You know, something's bothering me. Looking at Lewa, I can't recognize what the black things are, I can see a Black Phantom chest piece, and the obvious green Miru, but what are the black things at each side of the head/mask/helmet/thing? Shoulder armour?

The more I look at it, the more the Defenders' masks look like a Kanohi Arthron to me. At least the shape of it.

Thaaaat was kind of the point. Since day one LEGO has said that Hero Factory wasn't meant to have a continuous story, it was meant to be various themes that weren't related to each other. But they reaaaaally messed up with the cliffhangers, I really hate that they added them and that we'll never see their conclusion.

Makes me wish that a LEGO Metroid action figure line existed. Pretty hyped if the BIONICLE returning thing is real, but I do wish that Hero Factory gets a final year that isn't kaijus...

Oh dang for a second I thought you were talking about 2015 sets. Got excited a bit haha. That stinger tail looks weird, but looks like a solid combiner.

Hey hey hey I never said I don't like the story. I /love/ the HF story, but I just HATE getting over it in less than a month with 11 months of filler.

You know what I realized? We literally know everything about this year's story. Everything. We won't get any story-related news until 2015. This is something I will say I dislike from Hero Factory, they literally tell the whole story at the beginning and there's nothing else to be hyped for besides the sets.

LEGO did Pacific Rim before Pacific Rim did itself. Plot twist. Anyway, I can't help but RAGE at the fact that I just realized they got the Queen Beast's chest armour upside down at Toy Fair. Do the guys that build the sets even try with the constraction sets?

I thought we cleared out the whole "ripping off" thing a few pages ago. Ripping off and homaging are two different things. also pacific rim wasn't horrible what kind of heresy is this

I really don't think they'll drop the minifigures next year. I mean, we still haven't got any Stringer or Nex minifigure. If we get their minifigures next year, THEN I think they'll drop them.

So the original ending was the Queen and all of them being in a peaceful relationship with the heroes but LEGO asked them to change it 12 hours before production finished? That... Kind of explains the semi-wanky ending, I guess. Would've liked if they kept the original ending there.

2007, 2008 and 2009 all had faulty pieces that could be broken easily I believe. -

I remember it being called Anchor Machine in a listing before. I wonder if it was changed only for the game?
