Same haha, I plan on getting to mine an hour early (already told work that I'll be taking a half day). Will probably bring my Switch to pass the time, and fittingly, I'll probably be playing LEGO HP while I wait ?

So once you all get your hands on the set, are you going to build it immediately or wait a while? Personally, I have to wait a week and a half because I'm moving back into the apartment that I left at the start of quarantine, but I may be tempted to build at least one of the buildings before then...we'll see lol.

I think I'm going to YOLO it and just try to grab it in store tomorrow (without ordering online as a safety net). One of the stores near me said they're getting more stock on Thursday, so I'm assuming even waiting for a restock in the worst case will be faster than shipping it.

I honestly doubt this is true since every recent release has been made available at 12am EST. I'd prepare for that to be the case again.

This isn't official though, it's just a common suggestion. LEGO doesn't have an official place for it - it seems like it only contains pin-holes so you can re-arrange the two pieces if you want (to have the fireplace on the left or right side).

That made the figure go from solid to top tier. One of the best figures across the whole theme reboot IMO.

I called another LEGO store (in Arlington, VA) and the guy said they're getting a decent amount of sets. He said not to worry about lining up two hours early, and that they're getting even more on Thursday.

I did call earlier to ask if they'll have the set but forgot to ask about how many they'll have, lol. Will call again later and ask that.

I think you guys are reading too much into this lol, most people buying this set now wouldn't know that it's a super common face or that the characters were in previous waves 9+ years ago. Remember - we're the outliers.

Yes - that's the GWP everywhere. Not sure why the store didn't confirm that, but it's on the catalogue. You also get the Harry & Hedwig polybag in store only. How early are people getting to the store? I called my store and they said they don't take names (which was expected but worth a try).
