  1. Fine slab of brick there! The alabaster detailing is a great touch. Certainly looking the part. The broad palette on the pantiles works great too.
  2. Ha! They certainly look the part. Great concept and such wonderful parts!
  3. Between wrapping up AG1 and the popularity of the site's Starwars RPG, this seems to be on an extended hiatus. Currently, you can still post preludes for series 2 but it's hard to tell when that would be relevant to the gameplay mechanic as the mods are thoroughly engaged elsewhere. If you just wanna run a series of RBG narratives with some folks in a more generalized scifi setting, I was planning on posting preludes this summer sometime. There wouldn't be a game system in place but perhaps it could scratch the itch and generate a little more interest. I'd be happy to work with others in this regard. Depending on what you're looking for, it could be something to do.
  4. That's a fine mud pit you've got there! Now off to the puggers'!
  5. @Ross Fisher yessir please! I need more scape practice and I ended up with a pile of gross fleshies I should play with a little.
  6. Fantastic! Well researched and built! You even have a torsion catapult! The sterm brick build is pretty cool and the whole thing is has sleek contours for such a bulk.
  7. Congrats and thanks for the mention! Fig-Barfs are good fun but most of us do it on our own anyways and now that we did a Lotii one, it seems there would be rehashes of mocs we would build anyways. Perhaps something that could give us a better lay of the land? A reconnaissance or surveying mission in the New Haven Sea that would translate into a microbuild challenge? 16x16 or even 32x32?
  8. Love these buildings of yours. A lot of great ideas, that I shall shamelessly pilfer. Go get 'em, lads!
  9. Crowded and hectic! It's wonderful. I enjoy seeing what a day in jiankai looks like and such a wonderful cross-section of the society!
  10. Great underwater build with a lot of vibrant detailing! Love the buoy.
  11. Love the flooring technique. That's a fone house. Love the twist there. 'Even bad men love their mamas."
  12. I say, good stuff ol' boy. Are the trunk pieces printed like that or did they require some work?
  13. Those frontages are great and the mob captures the discontent. Perhaps we will get an 'Assault on the Tuileries' style MOC at the end of this mess!?! Been toying with that one but Oleon seems a bit too stable.
  14. Har! I love it! Great detailing inside and out! The interrogator seem to be quite a connoisseur of pointy bits.
  15. I've been battleing with a good conestoga wagon since I got the horse trailer. Marvelous! I like the idea of the brick backdrop a lot.
  16. Agreed. Just learning enough to pic one for a MOC soaked up a bit of my dwindling free time. It was a great challenge but I, personally, coulda used another month to research and build.
  17. I am a big fan of cloth sails in Lego. The tumblehome hull looks good. It the thing built into that base solid? Even the base is well built, seems to be curling a bit though.
  18. I took the one 4+ kit I bought back to the store and demanded MOAR LEGO!
  19. Stout place for sure. Double layering the cobblestone was a nice effect.
  20. Great idea! Really digging these roofs.
  21. Wonderful colors and execution! Good call on shifting it from a Byzantine build. Even the Hagia Sofia is pretty subdued.
  22. Yes please...
  23. I am seconding @Fraunces on this. Your builds are exquisite. Not even lying. I wish I knew as much about part usage, as you have forgotten. Just put a few minifigs in. Not because your MOCs need anything but because this is an RPG group. Otherwise just drop them in the Pirate Theme forum for broader appeal. Your ships and structures seem to be 'to scale'. An incredible accomplishment considering how cartoon lego is. Now bring what you have already built to life. It could be as simple as 'the change of watch on the deck of a ship you've already made or a pursuit of bandits down the cliffs of that gorgeous pan-tiled tower on a cliff. Is that your SR base?
  24. Good stuff. I enjoy that the assassin was swimming on a lie alone.
  25. Ha! Took me a second to realize they were stubbies. That's a good sign. Sharp all around. The trim work is particularly cool.
