Forest Hideout and Blacktron Curiser GWPs are very underwhelming in my honest opinion. I feel they are very ugly and nostalgic. So I will intend to sell them later this year. I do have the unopened Galaxy Explorer set and I did consider about buying Lion Knights’ Castle. But I’m not really into no garlic stuff. I will need to build Galaxy Explorer and see if I really like it or not…. I don’t feel appealed to El Dorado becaue it’s too faithful to its original version. So I keep my expectation low for MTS.

I wonder…since we have a new facility in Richmond, VA. I wonder if we will see summer sets at the same time as Europe, like June?

I’mso glad we are going to get gorilla. I can’t wait to build a troop. I hope we gonna get hippo, recolored elephant, some new animals in Jungle.

Yes - I remember Ocean Exploration subtheme did have that polybag. I can’t remember if Wildlife Rescue subtheme had that polybag in 2021.

Yes, Police and Fire sets are always released in 1HY annually. We had Space subtheme in 1HY in 2022. As for summer, we always get different subthemes - Ocean in 2020, Wildlife Rescue in 2021, Farm in 2022, and Arctic Ocean in 2023 and we will havve Jungle this summer. So I’m just saying I’m glad to see a few more Space sets later this year.

That’s what I suspected. I thought it was kinda odd that Lego decided to release Space sets in winter instead of spreading sets throughout 2024. I’m glad to see a few more Space sets!

Possibly but it’s hard to tell. We have so many Modular Buillding Collection, Botantical Collection and other Icons sets still on shelves. I don’t think it will be an issue to have two non-licensed spaceships on shelves? Ooooooooo

It’s a pure wishlist. Since the Great Wave set was released last year, I would love to see more iconic artwork, like Mona Lisa, American Gothic (mayb not likely), Campbell soup can, The Screamer (that could. Be more complciated), and some more.

Exactly, it is a fun thing to grumble, lol. Yes, it’s highly unlikely that Lego will kill Star Wars theme. I could understand the rare so many fans around worldl adoring Star Wars franchise. I’m happy with Space sets this year. :) Someting creative, something original, something space-y, it’s what I was looking for.

The rumors had beeen surfaced in August / September 2023. So the reliable leaker (Brickclickeer?) was not sure WHEN - he did assume it was either October or April. Galaxy Explorer was supppsoed to be retired by end of 2023, according to the inital information. As of right now, it is still siting on the sheles. So…I guess the black spaceship set could be released in April this year but who knows.

Because I prefer non-licensed space themes over Star Wars. However, with Spacce sets throughout 2024, I’m fine with it.

I’m quite surprised that no one share parts what you just ordered since the new PAB webpage was launched. Anywys… I noticed the pizza delivery guy and scooter from the Modular Building Jazz Club set went missing after putting the set away. Minifigure and scooter parts never turned up since November. So… I made an order through PAB on December 2. I only got 2x2 tile (pizza box) and clear-trans stud deleivered a few weeeks after the order days. No minifigure and scooter parts yet. So…as a deaf AFOL here, I asked my relative to make a call with customer service yesterday. After call, she said there is some parts have been delayed for some reasons right from Denmark. I’m in USA. Do anyone have some similiar issue?

Oh, I’m not really into Star Wars. I just love non-licensed themes, such as City, Dreamzzz, Hidden Side, Castle, Pirates, Space. i prefer to see more Space themes over Star Wars. Sorry for a vague response I made!

Iyeah. If i remember correctly, Moving Truck GWP came back for two times after the first release last year.

Yup! Although there is no new Space theme (not City, Friends, DUPLO, Technic, CMF, etc) so it might explain why there are no bad aliens in Space sets this years. But I enjoy stories revolutions around heroes and villians.

We have seen knights against rival knights, we have seen pirates against governors / imperial soldiers, we hae seen police offers against crooks, we havee seen dream chasers against nightmare creatures, we hae seen ghost hunters against evil spirits. i guess it migh be a time for us to see humans against evil aliens then.

I really don’t care about mini dolls myself but I’m glad that dimensions are merged as Friends and City citizens meet up. I’m glad that the minfigure-oriented rover set has some seating for minidolls. This allows both groups work together.
