? What? Series 23 is 71034. So that means 71035 should be Series 24, right? -

Lion King replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Yeah, I’m not so into police and fire sets. BUT the winter wave may have I’m quite curious about two sets - Off-Roader Adventure and Chomper Tractor. However, I won’t set my expectations high for new animal molds in these sets. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
So far we have two costume-themed series, one monster-themed series. I like the regular themed series. :) Probably there would be a zombie knight in the monster series for you, lol. Or undead king? Or a man-eating princess? Or a witch queen? I guess you will have a new Halloween castle. Just kidding. Hmm let’s hope so! -

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A random thought just popped into my head. Would you like ot see the Monstter series’ come back? You know, we had Series 14 aka the Monster Series back in 2015. That series was so fun to collect! I know there are more monsters that we don’t get in CMF - like Frankensteine’s Monster’s Wife, Grim Reaper, Vampire Wife, Werewoman, two-head man, slime man, ghost, dark fairy and a few more. -
Ideas for new Lego themes! (Non-licensed)

Fair enough. I really like your “Spooky Neighborhood” concept. A otherworldly tow that’s full of monsters is very different from Monster Figthers theme, it is really neat. Winter Village is usually a mix of realism and fantasy . For example, Santa came to visit a family (Santa’s Visit) set). So I like that style so I came up with the er lyween Town. It’s why i put some superantural creatures in the mundane world. So your Spooky Neighborhood is competely opposite of Winter Village. Hmm… In fact, I think I have a few ideas for Spooky Neighborhood. Sorry, my brain is quite buzzed with creativity! ok here it is: Ice Inn - The tiny inn is where Yeti owns and operative. The hotel is made out of light blue, white and trans clear bricks. Monster guests have to deal with COLD beds (vampires don’t mind, don’t they? I mean they don’t have warm blood anymore). However, Yeri is so generous becuase he provides cozy blankets and hot chcolate. And of course, the hotel has ice cream shop! Inside and outside, there are some ice sculptures. I knew i had other ideas but they just sipped aay as I typed down Ice Inn. Ah well… -

You make a fair point. Also I’m a huge fan of unlicensed themes that includes yellowimie minifigures. So ye, i wll buy your Winteres’ Cootage set if LEGO likes your idea. :) -

I’m very behind on this thread. Where can i find descriptions on these Indy sets? -
Nah, there are some kid and adult actors on the stage in the professional teacher…. In my area, there is HARDLY a Christmas play at school. Only Christmas songs.

Just built Chicken Henhouse set. I could see why it will be retired so early after the release in June. the vehicle is quite nice. But the build is….awkwardly weird. Why the henhouse has no 3 walls but only the “window” door if there is a removable roof? It doesn’t make sense to me. And I dislike the oversized egg mold. What, is the farmer raising Chickensauruses? If I was a designer, I would ditch a quad and make a ne (properly) small egg mold and add 3 walls to the henhouse. In my honest opinion, City is not necessarily about vehicles, it should be more focusing on scenery. Of course, complaining here won’t help. I will submit my feedback to LEGO via its website. -
Haha! That’s not what i meant but, well, you have a good point that I should specify a bit more! :)
-
Nope, too industrial! And it would be bad for enivornment!

Interestingly, there is none o us mentioning something competely different…. What if there would be a theater (not movie one)?! Like we often watch Christmas Carol or Nutcracker productions during Christmas season and enjoy watching actors and actoressses’ performances.

@Karalora, by the way - Witches’ Cottae is quite similiar to Sanderson’s Cottage - we will get IDEAS Hocus Pocus set. -
I really hope we would get Clasuses’ House. Sure, most of you preer “realistic” Winter Village sets but or me, I think fantasty sets are just lovely.

Only if you are interested when there are some animals in these sets. :) in 2022 winter wave, there are 2 new animal molds - kitten and squirrel. And there is a recolored sea turtle mold. So…let’s hope for some interesting animals. :) -
To be honest, I don’t feel like that Police Station would say “WINTER VILLAGE!!’ When they hold in as inside the prison cells…. It’s quite gloomy for the inmates inside the cells while everyone enjoy festive time outside. So this won’t be my guess for the next Winter Village.

Oooo “Spooky Neighborhood” name is much better than my idea “Halloween Town” or “Autumnal Village”! Spooky Neighborhood is really fitting for new theme. :) I really love your ideas you came up with!! I can see a new theme filled with scary monsters and buildings, just away from cheerful minifigures and winter wonderland. May I add a few ideas to your Spooky Neighborhood idea? Okay, here are my ideas. Masquerade Ball - A Southern-style manison is having a grand manqurade ball for all ordinary minifigures with different types of masks (including Venterian, beaked mask). But! They would not be aware that there is a mysterious figure showing up in the darkened corner of the ballrooom (I was inspired by Edgar Allen Poe’s the Maquerade of the Red Death). Spooky, is it? Oh and the ballroom includes a spider-webbed grandfather clock that strikes midnight . On the top of the clock, it sits a glaring raven. Haunted Clocktower - A tall, Gothic clock tower that has not been operated or centuries. Two ordinary ghost-hunting minifigures (male and female) want to investigate the mysterious mechical noises when it’s midnight. The clock tower has 3 stories for ghost hunters to explore. Thre will be 3 ghost minifigures - all ghostly clock workers - with ghostly white wrench, rattling chain, and flashlight. Trick-or-Treaing House - A Halloween-decorated house with a front yard that is fenced with hire fences. Inside the front yard, there is a tiny tombstone with a cute jack-o-lantern on top of it (with a light brick hidden inside a tombstone to light up pumpkin!). A huge oak tree with a hanging cloth (to mimic a ghost floating in wind0. A female homeowner hands out candies to 3 young trick-or-treaters. The woman has no idea one of thse trick-or-treater is actually a zombie. Chilling, huh? Werewolf’s Cabin - A werewolf lives in his cabin. Two ordinary hikers (or campers) accidentally witness the werewolf’s transformation as there is a full moon visible. The cabin set includes two trees, a dead campfire, and a tiny tool shed. Wooden panel inside the cabin would be printed with deep scratches. Of course and trees have scratched barks too. It would include 4 minifigures - normal and werewolf verison and to hikers. Mysterious Lakeside House - Two (male and female) homeowners hand out candies to 2 trick-or-treaters. A small, lovely lake house sits next to a lake and the house is also decorated with Halloween things. But homeowners are not aware - there is a swamp monster observing them from behind plants on the shore. I’m not sure if that is interesting tho. Twilight Train Station - A town’s train station is quite lovely and sleepy. It has antique style from 1900s - it has a gas lamppost otuside train station. One orindary traveler waits for their train to arrive. Suddenly, as the sun sets, there is a ghostly antique train rushing past the station as it’s driven by the wicked-looking train conductor. Probably, the train would have light brick? Oh and the car being pulled by the train! Its greenish transparent windows are printed with images of tormented minifigure souls. Also, there is a devilish worker tossing coals into the train’s engine. Whew, I think i have all ideas so far. -

Got you. :) I’m quite suprised there is no rumor about the Winter Village set as September gets closer.
