  1. The light company and the scenery looks good, but the photos could be better. It would be much more interesting if I could see the faces better. I see on Flickr that you took the photos with a Canon EOS 550D. Photographing minifigures has always been very difficult for me with a camera. Most of the time, very few faces were clearly recognizable. Most were blurry and indistinct. I had to take a very lot of photos to only be able to choose 2-4 good photos. In my last topic I noticed that my mobile phone iPhone 11 takes better pictures of the minifigures than my Sony DSC-RX100 camera. What do you think, do you want to try again to take new photos?
  2. The colored mountain looks beautiful and interesting. Maybe that's not just a rock formation on top of the mountain but a poral?
  3. It's very interesting to see a build about traders traveling through the Mokolei Empire. I like the mountain. This is what it might look like at sunrise or sunset.
  4. Very good construction technique. This is a very beautiful and well built little ship.
  5. I like the idea of putting together a team from different areas of the empire. Because they all wear white shorts, they are easily recognizable as a football team.
  6. Great photo story! The cake is too delicious, they just have to borrow it.
  7. You can still change your character's story at this point. Unfortunately, you also have to change your military rank to Major.
  8. This is a great photo story with good builds. I like the choice of minifigures.
  9. @Sultan Welcome to Brethren of the Brick Seas. I like the shortened musket. This shows me that Jean Léon is a man with ideas. Especially as a newcomer it is worth taking part in competitions, that take place here regularly. Very often there are freebuild licenses to win.
  10. Nice little tobacco plantation. It's great that a ladder was built to get to the top of the hill. I like the big turquoise flowers.
  11. Thank you @Ayrlego ! Your work on Account Summary makes Brethren of the Brick Seas more interesting and exciting.
  12. Hi CaptainPolluxofOrion! My best ship so far was the Galleon Cartagena, a class 8 ship. My last ship was a Class 9 Galleon. I see a lot of mistakes in the photos. My new ship will be a class 9 galleon with fewer bugs. This is my example and the best galleon I've seen with Lego bricks.
  13. The FIFA World Cup will start on November 21, 2022. A new fun competition is already running at Brethren of the Brick Seas. BOBS Football Tournament 622 will start already on September 30, 2022: Unfortunately, so far only 2 teams. There are rumors that the 2 teams agreed on a draw to share the win.
  14. The main deck, forecastle, quarterdeck and bowsprit are superbly built. I see an opening at the quarter deck baluster. You should build these continuously or attach a staircase. @Marooned Marin says it correctly. With full masts, sails, rigging and minifigures your ship will look even better. At Brethren of the Brick Seas that would be a class 4 ship: Just as I have no disadvantage in the game with my Galleons, you would have no disadvantage with a Carrack either. I see you like the Spanish Empire (Me too, but I wanted to be a pirate even more ). Have a look at The Empire of Eslandola:
  15. That's a good and exciting story. I like serial stories with photos. Now they are three and the adventure continues. I like that the waterfall was built so the readers can see the cave. Of course, the cave is not visible to anyone else.
  16. You have a very nice and well furnished study. I see you have a wired computer mouse. Is she from Logitech?
  17. This is a nice ship. The bow and stern are well built and I like the color combination. With the microfigures I like the ship very much.
  18. One can see the evolution of the ship in the different versions. Also nice to see a Carrack at Lego MOC. I look forward to seeing the complete ship.
  19. This is a very good and funny story. Herlock Sholmes has solved a crime. The interrogator's different facial expressions are well adapted to the story. Haha, at the end he stands there without pants. I like the buildings at the military reception. The last 2 photos with the party are funny. It's fun to watch everyone celebrate.
  20. Congratulations to all winners and thank to everyone who took part. This was a fun competition with lots of great builds.
  21. This is a very beautiful colored building with interesting architecture. Very good, I'm glad that at Brethren of the Brick Seas aren't just lemon heads! Flesh is the new yellow!
  22. Very nice build and good idea to make a bridge. This is also a great and funny story. Very nice to meet another family member of the good, honorable, generous Lewisham family.
  23. These are very nice and detailed uniforms and weapons. I've seen the officer's uniform with the medal before, but I can't remember where. Is it from ktownbricks? I know the other uniform, I can get it from a honorable trader for a good price. Both uniforms go very well with Eslandola.
  24. Eslandolans treasure fleets? Do you know the exact route? You could write it on a piece of paper and drop it on the floor. I really like houses with a gallery. Well built strategy table with the island of Terraversa. Interesting story that opens up some new possibilities.
  25. I read wrong too. Count Lewisham's first name still remains a mystery. Maybe his name is Hercules Lewisham or Adonis Lewisham? I look forward to reading from Joshua (new character) soon. The resolution of the Merrymas Eve photo is higher because it is a holy Brethren of the Brick Seas image. Where else can you see so many main characters in one photo?
