool feature was in the Sheepo's great Jeep Wrangler, displaying gears/drive/etc in the armrest but not dashboard. And yes, really interesting interaction function while need addtional attention to build. Thanks again and have a nice day! Yes, it looks like the chassis is designed with several clear subsystems and combined logically, and the body is easy to quick install with solid locks. You are right...it's one of many 1:8 super cars. LOL...
