Probably you have a good point that molds were destroyed but they could create new molds in a few years or so. Agred, I would love to get some small sets rather thann 18+ sets. Hmm? What do you mean? Could you provide an example how willing they are to make one-off molds?

It’s grea to see a troll as a bigfig! I have no intention to buy the new Great Hall set but I will chase after that troll. As fo the ship, I might plan to buy that one.

With Lego continuing making new LOTR sets, is it likely for them to make /bring back molds for cave troll, giant eagle, etc?

Agreed. We don’t knw if sets are actually based off Chaos Theory or just make-ups since we don’t know who will be included in those sets.

Koolkoalas, I appreciate that you are very excited/emthuastic for new JW sets reveal but there is no reason to use full caps. anyays thanks for sharing news with us. I’m little curious why they havne’t revealed it until the idle of this month. Regardless, I’m excited to see Stegosaurus and Allosaurus.

I don’t remember there was one new dinosaur in 2021. I know there were four new dinosaur molds in 2020 - Ankylosaurus, Gallimum, Ankylo baby (Bumpy) and Triceratops baby. in 2021, the existing dinosaur molds were just recolored. in 2022, oh boy, a LOT of new dinosaur speices! in 2023 - only one new dinosaur - Brachiosaurus. This year, Stegosaurus and Allosaurus. I think it tells us that Lego doesn’t need to make more new molds after Domion wave (2022). They are trying to save budget for future dinosaur molds every year.

Totally understandable! It’s kinda weird for Lego to do annivesary stuffs for Jurassic Park/World. Bigger Brachiosaurs is pretty too soon after we just got a cute small Brachiosaurs (I consider it as a kid, lol). Plus, it’s kinda impossible for Lego to make bigger verison of Brachiosaurus sadly. I would say YES to Parasaurlophus, Mosasaurus, Ceratosesaurs! I don’t recall seeing Megalodon in the movie franchise? But I feel that we need more rehistoric marine reptiles for sure. And we need ore pterosaurs (just two so far - Pteranodon and Quzetacoatlus).

10th annivesary for Jurassic World moive AND theme sounds nice but I don’t know if it will happen next year. Not sure about 25h annivesary for JPIII. Last year we have 30th annivesary sets for Jurassic Park movie and w had ONE 25th annivesary set in 2019. In 2022, we have another buildable trex set, which it made no sense for Dominion instea of going with the 2023 summer wave. Regardless, I would love sets for Jurasic Park III. I mean…I want Spinosaurus!

I just saw the buildable Simba set. He is so cute but doesn’t appeal to me at all. I wih there would be a Lion King set that molded animal for Simba, Timon, etc…

I really like Blacktron Mutant, Ice Planet Explorer and M:Tron Powerlifter so I have no complaints. But I do understand that some of you want to build army of “nomral” Blacktron soldiers. maybe they would put a Blacktron set on shelves in future? I hope so… but not 18+ one.

I think Volcano subtheme would be neat to have many new rock and trans-parts so far. But on the negative side, volcano is less habitatal for animals. So maybe it would be a small subtheme while other subtheme has more aniamls like Forest. And as we have Johnny Thunder minifigure (or is he ealy?), it would be cool for him to discover another “lost world” on new island - dinosaurs inside volcano! However, with Jurassic World on shelves, I do not. Think it’s much likely for dinosaurs to make appearance in in-house sets like City.

Correct, we do have colors for both Stegosaurus and Allosaurus. Stego - dark green with beige plates Allo - blue and black No idea what color a small raptor would have yet.

I don’t think so - they revealed Dominion sets months before the movie’s release in 2022.
