Well, I think they just meant Wolverine. We already know Magneto's in the game, they already confirmed that, so why keep it a secret? Given the context of what was said around it, they were talking about personal match ups, and they gave Hulk vs the Abomination (a classic fight match up) as an example. Therefore I think that they meant Sabertooth, without really giving away that it was him. But that's my opinion though.

Yeah, But Abomination is based on his movie appearance and Sandman is based on his Ultimate Spider-Man TV series appearance. But i think that the creators said they would include at least a hundred characters, including well knowns, fan favs, and complete "wow- they - included- that-character??!!" shockers.
