  1. Wonderful work Captain, you are getting better and better at these! All the little detail and use of colours is great and I really like the islander hairpiece as lantern top and the luxury chairs! Only improvement I can think of is to cover up the holes in the inside walls a bit, or are they bullet holes?
  2. I'm with the Brickster on this one, you might want to try and get one of the old sheriff torso's. For the city slicker perhaps the green jacket one with the cards sticking out of the pockets might look good. I also suggest changing a few hats, maybe use some more of the old cowboy hats as well. But for the most part they look great!
  3. Better late then never: Happy birthday Kurt! I hope you are enjoying yourself in Billund?
  4. That would be the Black Falcon fortress:
  5. Well the yellow on the Victory isn't as bright as normal Lego yellow, I think tan would look better in that case... Just my 2 cents. Oh and people might expect a windmill when they see the new title.
  6. Wow, absolutely stunning work Admiral! I love how you made the ''corvijnagelbanken'', sorry i don't know the English term. I'm not too sure about the yellow masts either, i think black, brown or maybe even white could look nicer. I see that your steering wheel has space for a rope, will you add that?
  7. You have too much time on your hands buddy, you spit out one great MOC after another! So fly over here, i have some more projects for you.. It looks great, great colours and really innovative use of parts on the ornaments, the arch of the stairway being my favourite. Great!
  8. And i thought you were working on a fleet? This looks again promising, did you make the elevation to a certain height of bricks?
  9. Happy birthday guys, have a great day!
  10. What's all this talk about smurfs, i don't get it?
  11. This just made my day, brilliant!
  12. Welcome to Eurobricks!
  13. Nice work Tom! I also like the grill plates as they indeed break up the pattern and I think the shadows from the shrubs work quite well for a lazy builder. I read some stuff about brick build birds, but I can't see them, are they also hiding in the shades?
  14. Oh boy, aren't you hopeful. Well at least I can come without my mommie.
  15. No no, please save some, I'm hungry. I did start up my bike this afternoon, she still purrs.
  16. This should be in the buy, sell and trade forum, topic moved.
  17. This was great! (Yes i know you demolish everything;-) The small ''peeskamer'' on the roof was the best, i remember debating it for an hour or so. You have a good taste in music as well, it ain't no rock and roll, but underground house is cool as well.
  18. Paintings in general do not show a lot of detail, but they do show the feel and energy of the moment. I love paintings for what they are, a view of that moment, nobody remembers detail out the back of their head right? So yes, paintings are inspiring, to get the mood, the remembrance of a moment or to get the feel of a diorama. But as for building, I rather rely on pictures and technical drawings.
  19. Welcome to Eurobricks! Just browse around the forums and I'm sure you'll be inspired to build what you want.
  20. Thank god no, al my other interests are way too expensive to collect.
  21. Uhm yes, in Celcius it does. Also tells you guys that I'm a hard core rider. (Boy was I happy that the road was clean that day)
  22. I love it, when can I move in? I really like all the small detail in there, the fact that the house is angled and the big plant thingie coming from the corner. Well done!
  23. Whoa, show us more pics from the rear, inside, with you standing by it, everything!
  24. Mr. Green Hair has decided that he will join you.
