Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion
Powered by Bricks replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I can clearly see that the magazine is themed all over airports and air vehicles, even though I can't figure out what the heck is this vehicle (the reward from the next magazine), it's quite uncommon to see such a big piece for a paper bag set. The sneak peek of the next magazine shows a blue aircraft landing, could it be the upcoming passenger plane? It's so blurry I can't figure out if its a new plane or the 2016 plane instead -

Well according to some price comparison websites, this unknown set is supposed to be released tomorrow. I really think this a bundle set, might be a bundle with three 10€/$ vehicles, who knows? -

From what i heard, this new D2C is going to be 8+ (age thing), so we might get more detailed things, I really hope to see a articulated bus too, I like the concept. -

I searched a bit and I found a better translation, also combi means combination (sort of a direct translation of German word "Kombiset") 60395-Combo Race Pack 60396-Tuner Cars 60397-Monster Truck Race OR maybe a new subtheme inspired by Stuntz but focused on racing vehicles, if these look good I'm probably buying these, what was the last time Lego released a race car set? (not including 4+ sets) -

Is that information or just a thought about the new summer wave? -

Looking at these new exploration sets, I'm thinking that this 30€ ship will be a smaller version of the 2015 ship (using a new mould) and a small submarine and animals. As for the submarine, this one may be slightly bigger than the previous ones but with a small underwater base and/or a big exploration area. Just speculating. -

I'm afraid that these sets will release in June for the European Market only. -

Well I have done some searching and. I can confirm the list is true, however some of the names were wrong. 60364-(not sure of this) Urban Roller Skates Park 60391-Demolition Truck and Wrecking Ball All of the summer sets are set to be released in June so, we will see all of these revealed when LEGO.com shows the images. We might see a few more sets as all of these are not Retail Exclusives -

Not what I was expecting, the truck looks weird without a roof, the ultimate stunt rider set is nice but the price is awful. The other 2 sets are ok (am I the only thinking that the raptor dude looks like the green goblin from the spider man movies/films?) -

It's supposed to be a town plan set, a common thing in lego city for summer. I still can't believe we're having a 2010 piece set! -

And not just Artic but deep sea too, I thought lego ended the exploration line for city last year. Also I didn't say this before but I think that some of these new sets (60362-60367) might be part of a 3rd "My City" wave. We had nothing but a cargo train recently, the newer airport related sets are no longer cargo, instead just stunt planes, and passenger aircrafts. I hope we have more than a single airport set this time, I'm excited to see this new passenger plane. 913 pieces! -

After some searching 60376 is the Snowmobile and the passenger plane is actually 60367. So we're having (I think) a single airport set, I hope this one isn't a big plane with 4 seats and the smallest airport ever -

Got to admit that wave is full of nice and interesting sets, the amount of buildings mentioned is really big. And finally a new passenger plane with a possible good airport (look at the piece count, I don't think we're going to get a gigantic plane). Some of the sets seem weird (low piece count buildings) but at least those are CITY related sets. -

Same, but I will buy it anyway to expand my knowledge 60258 which lacks "tuning" Also looks like there's a new baseplate similar to the roadplates but all the plain surfaces have now studs, really weird to see it in every building but it's better to combine with the roadplates. -

Sorry for being late, but I just saw the images of the sets and I actually like them, not love them all just like them. The police sets are quite nice, I already knew the police station was going to be 4+ (got bored one time and decided to search the set numbers on the Walmart website to find out the age requirements of all the sets) and its not that bad, I actually like the little car too. The emergency vehicles thing is a set with a small building with a weird color combination but nice vehicles(the fire helicopter and ambulance are superior compared to this year's fire station and hospital), the academy reminds me a bit of a TV show (Wipeout), nice details and not having a big vehicle bumping up the price? I like it! The dog unit has a great minifigure using the cactus arms and the small new dog looks amazing, the fire truck was bigger than I thought and same goes for the boat, the designer did a good job recreating a ship in a small boat. -

Thank you I was struggling so much! I hope the sets has more than that because I don't think that a 502 piece set will just include a truck, but enough of that part, I really like the truck it's a big upgrade compared to the 2021 era of the fire trucks (I liked this year's trucks) its full of details and equipment it also looks like it has a new version of the projectile launcher with this one being shorter, the moving arm at the front doesn't look bad and it also looks like you can switch it with a winch, if LEGO does this great work with the other sets I might grab the full subtheme. Also one thing I would like to mention is that this truck look a lot like one of my home town's fire engine. (it's a off road Mercedes unimog equipped to help fight fires in forests)
