I love the gore of the pirate being shot. Nice touch! Well done. And I can relate on having a crappy camera.

I like the color scheme. But I have two suggestions. Add tumblehome and as said before off set the gunports. It looks good though I like it. Its built more like a small ship of the line rather than a frigate, but the number of cannon rate a ship, so I know why you call it a frigate.

Well it says on the list that there are soldiers. So with that being said, if this is a real list, there will be pirates vs soldiers, and pirates vs krakken.

How does this make it official? Just because that site lists it. Im still hoping for a new pirate line, but I will not believe it until I see an official lego statement or advertisement. However maybe this person on the linked site posted knows something that we don't! At least that is what I am hoping.

I like them. Voted the highest vote for them. I have some islanders, but have not made a moc with them. I think they give good diversity to the pirates theme.

Probably the best moc cannon I have seen.. Great work. Keep it up. Any way we can see how you constructed that cannon?

I like this ship. It does have that classic pirate feel as well. I also really like the brown decking, as well as the smaller details in the captains quarters and the sails. Well done. -T

Lagoon Lockup wins hands down. Beautifully designed and look at all of the special parts that come with it. My favorite land set. Imperial outpost looks too thrown together.

Thanks for the comment. I want to change the rigging and use rope and not the lego ratlines. And I want to make better sails for it. And yes that is the Soleil Royal. So I have almost completed my second ship of the line. A 64 gun ship. I have collaborated with Captain Greenhair, and I have used his tumblehome technique and his stern building techniques. I did however changed it in many ways to make it my own. I have not finished this ship, but I am close to being done with it. I sacrificed hms knight for the construction of this new ship. I love the tumblehome effect, and I plan on rebuilding all my ships, except the 106 gun ship, using the tumblehome technique. So thanks to Captain Greenhair for letting me use his techniques. Here is some teasers pic.

It looks great so far, the only thing I would recommend not putting a toilet on the second floor of the large white and black building... that would not be very historically accurate....I recommend putting a tavern (pub) on the first floor.... good work...

Well the balcony would depend on what time period you where trying to build in... the early to mid 1700s ships of the line had balconies on the stern... usually on the upper galleries.
