IC: De'kra got to his feet, his form aching from the many attacks. "Thank you rogue," he said to Mizuki, "We would not have last much longer against Boreal. Now, anyone need potion?"
-
IC: As he took aim, De'kra spotted Nerwen checking on the mass of heroes. As he cocked the cannon he clicked as loud as he could over the din of battle, "Sorry Gali for leave heroes to fight alone, I Appearantly not learn much for fight and Rito. I just could not bring myself to attack mob, especially to protect Bonepartes. And I was not able to squeeze between groups to heal and give supplies, so I could not help as I had plan. Still, it no excuse to leave friends to fight alone. I sorry."
-
IC: As De'kra readied to attack he clicked, "Battle leader, you forgot to put I in battle order. No offense taken, I had only start fight last round when only riot leaders were left. Still, you mind update it?"
-
IC: De'kra flinched as Zephyroth recoiled, a littler disturbed by the force of his own strike. Quickly he leapt to the back row, and pulled out his Fauxthril Hand Cannon. There was something, familar about the weapon, after all that was why he decided against using a bow. No, blades and cannons were his tools of the trade. "I will attack Riot Leader Nothus," he clicked softly, "Neutral heroes, perhaps you could join now that mob is murder?"
-
IC: De'kra sighed and clicked, "I understand your hesitation. I thought it might be easier to join battle now that rioters dead, but I can see your point. Leader, I am go to try to join battle too. Hopefully that will work. If I can help, I attack and Chiara from back row, on Riot Leader Zephyroth." The Echo quickly darted towards the final battle, hoping that he will be allowed to aid his fellow heroes.

OOc: is this okay? IC: De'kra gazed from his perch as the last of the mob. So many people, dead for a bunch of corrupt powers. This was the way of Eubric. Still...all the mob was slain save for its masters, at from his view. And these mob leaders were not so guiltless. Sure, it might mean helping the Bonepartes, but the need to aid his fellow heroes was greater. Quickly De'kra shimmied down from his looking place, and turned to the other neutral heroes. " Only mob leaders left," review the echo, "mob members are all murder. I think it might be okay to join fellow heroes now, as more innocent combatants are slain. Anyone else want think we should join fight?"

You will use it at the right time, with the right words, but for the wrong reasons.

IC: De'kra relaxed as he gazed over the battle, he had misread the fight. Hybros had managed to kill four of his opponents, reducing the foes he faced dramatically. It was almost scary how quick the rioters fell, they offered no resistence. And now De'kra had that power.
-
IC: De'kra began to climb a building to get a better view, when he observed Hybros squeezing his way into the fight. Quickly De'kra ran towards the fight, only for the path once again to be seale. With a resigned sigh De'kra began to sale the building, just in case he old observe something to help the others. From the looks of it the fighting had begun, and already Hybros was hurt.

OOC: I'll roll with it. IC: De'kra was thrown back as he tried to enter the mob. The echo attempted to slip into the fights three more times, before he was forced to accept the Dak truth. He couldn't aid in this battle without forcing his way through the fighters. Over the din of the riot he clicked, "I sorry heroes! I overestimate I abilities! I can not traverse these battles, crowd too thick. Please hold on, I will keep try to find some way in. If I fail, I will try to stop more rioters from arrive. Please hold on. I so sorry. I so sorry..."
-
IC: De'kra clicked, "That not entirely accurate leader, I will try to heal fighting teammates if possible. Hopefully I track and flee abilities will allow me to move through crowd to give aid to combatants. If not, least I can do is try to stop new members of mob from come. So I not combatant, but I not sit out fight either."

True enough, but you are forgeting a number of factors, namely what a Toa is. The word Toa directly translates to Hero, and they are champions of right. They protect the innocent yet try not to kill any foe. They are brothers in arms and steel, and they are the ones who control elemental powers. De'kra...doesn't see himself as a Toa. He kills a lot in Heroica, far more than he thinks is necessary. Ever since the battle with Constance he has been more uncomfortable with killing foes, like how he no longer carries bombs and he tries to find ways to help without killing. But he still knows that he kills often, and that he probably will again. Likewise De'kra feels like he has failed too often to be a Toa, like Quest 4 and with Constance. He caused an entire war, and damaged the defending army of Dastan, both causing great bloodshed. So while he could be a skilled Sorcerer, he just doesn't think he deserves that power. Plus he distrusts Ether a little bit.

