I remember there was a dedicated thread for YT recommendations. If i can dig it out i can share some links.

I guess it depends on the videos you watch, like and comment and the channels you are subscribed too. Sometimes YT asks you to rate a video and there's also the option to not get any recommondations from a certain channel. Sure enough, when i was new into Lego after my dark ages ended i was following all the big english speaking channels on YT, but the deeper i got into the hobby the less i watched their videos. Nowadays i basically never get recommendations of big channels videos anymore. But just today i got one from from a small channel (1K subsribers) who posts videos about a big Coruscant moc he builds

Haha yeah There are leakers who play games and there are leakers who don't play games. I trust the ones who don't play games.

Here's hoping that it does not turn out to be just a Titanic style display piece.

There are still many good Lego channels on Youtube! But it's the smaller ones with less than 10k subscribers that are good since for the majority of the bigger channels it's a job and not a passion anymore... 'get rich fast' or whatever their motto is

I am sorry, i didn't read the whole story, but there are some cool mocs and techniques! The pink and light nougat parts in the prison wall caught my eye, as did the arches you used for the waves at the dock, the Islanders statue, the big brickbuild Hokusai like wave or the secret entrance. Well done

Nice moc and story! The rain filled trench looks great. I guess you used trans bricks to fill the trench?

The code makes it even more easy for the scalpers/resellers to snatch all the highly desired minifigures me thinks

If the rumored piece count of 3500-4500 is true, there would be a lot of parts available for a brickbuild hull i guess. And the number of pieces would actually make for a very good price per piece. Even more so if the ship comes with "expensive" fabric sails.

I did not want to imply that you took inspiration from that Futurama episode (wouldn't be a bad thing i any way). I just had the association when i saw animals living on a droid. It's actually a very interesting topic! Bender's adventure also looks totally different

I am very sorry to be a annoying pain, but how did the Light Side get from 41 to 73 points in P7? And the 15+15 points from the contest went to Q6, but there are only 15 points in the sector?

Cool moc and great story! I like the crashed ship that is covered with plants after so many years. I really feel with the poor droids Hope the creatures that used to live on the droid find a new home. Reminds me the Futurama episode when Bender was flying though space and tiny humanoids lived on him Great start to the game!

You have to host your images at a hosting site like imgur, flickr or any other site where you can upload images. Then add the link to the image to the forum post and it should be shown automatically.

To me Hogwarts is very much different from the medieval castle sets. The characters and stories from the books/movies play a major role while the Hogwarts castle itself is not really comparable to a medieval castle. But maybe that's just my impression. But i get the point with Star Wars and Space So there's still hope for a pirate ship next to the other two sailing ships!

I see As a noob when it comes to ship building i would think one could keep Endurance's hull, mast, sails and rigging. Just change the superstructure. But first the leak has to be true We'll see...

To bad I like them more than the ones from the usual medieval factions.

Red is Dark Side, green is Light Side and orange are Mercs. Correct I think you can still build there but would not get any points. Information about most planets is rather sparse (in wookieepedia/jedipedia) and you could choose such a planet to place your moc in a sector that the faction has access to. Unless it is about the name of the planet that you want to mention in your story. Yes, you create a new thread for every moc. Put the grid sector and an Light Side abbreviation in brackets in front of the title of your moc. Don't forget to fill out the submission for for every moc. You'll find the link in the opening post.
