Ah that's fair. Just remembering how weak this past was... TIE Bomber was the only thing of remote coolness. Anways... thoughts on these 2 new sets: Could not care less about the one with the two ships. Figs are cool, but I will have to see how these characters actually play out in the show. T-6 is absolutely phenomenal. As I mentioned, Sabine lacks from arm prints, but is still good. The Ahsoka figure is perfect. The new inquisitor is SO HEAT. Love the knight vibe the armor gives off and the prints are great. Shame it's $80, but what the heck, this hobby is expensive.

Think about how many villains were in CW, Rebels, etc. Not overkill. Thrawn is geared up as the main antagonist, I think he will most definitely play a huge role. Nevertheless, this is off topic. Don't stop believing!! Who would've thought we'd get a Ghost, UCS Venator, and new Gunship all at once?

I want Super Moff Gideon set before Ezra and Thrawn.

No arm prints on Sabine while most modern Mandalorian minifigures (especially named characters) in 2023 has them is really disappointing. As a whole, that fig just kinda gets consumed by the brown and looks bland, arm prints could've saved that.

People always saying "this is one of the Lego sets of all time." I think buildable Chewy is the Lego set of all time.

Stormtrooper Mech sales rip. I bet some super desperate army builders were gonna use that, but now there is 0 reason to buy it.

Yeah I guess we might have to take the Ahsoka figure with a grain of salt on that note. I can't imagine much will change. If anything, maybe her lightsaber hilts are incorrect and she will come with the curved hilts they used for her Rebels figure. If she does happen to come with the curved hilts, I hope they make them metallic silver this time around

Ah, I misread. They have trans neon orange blades...

They actually have, you can see them on BrickLink. It's just a matter of whether Lego picked up on the fact that they are indeed orange from the show and include them. As for Ahsoka, I wonder if her blades will just be the trans clear bars or if its a new piece!

It could fit good for a $400ish UCS set. Minifig scale would be ridiculous, but with about 3.5k pieces they could make it really nice and fleshed out. Plus, Lego would likely feel more comfortable releasing it at that price point than just hanging it at $850+ when it's already a niched ship. Also, I don't really understand Lego's rationale of revealing the Ghost but waiting on Gunship, which we've obviously all seen, and the other Ahsoka sets.

Ghost is 10/10 barring the figs but I am so stoked to get my hands on it that I don't really care. I guess the ship in the background of the box art is going to be part of that $100 set? Do we know what minifigures are rumored to come with that at all? I am definitely hoping for Zeb or Thrawn one way or another. Don't know if Zeb is in the show even yet, but for none of these sets to have GAT seems like a wasted opportunity.

I thought multiple times now this guy has been labeled a phony. But in all seriousness, for a 400 piece buff on the Ghost, I think we are all expecting the Phantom. I can only really see this as hinting at the Phantom ship tho, they already exist within the MC theme so I don't know what it would be building up there.

Yeah the figure just kinda suffers on all plains. Kama is a semi easy fix since you can add your own to cover the print, but the rest of the print is what it is :|

I can't say I agree, if you watched the Mandalorian S3 episode that had the gunship in it, they had standard Shock Troopers flying it. The two figures appear to be identical.

I believe you mean 75354 as in the Gunship? They have been rumored and appear to be just two standard Shock Troopers that will have to double as pilots for the sake of the set.

Has there been anything swirling around regarding Jabba's Palace diorama for next year still or is that rumor kinda dead these days? Was that "leak" a few weeks ago even real? I'm still hype for the Ghost and Venator, but Jabba's was definitely the set I was looking forward to the most.

I think when these particular sets leaked a few were up in the air. The leakers first thought Fox was Thorn and that Palpatine was maybe Clovis. Who knows. But yeah, I'm usually way more minifig focused but I really just want to get my hands on the Ghost as a ship. It's bound to be a huge update from the 2014 one since that was based on concept art and the new one will have about 400 more pieces.

It was at first thought to be Quarrie, though nothing was confirmed. I posted it a few days ago, but I think the figures thought to be Quarrie as well as the dark skinned male could definitely be the two people with Hera at 1:10 in this trailer.
