Brickander Brickumnus replied to Mister Phes's topic in LEGO Pirates
It looks more "zombie-like" than "skeletal". -
This could definitely reach 10k votes on LEGO Ideas in no time!

There is? So he changed his mind? I haven't seen it. Besides the 9V Voltage, does the Ampere need to be also the same? -

Running 60337 on 9V+ (with FX R88)
Brickander Brickumnus replied to Sunil766's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Thanks a lot for all this information! It seems I have a lot of reading and studying to do. So I need the ones below? Electric, Train Motor 9V with Wheels Electric, Train Track Contacts with Wire and 2 x 2 x 2/3 Brick Electric, Train Speed Regulator 9V Electric, Train Speed Regulator 9V (12 VAC) Power Adapter 120V 60Hz The Power Adapter needs to be exactly this? Or can I use any aftermarket one? For tracks, I was thinking of trying this trick (since I may be able to get set 60205 City Trains: Tracks for half a price and I need few tracks at the moment): -

This is very exciting and interesting! Besides the electric metal tracks, which other LEGO parts did you use to make this work? I recently bought a brand new sealed 60337 Express Passenger Train at a big discount (my first ever LEGO train! ) and I'm trying to figure out how I can make it run without batteries, but with AC-DC current directly from wall. -
During Black Friday, LEGO had the 5€ Discount for 75% off. I got 4 of them, the maximum allowed. Very useful, cause I made a purchase from Bricks & Pieces (I finally got these me loving cannons!) Now my PotBB will have 12 of them. Does LEGO do this kind of discounts sometime else during the year, besides Black Friday? Even if the % discount is lower?

One of the most beautiful bluecoat ship I've ever seen! If the bow was a little bit more realistic (my opinion), it would be perfect!

Useful Pirate Pieces from other Themes?
Brickander Brickumnus replied to ZCerberus's topic in LEGO Pirates
I want to buy some cannons from Pick a Brick (and other useful stuff), and I thought to also buy some parts to create a few minifigures to expand my PoBB crew, the low and middle ranks. I've found these piratic torsos: MINI UPPER PART, NO. 1440 - ID: 6023600/76382 MINI UPPER PART, NO. 2822 - ID: 6097241/76382 MINI UPPER PART, NO. 5115 - ID: 6301950/76382 MINI UPPER PART, NO. 5296 - ID: 6316914/76382 MINI UPPER PART, NO. 5300 - ID: 6316918/76382 Can you give me some more piratelike torso suggestions? And some suggestions for hair and headgear? Besides a red bandana, HAT NO. 30 - ID: 6097192/18927, I'm at a loss of what else to pick. -
Both are excellent!