IC: De'kra nodded and focused his Cloak of the Elven Spy on the archers. As he looked up, the echo clicked, "...I just thought f something. Could we join battle, then throw a smoke bomb so that heroes and Oppressors could all flee? Is that possible?"
-
IC: De'kra paused and clicked, "Gali and party leader, I have lot of conflict feelings about kill these people. And I certainly would prefer houses fall, although I not know enough to cast judgement on Ji Pei. Not sure I would if I did. And honestly every time Guts talks let Bonepartes get kill get more appeal. Perhaps I could not fight, but instead act on sidelines to help teammates, give them potions and such. If that not work, perhaps I could aid Hybros plan. Two of you think that could work?"
-
That's my plan. By the way, what do you think the impression of Heroica will be by quest end? We have already helped a bunch of beggars, and now we might kill a bunch of beggars. So any estimates of what the novels will think of us based on the current trend?
-
Would helping the bonapartes here give a rise in reputation? (please say no)
-
IC: De'kra clicked, "I for one understand your decision Thothwick, and I wish that I could afford neutrality. If he try to kill you in spite, I will try to give you aid. Now, if we must fight these oppress individuals, I note that we have few healers, I count only Gali and Sarick. Now I have large amount of potions, so perhaps I should go on one of other teams to act as psuedo healer?"
-
IC: De'kra nodded as he tried to use the Cloak of the Elven Spy to analyze the stats of the mob. "Thank you Nerwen," he clicked, "You are right. It would only make things worse, and even if things eventually get better it would still be pave and death. Eubric need to change, but not reborn in violence of mob. It too blunt, like bomb. Force for change need to be precise." As he glanced around he clicked to Guts, "Ussal crabs are more eager to help you if you give them food rather than if you beat them. Beat Ussal crabs only drive them away, make them hostile to you and less will to listen to you."

It's fine with me, as Flipz said De'kra does use that cloak whenever asked, and he was asking for direction.

IC: De'kra looked in dismay as events began to spiral. One one hand, Dekra felt hatred for the houses with a fiery passion, and his thoughts did occasionally stray towards rebellion. But of the things De'kra had learned in Eubric, he had learned that he was a bad judge of character. How could he tell if these revolutionaries would be any better or worse than the houses. But he already knew that the old powers of Eubric were corrupt, so was it worth the risk? Or would he trust the enemy that is known? But could he kill these people? Sure he chose assassin for hopefully quick and painless deaths, but would it work as he hoped? It was like the civil war all over again, and that ended horribly? Th-the screaming... Finally De'kra surrendered and asked, "Nerwen, what should we enact?" Silently his thoughts pleaded to the voice in his head as well, but the voice offered no answer.

Exactly, why use Nur's Aquamarine to calm the water, or his Garnet to create solid footing, when you can whisper to trees?
-
IC: De'kra nods in understand, and forces his gaze to an icy blue. The echo followed on after Cinna, pushing the thoughts of the crowds out of his mind. Every so often his eyes cracked into a bright green, though the cyan hue soon cased over them. As he looked at the crowds, De'kra used his Cloak of the Elven Spy to detect their features.
-
I like that he indirectly called Tesni green, while she is the most experienced hero in the hall, and just shy of the gray wizard's level at a fraction of his age.
-
IC: De'kra clicked, "I have cloak and I, though it not work immediately. Depends on if we have element of surprise or plenty of time to talk before potential fight, otherwise it not very useful. It still might be good idea to use, so I will keep it close by. You okay? Is something wrong?"

I assumed he meant the Caroline in that game has similar features to Arthur's Caroline, like they have a similar fate. So linking the pair might spoil his plans for Arthur's past. Now if only I ever played Portal/Portal 2...
