I wonder if they'll use the new long Miss Piggy arms for a Hagrid without his overcoat. -

I was a completionist until the art set was released. I tried to get it when I saw it was half price just to say I had it, but missed out. If I see it for half price again I might get it, but knowing the amount of Lego HP releasing this year (as well as all of the other non-Lego HP stuff I collect, and saving up to meet my boyfriend who lives overseas) it's not high on my list. I also don't have the giant figs, but I want to get them before they're discontinued - hopefully on sale. I wasn't going to get the Icons set either, but I couldn't resist and I love it. I know I'll collect all HP Lego playsets and reasonably priced models (such as Fawkes, Hedwig, Chess) and D2C minifig-scale models, but if they keep putting out art sets/non-minifig scale D2Cs/expensive display models I will probably be more conservative with my purchases. The only set I'm tempted to sell is the D2C Hogwarts, but I would want to keep the minifigs so it seems pointless for what I'd get. As for display, my room is getting a big crowded so I'm going to look into turning my bookshelf into a HP display shelf instead. -

Wow, I'm so happy to hear this. This is my dad's favourite movie series. I still have some old sets broken up from when I was a child. I can't wait to see the pictures. -

I think the chocolate bar on the trolley has a new printing/sticker. EDIT: It's the same printing, it was just the reflection from the diamond stopper. Oh wow, I can see it now. So cute! -

The exterior of the Clock Tower is a thousand times better than the exterior of the 2021 caste sets (excluding Flying Lessons). -

Interesting: "The top and bottom halves of the set detach so other modules can be stacked in between, and the set connects with others in the series to create an entire Hogwarts Castle." I was expecting them to do something that attaches to the bottom with the courtyard, but I guess it will slot in the middle. -

He is one of my least favourite characters, but I guess he'd look cool. I think it's still possible, because they just add them to the store and release pics. They're not like on pre-order or anything. I bet they've been cancelled like the Marvel and Postcard sets. -

OMG the ending was so emotional. They need to make a one-off show about Hermione and Hagrid when they're older. I think they were just made for the 20th Anniversary last year. Bricklink has them cheap. Or I am in the UK and have a lot of duplicates so tell me what you need and I'd be happy to send them you. :) There's a clearer photo of inside the Divination classroom and I think the Moments sets are weaker than last year's personally. -

Aww, I can't wait to watch it. It's on in 6 hours here. I wish they would make some more films while they are all still willing. I actually thought they were going to announce something new (like a TV show, Cursed Child movie, etc.) today. Is it not happening today, now? -

Have you guys seen the newest banner on Lego Shop (UK, at least)? There isn't a regular Voldemort figure in a set currently on sale now, so I can see us getting one next year. It's truly shocking to me that Death Eaters and Voldemort have played such a small part in this theme so far! Five years in and we've only gotten one Death Eater (which was based on the controversial and weaker version). I really don't see them as much darker than Darth Vader and the Stormtroopers, and Rise of Voldemort is literally the darkest scene in the entire franchise IMO. I wonder if we might see a small MoM OoTP battle set next year? -

OK well I finished it and I have to say that I really, really love it! I don't want this to become a staple type of HP set, but as a one-off it's pretty genius and a lovely display piece. The build was very fun and varied except Hedwig, which got repetitive and reminded me of what I imagine building a big SW spaceship would be like. There were definitely some surprising techniques and I'm happy I got it. Haha I actually did manage to watch Miracle on 34th Street, Home Alone 1 + 2 and Harry Potter 1 while building it. Have to agree for the most part. I loved the experience (mostly) and even more so, the finished product! One of mine does this and I'm not sure which one. Probably Charms too. I'll check. Yes please!!! -

I watched the Christmas films as I can watch HP any time. I only built the accessories and figures so far (not the books or owl) but I think it will be a fun (and long!) build. -

I feel the same way. I hated the rumours, then when I saw it I loved it. But I kept talking myself out of buying it (and just couldn't afford it). But I keep coming back to it and I really want it in my collection.
