I voted for Dragon Fortress because I have two sets of it..... :-P No, that's not reason...... It has a very good colour combination...... no gray pieces...... so it can be used all the times without having the problem of "Old" "New" gray...... It also has a lot of useful pieces such the black slopes and 1x1x6 red pillow pieces..... They can be used for many MOCs.

This is an attempt to modify the Shrieking Shack from HP III by using bricks/pieces from the set only. The front view... The main modification is on the front side onf the house. In order to add an extension part for the candy-displaying corner, the front door and the window above have been moved one-stud to right-hand side. A 1x2x3 dark gray slope is added to left side of the door to create a symmetry look. 2 of the same pieces are added on the sides of the stairs too. The base of the house has been modified. This results in a more uniform colour scheme for the base. The left view The structure of the chimney adheres to the original design. :-$ Only 2 dark gray pieces are replaced with black for colour consistency. The right view The top view The roof is lifted to reveal the bedroom. Sirius black is having a rest in his bedroom. The candy corner Strawberry-flavour ice-cream and candies...... yummy Chocolate-flavour ice-cream and chocolate bars..... The design of the lamp outside the house is from the Candy Shop of the Shrieking Shack. :-$ The view from behind The interior of the ground floor 2 rows of soft drinks, soda..... I dislike the dark-green colour....... Unless I hv extra $$, otherwise I wouldn't buy this set........... perhaps wait till sale (if there's a sale) :-(

I like this and will definitely buy it ...... though i dislike the big wall pieces and the gold (if i'm not mistaken) colour pieces as well........ this is a better set than The tower of Mistland

I'm quite disappointed with this set...... I expected it to be something better though I've anticipated that it wouldn't be as good as KKII year 1 & 2 (I like those big castles.......) I planned to buy all the castle sets that are released since 2005 cos that's when I started to play LEGO again.......But now, i'm not sure that i'll waste my $$ on this not-up-to-expectation set.

Hi, Bryan. It was a free gift with every purchase of above SGD100 of Harry Potter items in a LEGO-Exclusive Toy Shop in Singapore (before and during the promotion of Harry Potter III). It's not available anymore, I guess. I have 4 of them.... but I've cut 2 of them to do some display. :-$

So, there'll be 3 or 4 Castle Sets coming out this year? Will 8813 be released? Does anyone know how would the sets be priced at? Tq.

I don't really like the design of the "tower".......... The colour shceme doesn't work for me.........Hopefully it's just a prototype..........

I just watched the movie yesterday........... What a nice movie......... So, what do you guys think about the HP IV sets? Are the designs accurate to compared to the movie? In my opinion, they are all accurately designed.......... My only complaint is that the durmstrang ship is a bit smaller than the movie's..... It seems to be a wooden-ship in the movie and have more decks.......

Ah but I need money for things like bills, food and most important of all Lego. Just cause you're at Uni, doesn't mean you don't need money. I totally agree with u......... I'm in U too and I need some extra money desperately now cos I lose my sponsorship........... have to give up buying a lot of LEGOs............ :'(

The carpet that appears in my signature is a free gift with every purchase of HP products > S$100 (USD50) last year........... I have 4 of them as I bought Hogwarts Castle (HP I), Dumbledore's Tower (HP II), Hogwarts Castle (HP III) and Shrieking Shack (HP III). I joined 2 carpets recently to display my HP sets.......... I'll post up the pics maybe nextweek as I just moved to my sis's house and still busy tidying up my room........

To be honest, if TLC come out with an Quidditch Stadium.......... that would really surprise me. TLC didn't produce the stadium for HP IV though there's a Quidditch World Cup in the book. Quidditch game is not that important in HP V or HP XI

I would like to have a Quidditch stadium too............but it doesn't have to be in the sports line........... I'm a fan of the sports line........... i just want to have a full-sized stadium........ hehehe :)

The pirates sets that i like are BSB, SES, Eldorado Fortress, the other fortress (forgot the name) and 1 or 2 medium-sized ships..... that's all.............but............... I like almost all huge castles.................... so, it's obvious that I'm a castle fan and voted for castle............ I only have BSB, that's my only pirates set cos i started to collect LEGO in year 2004 (after 10 years quit playing with LEGO)............not much appealing pirates sets came out from year 2004 until now............. too bad

It really looks small to me...........

Just want to tell those who haven't bought this set...................... Buy it! It worths every penny that you spend.

Af first, I wanted to buy these sets............. Af 2nd glance, it doesn't appeal to me that much anymore.......... Probably I'll spend my $$ on some other themes. :o
