Actually. I might be overanalysing his post the wrong way with this theory, but in the Clone Commander image Max shared, there are 9 Commanders. 3 of which are already on shelves (Cody, Rex and Fox.) The most notable thing I find about that image is that there’s only one Phase 1 Commander in it. And he’s a relatively obscure one at that, one which should realistically have been subbed out for a more recognisable clone like Pons, Doom or Thorne. The P1 Commander in question is Commander Fil. As I’ve said before. I’ve been racking my brains trying to figure out what set the Clone Pilot could come in. But then it hit me. We know we’re getting some kind of Republic Aircraft due to a P1 Clone Pilot, suggesting that it’s a P1 clone set. We strongly assume that we’re getting a clone Commander from the image that Maxbaut shared. The episode Fil was in, Lair of Greivous, featured a Republic Shuttle, a vehicle that’s manned by Clone Pilots. (Also since JediBricks, to my dismay, is technically now a credible source. He’s also said that a TCW villain minifig will be in the summer wave, that would be a perfect set to include grievous, and dare I say a new Kit Fisto? Fulfilling the new Jedi piece of information.) But that’s just a theory. A Commando Theory. No one take this theory as a leak. It’s just a educated guess based off tidbits of information. (oh and the other 501st commander is Appo)

I’m still racking my brains on what that P1 Clone Pilot set could be. Part of me would like to see the Clone Bros flip out if Lego makes a AoTC gunship. Next year when they were expecting RoTS sets.

I beg to differ. A buildable superman, while not ideal, would be better since it would be easy to mod into this.

Home Alone 1&2’s themes are strongly linked to Christmas. Hell, it’s implied that it’s Santa who magically turns off the electricity that deactivated the alarms in the 1st one.

With the knowledge of the death trooper helmet coming back into production, I’m sure Lego will want to capitalise on it. Therefore I feel that Death Troopers will show up in one of the Andor Season 2 sets. I am eagerly praying for a Tie Reaper. But a Tie Avenger would be great as well.

Or Sinestro. War Journal John/ New 52 Hal and Red Lantern Sinestro would be a dream come true. Why is everyone losing hope? It’s always darkest before the dawn. If superman movie sets do not come next year then we just have more reason to Jonkle harder.

I like the empire because of aesthetics. I also think of them as more akin to the Romans than the Nazis (though they almost do certainly have lots of Nazi aspects). Mostly because of the emphasis on conscription and garrisons. Damn it. Now I want a Jo Jo Rabbit type Star Wars movie with a stormtrooper cadet going through the academy accompanied by his imaginary but whimsical version of palpatine.

Counterpoint: the Republic are the side in the Clone Wars that have Anakin, R2D2, Saw Gerrera and Chopper. Empire? Separatists? Republic? Don’t make me laugh. If you need me, I’ll be taking the 7th Fleet to the glorious Chiss Ascendancy. (Thrawn, Pellaeon, Vanto and Faro be fighting the good fight (almost))

Yeah. If anything the CG gunship is the most minifigure scale one we’ve gotten IMO. At least it is as far as the troop bay is concerned.

£59.99. Wait a couple of months. It’ll go down to £50-45. Same. Around mid February is around where we usually get news. I’m intrigued about the P1 Clone Pilot and 2nd Andor sets and hope for a Endor Bunker. ARC-170 looks very good. Albeit a bit overpriced, just not as horrendously as Ahsoka’s Interceptor. I think I’ll wait for the May 4th discounts for this one.

The new book nook sub theme would actually work really well for Duel of The Fates and a ISD bridge IMO.
