From the account, I think he had already turned around... Here, I'll help you carry Max Lorraine. I sure hope that water is clean. Have we anything to use as a bandage or wrap? Sandy, you went upstairs did you? What is there up there, anything interesting?
-
tajwIj 'oHbe' chorlIj jeqbogh Dochvetlhe'e. OK, bad time for a Star Trek reference. What happened in there Max? We need to find something to stop that bleeding, and quickly! There might be someone up stairs, or then again, it could have been one of our town "friends" here getting up to no good in the dark. A meat cleaver was it? I don't suppose you had anything to do with this George? Or perhaps Howard or Lorraine have something to admit to? All I know is that Max was in that stairwell with you three, and then he came tumbling down with a meat cleaver in him. For me, that points fingers at the chef, who is the most likely person to have such a weapon. We can point fingers later though, right now we need action! Let us see what we can do for Max here. Also, why is it taking me so long to read these passenger lists and other documents! Am I going blind? Please give me an answer!!!

Are you almost at the top Howard? What can you see? Anything? I'm having a bit of trouble reading these documents, but I'm sure I'll be able to make them out soon. *Looks pointedly at the ceiling.* Yes I'm talking to you.

...And another two go down to an exploding still. That farm group isn't having much luck, are they? -
Galactic Paranoia: Imperials, Day 5
Dragonator replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I appreciate your careful approach, but clearly we are up against another force now, and in a war where it is us against them, we really need to have as many of us as possible. We may not like the rebels, but without them I know that we will crumble and fail, and the same will happen to them. To defeat this foe, we need to bring together the combined power of the Imperial army and the resourcefulness of the Rebels. I believe this to be the way for us to survive into the future. -
Galactic Paranoia: Imperials, Day 5

Oh dear, this situation has just got a whole lot more complicated. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are failing, and we are doing a good job if it. Seems to be the only thing we Imperials are good at these days. It is my opinion that if we want to survive this ordeal and rid ourselves of this threat, then we need to join forces, or at least make a temporary alliance with, the Rebel forces. We have a common enemy, and we should put aside our differences in the face of this threat. That and I hear there are some very hot women with the rebels. I hope they haven't been killed yet. -
I didn't much like the selection in the first one, the second was better, but this one I really do like! A nice selection indeed, perhaps if I can find a source I'll consider getting one, along with maybe Volume 2.

Good to see you back on air, we've missed you! The first interview was great, I look forward to seeing what this season of interviews has to bring.
-
What a great interview to kick-start the new season of EB News Presents with! This was really well done, very proffesional, with the usual lame jokes we've come to know and love. I'd forgotten how much I liked reading these interviews, it has been so long. Stash, I'm with you on castle, an excellent theme indeed. Glad to hear that Mystery Castle was a highlight of your Mafia experiences so far, I hope you will be taking part again this year! The photos look fantastic, I look forward to seeing what else you can do. Good luck in your new job.

Ladies first. Oh, Howard's already gone. That's fine. See if you can find a light-switch, there should be one somewhere I should think. While I'm waiting, I would like to scan all the passenger lists I found for any familiar names; those of the passengers, train staff, residents of Willoughby, and in particular the name of Miss Elizabeth Rose Thonton. I would also like to look at any other paperwork present as well for anything of possible interest.
-
It's hard to say really, this town seems so confused. He appears nice, but then, everyone says he's a homicidal maniac. Lorraine and George, what do you two think of the mayor? We've heard what Howard has to say, but I think I can trust your sanity more. Also, while I'm asking questions, do any of you three townies know a person called Elizabeth Rose Thonton? And also, did any of you recognise any of the passengers or crew on the train? I would appreciate it if you could help me out.

Dear Lord Herman, you poor thing! Don't die on us. I need you buddy! We still haven't played D&D yet! I needed to say that somewhere. -
Oh how interesting! Let's look around for a key to that door, it caught my attention immediately. There is always something behind locked doors, you learn that in D&D. I'd like to start by cautiously looking in and around the ticket booth, behind the counter and in any drawers etc. I hope Herman's OK. I just got a bad feeling... I hope we can all get back together soon...

Looks like you guys had tremendous fun, I too am envious. I'd have to save up an awful lot more than Hinckley to make it next year. Ah well, can't have everything. Some of those contests look pretty wacky, what I notice though is the diversity of Lego-themed T-shirts. Just something that jumped out at me. And of course, who wouldn't be envious of that awesome goodies bag! Envy ON indeed! Looks like you saw lots of cool things behind the scenes at the builders shop, again, very envious. Just look at all those drawers of bricks! You guys sure are lucky to live in a part of the world that you can all get together. -

Oh dear, it seems our group got a little distracted. That's why I wanted to be in the farm group with my friend Herman. I take it we'll be back in soon? -
You seem to have been responsible for quite a few of mine. I'll add that in. Ah yes, poor Mary. She was so desperately in love she couldn't survive without her dear Ritz. (A variation of the Lover Role )
-
Train Group Oh sweet, look what we found! We are awesome! I knew we'd make a lucky find like this, now we'll get out of here for sure! That is real and not a mirage, right? (Nice one Zuloo. )

What an excellent idea! I don't have to good a memory, but I can certainly remember a few. -The Draggy-est [Originally given during Mystery Castle by ImperialShadows. From somewhere the nickname Draggy was introduced, and it stuck quite solidly with the cast of Mystery Castle, which I personally found quite funny. Then something happened with some cross-dressing minifigs, and it all went downhill...] Not sure if anything changed after that, but my current one started during the Witch Hunt Mafia Game, and has since expanded for various reasons. -Innocent, Rational, Smart [Given by Hinckley for seeing perceptively at the time and for not being considered a witch.] -Innocent, Rational, Smart, Overly Verbose [At some point I wrote an extremely long post trying to get my point across about something, after which I think it was Shadows said the exact same thing as I had but in about two sentences. Chaos ensured.] -Innocent, Rational, Smart, Overly Verbose, CRAZY! [ Added to by ImperialShadows for eccentric posting in the CRAZY Jester competition.] -Innocent, Rational, Smart, Overly Verbose, Heartless, CRAZY! [i forget where the heartless came from, I think it was for being particularly nasty at some point or rather. Possibly for the ending to Mystery Manor? I'd have to find whoever gave it to me to be sure.] Trust Hinckley to have a list five times bigger than anyone else's.
-
And Howard I take it. I think groups of three would be safer, so Howard should come with us. I do feel I must say though that one of the first rules you learn in D&D is to never split the group... which we have already done once. I miss Herman.

Technically not Lego, but I bought three more boxes for storage and sorting, two middle sized with 19 smallish compartments, and 1 big size with 8 large compartments. The compartments are removable and the best solution I have found in NZ for sorting my pieces, as those large upright boxes with the many drawers aren't available here. These boxes are called Professional Organisers, and can be picked up from most hardware stores for about 20NZD.
