  1. How many baseplates do ya’ll reckon they’ll use for Arkham if it is indeed next year’s superhero modular? And will there be a differentiation between normal cells and max security? (Maybe they could do a Bugle and include non-Batman heroes who still fit like Deadman (daredevil), Question (punisher) and Green Arrow (blade).)
  2. So is the night trooper BP the only thing we know that’s coming in June next year? I feel like there should be another set to release alongside it for the wave to make sense.
  3. We also have Lara Croft, Dickens, C.S. Lewis (Narnia), Harry Flashman, Peppa Pig, Jeremy Clarkson, Blackadder… Well I mean, arguably, the most notable set of characters we created are the Americans. Very interesting plot developments recently. Though I’m not of a fan of the recent undoing of character development. I fear the writers have lost the plot.
  4. Wrong! We have: Hal Jordan, BTAS Batsy, Padmé Amidala, Professor X, Reed Richards (upcoming), Superman and Wanda Maximoff (Vision was 2 years old) Woohe’sabouttomakeabadreputationforhimselfhere Mr Bean is immune to all his attacks.
  5. @BrickBob Studpants was the one who betrayed Turtle after all. As per sith tradition. But who was Turtle’s master. And more importantly who will our Sith Lord take on as an apprentice? I have devoted myself to the Green Lantern Corps (I also consider myself a Templar Guardian of the Church of Mara Jade) @Mandalorianknight has adopted the way of the Mandalore (as well as also being a high priest in the CofMJ) @Agent Kallus is also a high priest in the CofMJ @Renny The Spaceman is a disciple of the Dummy. Anyone else is fair game.
  6. Then we launch a multiple pronged attack. We detonate the depth charges that the Octonauts planted at Baltimore, Pearl Harbour, Mayport, Jacksonville and Conorado. Peter Rabbit, Dennis the Menace, Minnie the Minx and the Bash Street Kids will easily be able to neutralise all US army bases and supply lines within hours through their sabotage expertise. We deploy Calamity James to wipe out Phineas and Ferb and Jimmy Neutron’s inventions. The Wombles should be able to deal with Elmo. They specialise in converting Trash. Gruffalo, Bananaman, Desperate Dan should be able to hold off the avengers and JLA. Don’t worry though, thanks to Alan Moore we have many sleeper agents within their ranks. Including: Dr Manhattan (and the rest of the Watchmen), Sodam Yat and Mogo. All this whilst Paddington starts a sandwich insurrection. However the muppets and the rest of Sesame Street are liabilities.
  7. I’d say that time estimate just surged forward significantly. (Deploying Danger Mouse is seeming more and more like a reasonable option now.) They thought MAWS and CC weren’t worth making before Amazon and Adult Swim bought them. Those facts speak for themselves. Not the hero we need. But definitely the one we deserve.
  8. I’d hope for a new AAL. Though the minifigure selection would likely be a downgrade from the first one.
  9. So now that sequel sets are on the table next year… anyone have any suggestions for the summer wave? (I’d rather the set slots went to Andor S2 but they inevitably won’t) Interesting choices. Gotta say that I respect it.
  10. Batman Joker 1 Joker 2 Joker 3 Catwoman (reuse) Two Face (reuse) Harley Quinn (reuse) Batgirl (reuse) Mr Freeze (reuse) Penguin (reuse) Only Lego DC could bring me hope (Arkham), then do a 180 and give me despair (no superman sets) within the span of 20 seconds. Hopefully comics.
  11. Yes, but ya’ll are the ones who declared war. I didn’t say that we were the good guys and didn’t cause it 😅 It’s a good thing that Anglo-American relations have improved since then.
