  1. I think it's just in store. Or perhaps you may want to check their webpage www.bricksworld.com. The dealer told me that she once sent a package to taiwan and the customer paid her via paypal.
  2. I'm very happy because i just received an email from Bricksworld (Singapore) saying that 8801 & 8802 are sold in combo with a special offer of 50% off. Originally ~USD40 but now sold for only USD20. :-D
  3. TLC is really stingy with the minifigure this time. Only 2 for quite a big ship like this..... ? ? ? Looking forward to your scan of the instruction..... Don't forget to inform us (by putting a msg here) when u have scanned it. Thanks a lot. ;)
  4. I do feel the same way too. . . Too bad that the helmets are so loose.
  5. I'm looking forward to your finished-version of the Helm Deeps. . . ;)
  6. Wow, this ship is really big, judging from the size of its hull!!! Wondering where can I keep it when i've bought it. ;)
  7. I have the same problem too. I'm the kind of LEGO fan who like to display and keep my sets inside cupboards. So, the size of my cupboards will limit the size of LEGO sets that I can buy. I don't like my sets to get dirty and dusty if they are left 'un-sheltered'. ;)
  8. According to Bricksworld (an LEGO exclusive toy store in Singapore), HP IV was scheduled to be launched in Singapore around September.
  9. I'll vote for Obi Won's Jedi Fighter. I don't have the minifig-scaled one, so, I would like to an UCS of it.
  10. Hahaha, what a good flash-show that u've made! Really inspiring!
  11. Thanks for the info. Just checked with the dealer this morning and she said that since these 2 sets are not in the official catalogue, so they'll have to make special order to get it. However, if only enough requests from customers are collected. Poor me. :'(
  12. I hate stickers too. So, usually I don't apply them. However, the Vikings are exceptions. The stickers are pretty easy to apply. At least, it's not that obvious if you put it off-center.
  13. I planned to build my 7419 into a 3-storey fortress. However, I haven't started anything yet. :-D
  14. Nice description, Bloody_Jay. Here's some pictures of the shields. 1) The printed shields: 2) The shields using stickers:
  15. Wow, what a nice set? I will definitely buy a couple of 8802 if it's available in Singapore (the price has to be reasonable too). Good pieces to expand my Vladek's Dark Fortress. ;)
  16. Btw, does anyone know whether the US version or the Europe version of Dinos will be released in Singapore (Asia) ? I wish it's the US version, at least they got the weapons. 8-)
  17. Instead of the LEGO Revival Survey, maybe we can start something else like a protest to voice out our opinions about the price. . . No, no, no, I was just kidding. ;)
  18. Perhaps there'll be Vikings II next year. Let's pray for it. Then, we'll be able to have some nice minifigures with real beard. :P
  19. Mr. lego_bildur, thanks for your info. Where did u get the 5999 set? Once again, it's not available in Singapore. :'( Dr Lucky, thanks for answering my question. I'll get the G678 soon (end of August, perhaps) ;)
  20. Are the blue knights in the last pic from the Chess Set G678?
  21. In my opinion, this prototype is much more realistic-looking compared to later prototype and the final model. I like the serpent but I do agree that the price would be very steep. ;)
  22. Though there are some critics that the vehicle is oversized, I still like this fire hammer very very very much. I wished TLC selling the Dino separately so that the price of each set would be cut down (I just dislike the Dinos, they are too ugly to be called LEGO). However, I'll still buy this set when it's available at Singapore. Well done, Bloody_Jay. I'm looking forward to your coming review.
  23. You're absolutely right. I didn't buy the Designer-dinosaur, so, I was hoping that TLC would make the dino in bricks but apparently no. Sigh . . . . :'(
  24. Thanks, Bloody_Jay. Another brilliant review. I really like the helicopter. Though I hate the stickers (it seem like there are a lot of it), it won't stop me from buying it. Too bad that when will the Dino line arrive in Singapore. . . :'( Guess I've have to wait for the meanwhile.
