  1. Here is a link to LEGO's Shop@home: S@H
  2. This is my castle siege entry for the Colossal castle contest VI. "The city of Elenaï is under siege. the defenders try to destroy the enemy's trebuchet. While their jester destracts the attackers, a group of defenders leaves the city and tries to burn the trebuchet and kill it's operators." Brickshelf Flickr
  3. Thanks for the comments everybody! I used 1x1 round bricks for the pallisade. I will upload more pictures soon.
  4. This is my first CCCVI entry. The leader of the outlaws lives like a king in his hidden fortress, but will this luxury soon be over? Brickshelf folder when public Flickr
  5. Thanks for the comments everyone. I know there aren't many pirate pieces, but i used all the pirate pieces that i have. I could have bought some swords and figs at bricklink, but that would have been a waste of my money since all those pieces will be so much cheaper when the new sets come out...¨ I did take some closeup pics, but i don't think i'm alloud to post them now, so you will have to wait until the contest is over.
  6. Thanks for the comments! My entry is finally finished. The King's men have caught one of the richest Pirate captains who used to own several ships, and hanged him. Now his pirates attack the city to revenge his death. (and to pillage it of course ) Flickr Admins, please tell me if you want to see more pictures as soon as possible, i want to use some parts of this MOC for another one, so it will probably be hard to make the MOC look exactly the same later. And could one of you change the title ot this topic to: The revenge Pillage the village large division Thanks DNL
  7. My entry is almost finished now. It took me a lot longer to build than most of my MOCs (which i often build in one weekend) I will write a background story later. Flickr DNL
  8. These cannons are great! I thought i was the first one using palm tree trunks for cannons. Great idea to use pots for the thicker part of the cannon, I didn't find a way to do that. Groeten, DNL
  9. Yes, it's peaceful now, but just wait until it's finished... The cannon looks too big, but i'm not yet finished with that part of the MOC, It will probably look better later.
  10. Best castle set ever! This set is really awesome, i will buy it no matter how much it will cost
  11. Update: More info DNL
  12. Thanks for the comments. That is actually a cannon ball hitting the wall, but seashells on the walls is a great idea, would you mind if i use it? Yes, i'll build a big tudor storehouse behind the crane and the fort will be much higher and bigger. I'm not sure yet, but maybe I'll expend the baseplate, so it's 48x48 and make a bigger village. The problem is that i don't have any conquistador helmets, and i don't have enough hats for al the soldiers either, so i thought these helmet would look best for imperial soldiers.
  13. Vig. 23d My entry is finally finished. The King's men have caught one of the richest Pirate captains who used to own several ships, and hanged him. Now his pirates attack the city to revenge his death. (and to pillage it of course ) Flickr

  17. A very nice and realistic looking castle! I like the covered allure. I used to live close to the Muiderslot and visited it a couple of times. (Here is the Wikipedia page about the Muiderslot) DNL
  18. Thanks for the compliments everyone The brown part is a hoard. yes, i used hinge bricks. Here is a close up of the window. I used half of this part: and some trans 1x1 plates. On the internet Yes, but it doesn't look very good on the picture.
  19. This is a small castle located close to the border of the kingdom of the CrownKnights. Brickshelf gallery when public FLICKR
  20. Thanks for the comments! It is not a waterwheel, but a treadmill crane. It works like a hamster wheel. The dwarfs get the mine back. I wanted to include some dwarfs in the siege scene, but i didn't have any yet
  21. I decided to make a dwarf version of my latest MOC. This is the mine twenty years before the Bhurths took it: The old version: FLICKR Brickshelf
  22. This is how it looks in real lego:
  23. I don't have the right colors, but i can make it in black and gray. i'll post a picture tomorrow.
  24. Thanks, I posted a topic about that MOC about a week ago: here
  25. They're not really stuck beteen the slopes, but if you put bricks on the back of the wall they don't fall out very quickly. And you can just put them back if they happen to fall out.
