  1. Happy birthday, PirateDave. Hope you'll join us sometime soon for another game of Mafia. Oh, and you've got to update your "About Me" page.

  2. Wow! 7 players in a battle. I guess it's not just two teams and their allies fighting against each other then, but everyone can fight each other. Sounds messy already. Wish I had a better internet connection.
  3. Ah, I understand now. How many players can you have playing at once? Can you play campaigns online? I suppose so, but that must take an eternity.
  4. "Daxus, let me know what you think about letting Punii use the three Holy Bombs. At this point I don't think there is any way that I will allow you to continue fighting. We are both too weak. See my proposed plan."
  5. "There's no guarantee that it would work. I don't think we should risk it. If the Progg gets a special damage hit, then it would entirely deplete my weakened health rendering me incapable of throwing the bomb. Then we would have to deal with the Juggernaut's free hit which would KO Daxus. I think we either go with punii throwing two or three holy bombs, or we just throw the smoke bomb right away. Were the holy bombs useful in making any ingredients? Could someone check?" New proposed plan: Punii: Three Holy Bombs Pretzel: Smoke Bomb Or, I'll just throw the smoke bomb at once. "The Holy Bombs cannot be used to make any ingredients. If you agree Punii can throw the three of them."
  6. When you're playing online, does pausing the game work? If so, how? I always wondered this, for some reason.
  7. Not fast enough. :hmpf_bad:

  8. "I think we can have your punii progg throw two holy bombs? Any objection to that? The bombs don't take SP into account, do they? If not, let him toss the two bombs and I'll toss the smoke bomb." Battle Order (Either): Punii: Two Holy Bombs Pretzel: Smoke Bomb (Or): Daxus: Progg A Pretzel: Smoke Bomb "Just let me know whether throwing the two holy bombs would actually defeat Progg A or not."
  9. "Run the battle order as I have it. If the situation is utterly bleak. The puny progg will throw his bombs before we set off a smoke bomb. Let's go with it. Who would've thought that I'd have to spend so much of my time fighting with two robb...rogues. Ah, well! I suppose the path to salvation is not lost to the least of these." I mutter an incantation and sway my cross in Mizuki's direction. Trying to summon the spirit of healing within me.
  10. "And two bombs would do 24 total damage to each progg?"
  11. I haven't tried that. Computer I was playing on crashed so it'll be a while before I play again, but Parthia's horsemen were awesome.
  12. Sure. How do we do it? I guess just follow Hinkley's good example.
  13. Stop looking at my profile and look at my post.

  14. "If punii through all three of the Holy Bombs, how much damage would he do to each progg? I wasn't listening when he was explaining the mechanism he would use."
  15. "Is that punii progg still with us, or did he take off with all of our bombs. We could use his explosives right about now."
  16. "I did not remember you had a Phoenix Essence, Daxus. Why didn't you tell me earlier? If you think we should use it on Erik now, then by all means do. We can make more later."
  17. I play Rome with the Barbarian Invasion and Alexander add-ons. Unfortunately, my internet connection will never support online gaming. Way too slow for that...way to slow. I crushed the whole world in Rome in I don't know how many years, but it wasn't long, just a lot of huge battles at the end. I have to say it got kind of boring though. As the house of Julii I forgot about using foot soldiers apart from the archers and pretty much just used cheap horsemen. They were highly effective though and they're fairly cheap as well.
  18. Otherwise, we could forget about the players and all be tree stumps.
  19. "Don't give up hope, Mizuki and Daxus. We are in a tough spot, it's true, but by no means an impossible one. Let's play out another round. If it's too bad, we can use a smoke bomb, but I don't think that will be necessary. Battle Order: Pretzel: Seat Juggernaut Daxus: Juggernaut (Front Row) Mizuki: Progg A (Back Row) Myrddyn feel free to post if you have any suggestions. You can play for Daxus if you want.
  20. "Sorry fellows, now I remember why I struck through it and wanted to change the battle order and actions before. When I looked at the list again though, I couldn't remember why I wanted to change it. Battle Order: Daxus: Juggernaut (Front Row) Pretzel: Heal Mizuki Mizuki: Progg A (Back Row) "Hopefully, this heal will go off and I'll be able to seat the juggernaut again next round. Perhaps it would have been a good idea to go back to that apparatus and blend these essences into more useful items, but let's deal with what we have for now. We can still win this. Maybe it's time to set off some bombs soon." Just for clarification. If one of the rogues flees the battle and the rest of us die, we will all be restored to one unit of health, correct?
  21. Oops, accidentally, struck through. Edited it.
  22. "I think I may use this opportunity to heal Daxus." Battle Order: Erik: Juggernaut (Front Row) Mizuki: Juggernaut (Front Row) Daxus: Progg A (Front Row) Pretzel: Heal Daxus
  23. "Agreed, Erik! Daxus seems like he is losing his mind a little. He is losing blood fast, but he can keep up his strength. He may not be able to focus on fighting and talking for a while though. So keep silent, Daxus, and focus all your efforts on the fight. Hopefully, this scroll will work this time around." Battle Order: Daxus: Progg A (Front Row) Pretzel: Seal Juggernaut Mizuki: Juggernaut (Front Row) Erik: Juggernaut (Front Row)
  24. I believe it had something to do with the current Mafia game. Endgame, we'll just keep going like normal. I'll post the order and actions. It is not a bad thing for me that you have gone on vacation, I at present have had hard drive failures on two computers and am trying to get one back and working, but it is tough. That's why I've been horribly inactive recently.
