Haha yeah, the top of the palm tree is rough, but if you cover it up with the other palm tree leafs the combination of fern and leafs might look much better

Looks like a fun set! I love how they build the two slushies (Or whatever drink it is...) It is also interesting to see the fern piece used for a small palm tree. I still have to get one of those ferns into my hands. Surely it is a great piece!

[OFFICIAL] NEW Skeleton Pirate BAM (Build A Minifigure)
Yperio_Bricks replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
The torso looks great with the ragged cloth and shoulder strap but i wish it would be more useful for non-skeleton minifigures -
I think you are refering to the moc of SleeplessNight. But certainly you gave your creation a very different touch with the colorful palette, beautiful flowers and all the details! The top of your tower looks great with that little dome extension. I also like the conquistador minifigs very much.

If you want to keep the city for longer i'd suggest MILS plates. There is a MILS website describing the whole system. So basically every house would be on it's own MILS plate and you could easily shift them around and connect them using technic pins. It consumes more pieces though. Just check it out!

Wonderful collection of western style buildings! Do you plan to put them all together in a city layout?

I don't think BDP has any impact on the world outside hardcore AFOLs and i'm sure the overwhelming majority of Lego's customers don't even know BDP exists

This is a stunning moc! The base of the mountain, covered with clouds, looks great. But the temples surely are the highlights of this build. The roofs are fantastic and the incline towards the corners of the roofs of the bigger temple looks so, so good. I like the colors as well, dark turquoise beeing my favorite

Welcome to the party! Hope to see your medieval mocs in the future!

LEGO Star Wars 2023 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

Exactly! I'd rather see some Klatoonian raider, Nikto pirate or Gamorrean guard comming with the magazine. Or the above mentioned Quarren or Mon Calamri. -

I wish there would be some non-human species comming with the magazines. Like a Quarren or Mon Calamari After about 2 years of buying the magazines (i usually buy 1-3 copies of the issues with minifigures) i more and more think that the minifigure selection is pretty boring -

EDIT: I see the question was already answered

I also think there will be no baseplate. I guess they'd use the style of the Barracuda Bay with the big curved slopes and slopes for the beaches and medium azure plates for the ocean. Then add some Ideas Lighthouse rockwork and voilà, the brickbuild base is finished 215$ / 215€ sounds good By principle i don't buy sets for more than 100€ but for Eldorado fortress at 215€ i would make an exception. I am happy that the rumored price is not 400€ or 500€ like in other themes.

Congrats everyone!

Wonderful moc! The (reduced) color palette really makes the pink flowers pop. There are many great details one can discover. Like the dovecote on the roof, the cozy balconies, the door and window frames, the interior and the minifigs.