  12. I’m not sure how to feel about this tbh. Instead of a 3rd helmet there should be a diorama. But still a cool choice nonetheless. At least I’ll be able to keep a decent budget next 1HY. (Aside from U-Wing, ARC-170 and Night Trooper BP) Since we’re ranking SW films. Imma do my own opinion (I love them all, some more than others) ESB ROTS RO ANH ROTJ TFA TPM/ AOTC/ TLJ/ Solo TROS TCWM SW Shows on the other hand: Andor TCW TBB/ Rebels The Mandalorian (season 1 and 2 were good, I didn’t like season 3 that much) Ahsoka Resistance Kenobi Acolyte (Cool lightsaber choreography) TBoBF
  13. Firstly, you yanks started that war. Secondly: I don’t think so for 2 reasons. 1) SAS coming in hot!!! 2) Britain’s mightiest hero will rise up to defend our glorious Kingdom. Bananaman solos Sentry within seconds. But most importantly: SAS coming in hot!!!! Worst comes to worst we’ll send Danger Mouse to destabilise the White House.
  14. Imperial patrol speeder Imperial Shuttle ISB base Ferrix Hotel (damn that would actually be a great idea for a SW Modular) Arrestor Cruiser Aldhani Base Tie Fighter Buildable B2EM0 Partisan Z-95 Corporate Security Mothership Narkina 5 prison escape Tie Reaper I think that TLJ is a good film with superb CGI and cinematography in its own right. I’d even say that it’d probably be one of my top 3 SW films if they hadn’t done Luke as dirty as they did. Holdo Manoeuvre is cool but it kind of destroys the point of SW space battles. Those are my only criticisms. Otherwise very solid film. And would be regarded as such if it wasn’t in the SW franchise. My personal favourite Disney SW movie is Rogue One. Despite its large roster of main characters it somehow manages to make them all compelling. The cinematography is also superb. You actually feel the threat of the empire. And it manages to balance the darkness of a war story with the themes of hope that makes the basis of SW. TBoBF, I will not defend though. Agreed. Vel is really compelling. She’s a case study of how the Rebels led double lives in the early days.
  15. Never mind. I’ve just been seeing it around online. Especially on r/legostarwarsleaks’ comments and on a Brickfanatics list. So I did some digging… it’s JediBricks. Sorry for the false alarm guys.
  16. Perhaps it’s the 2nd Andor set there’s been murmurings about? Either that or a Brickheadz probably.
  17. Black Noir moment. At the beginning of ROTS I’d say she looked at most 5 months pregnant. Ahsoka and the 332nd couldn’t have been on Mandalore more than a couple of weeks. And let’s not forget that in TBB Depa Bilaba’s reinforcements had been diverted to the battle of Coruscant which is why TBB had been deployed instead. But then Order 66 happens immediately after they arrive. Fair enough. I understand now.
  18. Care to elaborate? What’s crazy though is that the Clone Wars only lasted for 3 years. Padme’s pregnancy I’m not too miffed about as that can be said to be a force thing.
  19. Then why is he red? IDK. We were already stupid. Now you’re just making me feel depressed. @Agent Kallus ah, that makes sense. Thanks for letting me know. Turtle’s still the only one who I’ve seen use it up till today.
  20. We’re never getting Bad Batch Season 2 and 3 sets are we?
  21. Good soldiers follow orders… Good soldiers follow orders… Good soldiers follow orders… Good soldiers follow orders… Good soldiers follow orders… Really hoping we get Guy Gardner (or any lantern) in the summer wave. As am I comrade. Ah yes, victory. Agreed. It has been an honour. Can I be Oogway? A magician never reveals his secrets. (I could only ever mimic a fraction of his power because I never found out how he made the text a different colour) He was the most delusional jonkler I’ve ever known. I can’t decide whether his memory will die with this thread or whether he will become a martyr in the future. As for your second question… It's time for training and we're getting started It's on, you knowAnd we wanna see you whip and shout it"We rock - you roll!"They say, "Go slow"And everything just stands so stillWe say, "Go, go!"We're ready for the fight, we know the drill Monday mornin' and we feel defeated Seems so long agoTuesday's comin', we just keep on beatin''Til we're in our zoneThey say, "Go slow" And everything just stands so stillWe say, "Go, go!"You're gonna see us rip into itJust jump up, kick back, whip around and spinAnd then we jump back, do it againNinja-Go! Ninja-Go!Come on, come onWe're gonna do it againWe just jump up, kick back, whip around and spin And then we jump back, do it againNinja-Go! Ninja-Go!Come on, come onAnd do the Weekend Whip, yeah
