Well built ruin and realistically depicted war scene. The angled position of the ruin on the ground is a highlight.

Terraversan Letters of Marque - The Second Terraversan War
NOD replied to Ayrlego's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I know, but that doesn't change the course of the war!!! Even if 20 Oleon ships are sunk or captured somewhere, Terraversa will lose. Terraversa can only win if they have Godzilla or Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris swims to the Olean battle fleet around Terraversa and punches on every ship a hole under the waterline with his fist. Then he surrounded the oleander land troops. He shoots everyone with his flintlock pistol. For those who didn't understand. Chuck Norris flintlock pistol is a Gatling gun. Because it can reload them very, very ......... quickly. The Second Terraversan War - Submissions Thread Terraversan Letters of Marque - The Second Terraversan War I think the ideas are good, but it doesn't change the course of the war. The half island has already been conquered. -
Terraversan Letters of Marque - The Second Terraversan War
NOD replied to Ayrlego's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
In the Kings Port Advertiser and Ship List (Vol. 5, Issue 4) Oleon has 64 ships at Terraversa. Seems like a suicide squad. -
Thanks for the compliments. You're right. Unfortunately, I don't have any bricks for stones or nice outbuildings or whatever. I'm currently trying to build the best of my existing bricks. I have to order suitable bricks first. I am trying to make my next plantations better. Thanks for the compliments. I ordered the plants from AliExpr***. Most of my minifigures in Brethren of the Brick Seas are from Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones, and Lord of the Rings. In "raising of troop: Guerrillas Mercenaries" you can see that there are 63 different faces. Neither is the same. In yellow I don't even have half of it. I know it's just fun. Thanks for the compliments. I enjoyed building the plantation. I also considered building a plantation with bricklink Studio 2.0. No idea where the minifigures come from in all the LDD builds on eurobricks. I wasn't able to find or build 1 minifigure. Probably I did something wrong. Thanks for the compliments.

Plantation: Large DSC08203 by Philippe, auf Flickr In the first coffee plantation in Tortuga is currently harvesting. Coffee beans are mainly sold to the Sea Rats. Others can buy it for a modest surcharge. DSC08232 by Philippe, auf Flickr The coffee that is made from it is not just a luxury item. With the high caffeine content, it also serves as a stimulant. Unfortunately no success, but at least he drank the most expensive wine and found 2 doubloons. Good story. Nice half-timbered house. I like also the ceiling with the lamp on the first floor. It is immediately noticeable.

[BTV1-TER] raising of troop: Guerrillas Mercenaries
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks for the compliments. I understand what you mean. The lighting wasn't the main problem. I have photos that are better lit but they are worse. The problem was that the camera focused either on the foot soldiers or on the cavalry. One of the two was always much less visible. At some point I gave up and choose a photo on which to some extent all minifigures can be seen. We think alike in many things. It would be good to have other MOCs for Terraversa. In the current course of the war, Oleon probably conquered the whole island at the next MRCA. Boring! The Oktoberfest is definitely more exciting and fun. -
Good idea to present a microbuild with a detailed explanation. When I think of delicious fried potatoes, I get hungry.
-
Nice little tree house. It looks like something out of a fairy tale. A good place where he can relax from his strenuous work. Nice gun, Sea Rats always find good things.

Nice big Kannon, this is my first time to see one like this. Good build and interesting story.

[BTV1-TER] raising of troop: Guerrillas Mercenaries
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks, that's exactly what I wanted. Add some guerrilla troops would be interesting. It is also the only way to stand a chance against the Oleonders. Maybe I chose the wrong title. But Terraversa is getting soldiers or whatever. That's exactly what I wanted. Thank you, that's the way it should be. Thank you, The Oleonder, are probably at least 3-1 superior to the enemy. The mighty big Oleon against the small Terraversa is boring. I am not actually paying for the rich ruler in Traversan 60 soldiers and bring it with a ship. A soldier bonus to the Terraversans, that's exactly what I wanted. The war should be told in a more balanced way and from both sides so that it becomes more interesting and exciting. -
[BTV1-TER] raising of troop: Guerrillas Mercenaries
NOD replied to NOD's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thank you, At some point I'll show the whole build. At the moment it is an advantage that nobody can see it, because I can perhaps use it again when photographed from a different angle. Thank you, Thank you, Choose what you think is right and not what others say. -

[BTV1-TER] raising of troop: Guerrillas Mercenaries
NOD posted a topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
DSC08439 by Philippe, auf Flickr Desperate to hold onto power, the ruler Oldis pays unscrupulous mercenaries. These have nothing in common with the regular soldier. They are guerrillas, they fight from ambush. They prefer to carry out acts of sabotage and terror at night. They spread destruction, chaos and panic. They attack unexpectedly quickly and effectively, but disappear just as quickly. The mercenaries consist of 1 company cavalry and 1 company foot troops. This build has nothing in common with the Sea Rats. I use minifigures that I have. Just to make The Second Terraversan War a little more interesting, I chose Terraversa. -
[BTV1-TER] Terraversan Militia - Marching towards the coast
NOD replied to Elostirion's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
@Elostirion I like the landscape very much. I saw the construction technique on your Flickr website. The representation of the militia seems determined. These won't make it easy for Oleon. It looks like there is now a guerrilla warfare. It's interesting to see the war from Terraversa's perspective. That distinguishes a good story when it is told from both sides. -
I like the second part of the story a lot better. Good photo story from the liberation. I'm glad that Captain Bluebeard is now part of the Sea Rats.

BoBs Discussion : Fleshie or Yellow heads?
NOD replied to Count Vroskri's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I like everyone, including brown tones. Most of my minifigures in Brethren of the Brick Seas are from Pirates of the Caribbean, Game of Thrones, and Lord of the Rings. That's why I have a lot more different faces for skin tone than for yellow. I've also heard comments about my skin tone figures. I don't care. If someone complains, just ignore it and forget. This is a game and should be fun. -
