I love how they incorporated features from the 2012 palace like the opening back and the hidden storage under the throne. Nice callback! It was a definite buy for me before we got the first pictures so now I’m even more hyped. Edit: Just noticed Fennec has new arm printing! I wondered whether they’d make it accurate or just reuse the arms from the light cruiser but they went the extra mile!

Does anyone think there’s a chance that the “Cad Bane’s Ship” set has a side build of the abandoned facility on Bora Vio? That would somewhat justify the price on top of having somewhere to have the fight between Bane and Fennec and other scenes from the ep. I rlly hope that’s the case but it’s probably too much of a stretch. Some modding could also get us a normal Kamino facility so that would be awesome. Edit: I’d love to see the Jedi Starfighter come with that AOTC Obi-Wan fig with printed robes shown in one or two of the Skywalker Saga trailers.

Wow, the palace looks great! I like how it focus’s more on interior, having the area to the left etc., however when it comes to exterior there’s no competition, and I have the 2012 one so I’ll just use that for exterior. For some reason the tower looks really similar to the old one in even the smaller details, like the binocs on a clip on the side of it and stuff.

How likely d’y’all reckon it is that we’ll get a widespread picture (even if blurry) of the palace before the official reveal? I’m DYING to see this thing, and it seems a few people have been able to get a look at a blurry image, however it doesn’t seem to be all over the place just yet.

A YouTuber called Brickwolf who reviewed the dark trooper attack early said (as a reply to a comment asking him to show the palace in the back of the instructions) that it looked great and he would be able to show the palace in 15 days. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think that’s the day that the last BOBF ep comes out, however I might be wrong cuz of timezones. Anyway, reveal date confirmed!!!

I keep rewatching the part of JB’s review of 75324 at the part where he looks at the back of the instructions and covers up most of the palace with his hand and trying to see as much of it as possible, and whenever I watch it I think I see a rancor of the same design as the 2013 (which I am familiar with as I have owned that set for many years) but when I look at it closely in slo-mo it doesn’t look like a rancor. Does anyone see what I mean, or agree or disagree?

In the review when he’s taking a closer look at Luke he says that the cape is one of the softer, spongy ones (or at least I think so, I don’t understand German, he may have said it wasn’t a spongy one).

Just watched JB Spielwaren’s review of the set - doesn’t look new to me anymore, just weirdly displayed on the box art perhaps? Edit: On second thought, it does actually look new, but instead of being shorter and less wide like I thought, it looks like it has a rounder lower end? I have no idea at this point. Let’s just hope it’s new, I guess.

Is it just me or does the new Luke figure look like he has a new cape piece that’s shorter and less wide? If it is new that would be epic but I don’t see why they would bother with one.

The accessory packs are in the physical stores here, just not out on LSAH. I got myself a clone one from my local store as soon as I could.

I think that’s the phase 1 clone. It’s next to the phase 2 one (with variations for the different types i.e. 212th, normal) and I doubt Rex will be in the base game considering he’s a TCW character (hopefully he is anyway as there isn’t a TCW character pack). The blue clone on the icon is actually the ep 2 clone lieutenant, but with a rangefinder for some reason. Maybe all the phase 1 clones can equip them and visors and it just showed it in the icon as that is what was selected or something? Anyway, I assume the 5 variations (one of them was locked) will be plain, sergeant, lieutenant, captain and commander. Am I missing something? Was there actually a Rex with 4 variations??? I hope so, but weren’t the only Rex figures p1, p2 and Rebels?

Ah ok, I only saw the Quarren in a cropped picture with that dark trooper on the left. Thanks for clarifying that.

I’ve been hearing “Bib Chungus” Anyone have any idea what the black minifigure on the left of the image with the Quarren is? Or is it some other piece that isn’t a figure? Also, it could just be some random thing in the photo that has nothing to do with it.

I wouldn’t say that it’s the “Slave I - pure and simple” since it isn’t exactly simple as they are avoiding calling it that, but yes, I agree. I dunno why Temuera Morrison called it a gunship lol, but he’s just an actor so his word about it isn’t exactly 100% definitive either. One of the people working on the show may have just called it that and he thought the name was changed properly, but to me it didn’t even seem like he was saying it was the new name, he said something like “that’s what we’re calling it”, which isn’t that clear.

The article/s that said this is just trying to get clicks. By the time you read the quote from Temuera Morrison it’s clear that he wasn’t saying it’s new name is the “Firespray”, that’s just what they’re referring to it as. The Slave I’s model in universe is a Firespray-31, and has been for years, so that’s why they’ve been calling it that. As many people have made clear, Slave I is still it’s canonical name, Disney just prefers not to use it in marketing for obvious reasons. They know they can’t officially change the name without decanonising the (I admit few) Clone Wars eps it was mentioned in. I hope this clears it up, I keep getting annoyed whenever people just believe random articles about it. I don’t mean to cause any negativity with this post, just want to let you guys know. This is not to say whether I support them changing it or not, I don’t want to create any more argument, I just want to explain what actually happened so that everyone arguing over it can stop.

I know there’s only rumoured to be a Boba’s palace and 1 other set from BOBF but do you reckon this could be (Spoilers) the main 2 villains of the non-flashback part of episode 2 on their thing that you will know about if you’ve watched it? That could require some specialised pieces with 2 you-know-what species in the set.
