Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

I was shocked too, and i hope it's because the Lego sets aren't based on any of the scene in which the Iron Patriot suit is featured. So i hope for that. I hope he uses the new white colored lightsaber hilt, but maybe not. When did we hear about the Hulk polybag? Wasn't it in April.? -

Can really try hard with things based on upcoming movies. All three vehicles have the same colorscheme because they are all belong to the Ten Rings, the boat and helicopter have the Ten Rings logo. I've been getting excited for minifgs based on SH but i like the sets regardless. -

Fine you what reasons, here you go. 76002 Superman: Metropolis Showdown: you get the main hero and villian. Cheap. good coloful car with a good build and satelitte. i mean it not suppsosed to be great, thy're just things that Zod and Supes can kill each other with. 76003: From what i can tell, the ship has a good unqiue build. the jeep is pretty plain though. once again great minifig, except for Faora. 76006: Don't have much boat build, and the pics make it look like a really interesting build. 76007: The helicopter has an interesting build. The mansion is the star though. Even though it 's the top floor living room and Stark's workshop thrown into a blender. It's highly detailed, but i would have preferded a chair for the computer desk. 76008: I admit the buggy was wierd when i first saw it. But it's grown on me. the buggy has neat but simple design. The minifigs are the real draw here, both exclusive variants of the main guys. Actually the head under the Extremis set id the new Tony head. -

Not known at the time, but i hope for an Iron Patriot War Machine. And the guy over at TFW has more pictures. But he confirmed that Aldrich and the Soldier DO NOT have glow in the dark heads, its just pale green for the effect of the Extremis virus. http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/toyark/173890-lego-thread-337.html -

He had an apperance in the original theme. I think a microfig(along with batgirl) of him hints a future mifigure. And his blue color has seen more media than his red one. I would expect blue for him. -

That's what he meant, i don't see him being released in a new set for a couple years, along with Penguin. -

Batgirl could go either way. But i would expect Nightwing to have blue, it's the one kids would recognize and it's iconic, plus the microfig in the Batman board game has blue. -

I don't like them either, unless their beard is short enough to warrent a printed beard, then it looks good. I like the beard and hair choice, they're both 3/4 of the way accurate. Hair should have been a new mould, and beard should have been shorter. -

He has backprinting and double sided face, that looks alot like Kingsley, too bad it doesn't have a printed beard. -

The guy, which i asked, said a white blank head is included. Also included is pics of the Mandarin without his beard or hair. It's black, it's just the lighting. -

We have two spots for the suits we already have. The suits we're going to get don't and shouldn't have spots yet. -

I know, and that's exactly what i plan to do. Wonder if a black head is included for the Mark XLII, in case you don't want Tony or Pepper's behing the mask. -

I know that. But look at their feet, the spots for the suits to stand(if you have them) are in front of the glass scans, when in the films they are behind. -

Looks stickered sadly, and the suit case looks to represent the Mark V in suitcase form. I would have thought that the armors would go behind the glass, not in front. -

I don't see Scarecrow being in a set for a couple months. I hope for those figs, plus Batgirl, and other Batman characters and non batman figs. -

Not really Lego's fault. Amy Adams is playing Lois and is a redhead, Lego is just being accurate. And the kind Lois has is a light stawberry blond type red head. -

^ Supes has a double sided head, one looks like the comic face with a few changes to make him resemble Cavill and the other is red eyes and angry. It looks like Supes is the same in every set. -

Bruce isn't supposed to be based on Bale, it's weird that it kinda looks like him. MoS Supes is based on Cavill, i just checked, the cheek bones, the mouth, and eyes/eyebrows are different from the comic version. He has a military crew cut, which make him nearly bald but has a small amout of hair, bald is the right way to go. There's no such thing as mind control, mandarin's rings don't have "powers" in the movie. They are both green because the are infected with the Extremis virus, which turns someone's face green and make them a mindless, super strong, fire breathing, zombie. I hope they aren't gitd but nice if they are. Well apart from the spike being in the wrong place, not next to the neck and on the shoulder. But then agian we don't know what Tor- An looks like, so it might be accurate to him. But i think that the figs are final, so i believe that hardy and Faora are final. -

I don't think it's a mistake. Lex will probably be in the sequel, but i would hope for Darkseid or Braniac. Plus Lex would look whoever will play him. -

I agree with the misleading names. But i think we all thought that the Helicarrier would be bigger when we heard the sets name. I don't think the heads are Gitd, just pale green. I like Faora, once i got past the horrible head. I think that the ship is accurate to the trailers, and i think sets are bleak and colorless(minus the sports car) because Snyder's bleak, colorless, realistic movie. We might buy the sets when we know what they're supposed be. You're kidding right? Tell me you're joking? What about Col. Hardy reusing Bruce's old face, he looks more like a generic character than the actor. -
Actually the torso is the new varaint, the rest is CW

That video is from the German toy fair. FBTB and Brickset confirmed that at the London toy fair, along with other sites who went their. Tor-An is definatly in the movie, but no one was supposed to know that, Lego kinda spoiled that And that armor on To-An looks nothing like Faora's. http://www.joblo.com/newsimages1/ManofSteel_MovieMasters-Faora_mtvgeek1.jpg And Lex's face match's the eyebrows and cheek bones of the chick that plays Faora. http://www.joblo.com/newsimages1/antje-faora-man-of-steel.jpg -

What armoured version? The two armoured one in the Smallville set are Zod and Tor - An(dude with spike on one of the shoulder pads). The armored guy in 76009 is Zod. Well the Lex face matches the actress' face to a point, but i hope it isn't the final.
