  1. Technically, the piano is also a string instrument. So a keytar that combines a keyboard piano and a guitar would be string/percussion. Even though it is electric and has no strings.
  2. which CMF do you think will have the recoloured DND Dragon in brown? The Witch?
  3. I have a similar list. Elf Princess Witch (I hope its not too close to the DND witch, the BaM Witch from this past fall, or the Hocus Pocus minifigs. I want something new/unique) Monster Hunter Bionicle Cosplayer I will probably pick up the garbage monster as well. Its something different.
  4. Yes I do agree that the Hunger Games it doesn't necessarily work with LEGO's Brand image. It is just a popular license/movie franchise that hasn't been done before and is releasing this year. I know there are a number of Hunger Games IDEAS submissions that are quite popular with fans and have reached 10,000 supporters. You never know, LEGO has done things like Stranger Things and Twilight due to a popular license. My bet is still on Shrek. If they do a CMF Shrek Series, I assume it would be similar to how the Simpsons license has been used. They could use some of the minifig elements in future sets. That way the CMF new element budget could help with getting some of the reqired pieces.
  5. Maybe a Hunger Games Series? If it was a 2027 film then I might guess Shrek.
  6. I'm definitely glad to see a none licensed or themed CMF Series. I would have liked a classic series but this is the next best thing.
  7. That makes sense. Yes It doesn't look great when the Black Tron Renegade and the MTS both got pulled off shelves early. (Speculation) I have a feeling most of the sales for those retro inspired sets were soon after release. Then sales died of quickly after the fans got their copy. Maybe LEGO anticipated they would preform better with the casual LEGO audience than they did.
  8. I hope I am too but it could also be a 2027 thing. LEGO may want to give a little more time between the Lion Knights Castle / MTS retiring and releasing a new large set so that Castle fans are ready to buy again. Even though is has been a long time since the LKC was first released.
  9. I believe the Lion Knight Castle was released in August when it first debuted. I think its possible that if we were to get a new "replacement" castle set then it could be released then. (that way its ready for Christmas orders) If that is the case then maybe we would see the Black Knights ship GWP be paired with it. However, LEGO does also like to split up special nostalgia sets and GWPs so that AFOLs who want them both at release, spend more money. So its possible that if we do get some sort of castle set in August, the GWP isn't available until the Fall double points weekend/Black Friday. Or vice versa.
  10. What classic figures would you want to see in this series that have not already been done? I would like to see Willa the Witch. I'm sure they will try to hit 12 different theme. Maybe they would do a rock raiders figure.
  11. I just picked up a few of the brown gnome hats from PAB. They are great!
  12. There is a new LEGOLAND exclusive castle that was just posted in the usual places. It comes with the horse knight shield.
  13. My local Walmart had them out on December 23rd. The toy shelves were pretty bare so I'm assuming a staff member put it out without reading the release date on the box. I'm not super interested in any figures from this series so I left them for other people to find. I went back on boxing day and they were all gone. However, I did see a couple cases of them on the top shelf (overstock) in the shipping boxes. So if someone really wanted it, I'm sure they could ask or open it up.
  14. If the series does have some throwback minifigs and references, maybe they will include a Jack Stone figure. Not that anyone is really asking for one. But I don't think it has been redone.
  15. Ahhh I thought it was a single fixed piece. that makes sense. Thanks
  16. It looks like they changed the grip on the back. Not just a single handle. Now it has a crossbar.
  17. Did anyone see the new oval shield element used as a sign in the new modular set? It would be interesting to see it used as a castle piece. https://www.newelementary.com/2025/12/review-11371-shopping-street-from-lego.html Bricksie showed it off in his review. It has a crossbar in the back so it can be held or connected in different ways. I guess this shield piece was introduced in the new Star Trek set
  18. Does anyone else think Lego might be working on some sort of Kraken set(s)? The BDP was littered with almost a dozen beautiful designs that were all passed on. There were lots of different ships and castles. Is it possible we could see a set coming in the next year? I don't want to get my hopes up but I think the Lego community would like to see more of this faction and I would love it if we got a set or even a small wave of sets. Especially since they already have the printed elements in production and it as been shown to be popular from the result of the Ideas fan vote.
  19. Yes the sail will be brick built. It looks like the concept graphic uses a large tile. I'm wondering if the logo on the tile will be a sticker or printed. My guess is that it will be a sticker. If we only get 1 new print then it will likely be the shield. https://beta.ideas.lego.com/challenges/5ef2c3ef-c229-4417-9728-6ab8df89024a/entries/e2a67ebe-6b24-4d86-8765-29c185bb2a91
  20. Do you think the sail will be printed or a sticker?
  21. It looks like as of today they Art Factory is at 54.72%. If the denominator is still 30,000 sets then it has sold 16,416 units.
  22. I saw someone post that the denominator for the Outlaw Forest Den was 50,000 sets, white the other sets are still at 30,000. If that is the case then Approx. 39,586 sets have been sold.
  23. I took a look at the developer tools on the BDP website to try to see how many Outlaw Forest Den sets were sold. I wasn't able to find the denominator of the total available for pre-order but this is the data I was able to find for set #910057. It is 79.17% sold out. "idSubmission": 2123, "sku": 910057, ... "stock": { "idSubmission": 2123, "dPercentagePreordered": 0.79172, "dPercentageFunded": 0.06, "bFunded": true, "bSoldOut": false }, "bAllSoldOut": false
  24. Yes, I had a similar issue. I believe LEGO's website was having an issue in the first hour of the BDP launch. It added an item to my cart but then would not let me check out. Same problem with adding multiple sets when refreshing. I just waited an hour and then it was fixed and I was able to order as normal.
  25. Has anyone heard if we will get the Black Knight Sea Serpent GWP this year or in 2026? https://beta.ideas.lego.com/challenges/5ef2c3ef-c229-4417-9728-6ab8df89024a/entries/e2a67ebe-6b24-4d86-8765-29c185bb2a91
