Malevolence - I see the difference, but it is very slight. I seriously doubt that TLG would make the arms the wrong color, but since this is preliminary, it is possible. Republic Stirker - I can't tell whether the part above the Jedi on the box is a minifig or the logo; it could be either, due to it being cut out of the picture. Though I really doubt a fourth figure would be in the set, it is possible. If that figure, as you said, is part of the Fury-Class, then the sets would have to be really, really close together, in which case I should think that we could be able to see the Fury-Class Fighter, or at least part of it, wouldn't we? EDIT: I was wrong, the part on the top of the Striker box is the logo - still, I see the fourth figure next to the astromech and I think that it must be part of the set.

Here's some of my observations: Malevolence As far as I can see, TLG got the shape mostly right (As seen in this picture), albeit a bit too flat, as well as the gap at the front being too empty (It should have a 'city' similar to the Executor's), but the minifigs make up for it. Padme looks relatively accurate, though her arms look to be Light Flesh instead of the more accurate Tan (Picture of her outfit from the episode here). Anakin, Dooku, the regular BD, and Grievous seem to be just their previous versions. It's diffucult to see the details of the BD Commander, but from what I can see it's relatively accurate. Republic Striker Starfighter I can see the resemblance to the original material, but it doesn't seem very accurate to me. Perhaps a MOD to remove the studs would make it look better. Regardless, the minifigs make it a must purchase. On the subject of minifigs, there appears to be a fourth in the Striker Fighter, blacked-out (Or perhaps just black) on the box's minifig array. Also, there appears to be part of a black droid on the edge of the picture next to the astromech, so that might be the as-yet-unmentioned fourth figure. Saesee Tiin's Starfighter Much better than the previous versions as far as I'm concerned, the Dark Green astromech just makes it all the more necessary to puchase.

I'm assuming Sandy got it from the Kalma Bionicle set. I don't recall it ever being in any other sets.

According to the poster with Legolas, yes. But, as has been seen before, not everything TLG shows us in a poster is true.
