Now where did he go off to? Just want to have a friendly chat with him that's all.

Nope they don't count as targeting anymore, not sure if they ever did, but as long as I have had mine they didn't. Healing does though. I could heal the golem if you like.

Heroica RPG - Quest #59: Rito's Resolution
Palathadric replied to JimBee's topic in The Heroica Archive
"I don't think using a scroll on an enemy counts as targetting, so someone will still have to target the golem this round unless you want to take a free hit from him. I think William can also absorb a free hit while he's petrified, but I'm not sure about that. I'll leave the decision up to you, just tell me what to do." -
Back in the days when you used to win battles in one turn...quite frequently.

"I hope my shield hasn't turned to stone with him." "Maurice, do you want me to remedy William or continue fighting the firefly/something else? Since we're facing slightly fewer enemies now and therefore receiving fewer free hits, perhaps we should consider me sealing the monstrous rocky creature." De'kra will probably need some healing sometimes soon as well. -

I have to say Li'l Nightshroud had me rather suspicious with his comment at the end of yesterday. Could he be scum trying to warn his other team out there not to fall for Trumpet's ploy? Li'l Foog pointed him out yesterday, and I think it may be something worthwhile to pursue. I'm looking back on Day 1, but apart from that he hasn't really bumped my scumdar too much. Li'l 'Nuts it was pretty unbold of you not to bold your vote yesterday. There's a saying "bold die young," perhaps you're trying to avoid an early death by your lack of boldness. Not a very townie thing to do. And what do you know? I got the: wrong.- 175 replies

Official-Alternate Models

I just don't know how many people would contribute. -
It's not that bad if you render it over night. Besides, you don't need to render to such a high amount of pixels. I normally do actually just 1280 by 720 and that, depending on the size of the MOC just takes a couple of hours. The problem is transparent pieces. I'm hoping to get my Desktop up and running soon and that will be great for saving time on renders. Not to mention making the building a lot faster with less freezes.

It's not that bad if you render it over night. Besides, you don't need to render to such a high amount of pixels. "All right then. I was not sure if you wanted me to heal in which case we would have taken a free hit. By the way, how did you do that Mizuki. Clean! Nicely done." I repeat my attack on Firefly B, flying forward on my flying cross and attempting to blast him out of the sky with the wind of my passing. "I knew I should have embedded the ruby into the tall cross," I sigh. -
Something around 12-16 hours I believe, but I rendered this one originally 2560 by 1440. Thanks, all!

Switch to LDraw and POV-Ray for better images. What do you think of this for a rendered MOC for Heroica:

Yeah, I was thinking of doing this for the Castle and Pirate sets, but I've got to at least finish the Official Castle sets first and I have been busy with other things so I haven't really worked on any more models in ages. -

Though it's not good for us, shouldn't the free hit have gone against De'kra rather than Mizuki. "Maurice, put me third in the battle order next time so that my SP can be used more effectively to protect from free hits. Do you want me to heal or remedy the minion of darkness or should I continue my attack? "Well done, Harkenshire, you switched shields just in time." -

Why would you say this out loud? Seriously! If he is town, you've just about blown any chance he has. What you said cannot help town in anyway. If he's scum, it does nothing to help us, and if he's town you may have blown whatever fragile cover he had, if he indeed had one at all. Although, I really don't think scum would be too stupid to have not realized the possibility that he may be a townie, but still...- 249 replies

Actually LEGO minifigs would survive the fall much better than the brick-built Eidolon. Of course, I think what Endgame is trying to denote is that his PC Tower is going to fall from 8 feet, and that is not funny. Not only will Eidolon and the heroes die, but the whole quest with them.

No, no, no, Hoke and Drake are quite different really.

I don't like answering for others, but I don't see a reason why not to here. It is simply in the wording of the text, which says that you "may be inducted/may be recruited." Zepher took that to mean that he could be recruited. Frankly, I thought it meant the same thing as well. I thought I was some kind of special case until I saw the argument here. If you ever think of removing your hat, give it to me, I think it has a sort of "ninja" quality.- 249 replies

For the record: I am aligned with town. Trumpetking, you seem to be intentionally mixing up what Zepher said. It then seems weird that you wanted to vote for Zepher for the very thing that you found scummy about him before, and then you withdraw your vote when the pressure builds. It seems like you're trying hard to please people and trying to appeal to people's better side with your saying how you're "losing your cool." For your own sake, if you're hot take your hat off. I really don't think there's a need to say much more for now. Vote: Li'l Trumpetking- 249 replies

I strike at Firefly B from the Backrow with Broomstick De Albert. "It's unfortunate that these beasts are fiery. It renders the bonus I get against Flying Creatures null. Perhaps I shouldn't have merged the Sapphire and Ruby into the same cross. I suppose I will take on Firefly B, as we can't manage too many free hits, but perhaps you should consider my sealing some of these creatures in the future, because their specials are nasty."
