According to some guy called carterbricks04 the U-Wing will have 5 figures. One of them being Dedra Meero. Cassian is a no brainer. So the question is who are the remaining 3 figures. I’d like to bet K2S0 and maybe Melshi. But that still leaves one figure that could literally be anyone in season 2. (Or a Trooper)

In other DC news, Kyle Chandler has been cast as Hal Jordan. Bright Side: He looks good for the role. (much better than Brolin) And he’s a great actor. I liked him in Godzilla KOM and Wolf of Wall Street. Down Side: His contract doesn’t include movies. So he is likely going to die in season 1, or John will be taking Kyle’s parallax storyline yet again. Kyle has been confirmed to not be coming until at least chapter 2. Either way it looks like John will be the main lantern. I don’t think Gunn’s going to do the GLC proper justice. Firstly, the series is set on earth purely in the American Heartland not in space where all the different Lantern Corps are. Secondly: Hal Jordan, the Lantern who is integral to fleshing out the mythos in the comics is likely going to die rather quickly. Finally: John Stewart doesn’t have as many good solo storylines as Hal, he’s a good character, but Gunn will probably be taking stories from other Lanterns and giving them to John. Which would be frustrating for fans of said other lanterns. Don’t get me wrong. I’m still just glad to be getting any Lantern content at all after so long. Help me Jessica Cruz. You’re the best Lantern out of those who haven’t been confirmed to not show up. (I know I probably am overreacting, I’m just addressing some of my concerns)

Ok the Superman figure looks good. Albeit it could have done with some abs. I just hope there’s an alternate heat vision face print. Please let it just be a a Lex Mech. I will be buying this set. UCS Turbo Tank and Gozanti. I will now be eagerly awaiting a General Kenobi minifig. The most dashing version of that son of a Gundark.

My God…. The Nerf-herders actually did it. Mandr won (watch him still complain somehow, even after this next piece of information) Cool, but why does Lego need 2 Jedi Starfighters in the same year? It’s what’s making me think that one is Bantha excrement. DaveBricks1995 also says that an AT AT Pilot helmet is incoming. Here’s hoping for Commander Wolffe. No matter the cost, no matter what sacrifices we must make. We must ensure that any and all Andor sets sell well. Also hopefully if the June wave is Andor oriented we get a Army Trooper BP.

Two words for why we shouldn’t compare the 2. LICENSING COSTS

Isn’t the Snyderverse why DC is in such a bad place right now? Besides, after Rebel Moon I wouldn’t trust Snyder with his own characters, much less someone else’s (DC). (There might be some prejudice for Snyder not allowing a GL to be on the JL)

I do think that Lego has been getting too overpriced in many cases recently. But occasionally we do get excellent value sets. (Dropship vs Speeder, Clone vs Droids BP and Tantive Hallway come to mind. I too would like to know this.

I’m so glad the Writers threw us GL fans a bone with the Elseworlds. This year alone in elseworlds: John died, Kyle died, Guy died, John died again and Alan accidentally killed a bunch of people. Pitches for Absolute Peppa Pig?

I do think that Lego is moving away from being predominantly kids, as seen with the exponential increase in 18+ sets. But it’s still for kids. I do think that there are far too many 18+ and gimmick sets at the moment. As they are taking away set slots that could have been for more unique play sets. I feel like the decreased amount of battle packs over the last few years are a testament to this. And yeah, I do agree with @Daiman that we could do with cheaper 1-2 minifig sub £15 sets. They would be cheap ways for kids to make their SW stories and would make excellent stocking fillers at Christmas. (AT RT, Imperial Checkpoint, Imperial Speeder, Barc Speeder, Crab Droid, Bacta Tank and a Command Console just to name a few)

I like these. Though we did get a play-scale capital ship this year, as well as the Home One in January. So I’m not sure about the nebulon B. But still, excellent predictions. How many points do I get for these? To be fair, 2021 was a pretty easy year to guess. (There was no way Lego wouldn’t have capitalised on the Armoured Marauder, BB Shuttle, Light Cruiser and Slave One (sorry, Boba Fett’s Starship)

But then I would be risking it being out of stock and not being able to get one at all. Is the retirement date still Jan 1st? Or was that false?

Fair enough. TFP Beast Hunters Optimus is perfect for a construction figure imo. He doesn’t need a vehicle mode because he is the vehicle!!!
