  1. The image does seem to present less molds than the first series, but there are also plenty of accessories we haven't seen yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see. It's reasonable for a company like Lego to market characters simultaneously with their partner group. Iron Man and Captain America are neat, but they're not really around any more, whereas we are getting shows for Echo, X-Men, etc. in the following months. Great news! Laurence Fishburne confirmed a couple months ago he'd be voicing him in What If...?
  2. Yeah. I just feel as if he has so few accessories compared to the others based on the description (which I realize are now partially outdated). I also wonder if it's just the X-Men. It's still unclear what rod and circular plate Echo has.
  3. Speculation: If we're potentially getting a sentinel for the X-Men, what are the chances we get Ted for Werewolf?
  4. Really happy with the series. Bunch of new characters. I most look forward to heavily detailed prints and new molds. Moon Knight was my most anticipated figure, and he has both! Hope official images drop soon so we can get a better look at characters like Echo, Hawkeye, etc. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied.
  5. It’s not so much who or what your source is. If you have information others don’t, may you share more about what they figures look like that isn’t already known?
  6. That actually bums me out. It just feels bizarre that the actions of an actor would cause the removal of a fictional character from a toy line. Oh well. Also, if these are preliminary descriptions, I'm curious what else they've changed (or hopefully added). Fingers crossed we still get a buildable sentinel.
  7. If so, those recent descriptions are all very odd. Oh well. I was really looking forward to Kang (especially with his absence in the Ant-Man set). I am, however, really excited for What If...? season 2. I personally enjoyed the first season and have high hopes for the next. The Marvel Legends figure looks neat, and with Marvel leaning into the Multiverse, the more variants the merrier. Guess this also continues the trend of being exclusively Disney Plus shows.
  8. Looks like that "leak" was deleted. Seriously though, doesn't it usually take a year or two to design and create these figures. How could they swap Kang when we've known about him for months and the series drops in less than two months?
  9. No one knows how long either strike will last. Even Deadpool 3 could get delayed to 2025 if they continue long enough. The only show already shot and reshot is Ironheart.
  10. Shouldn't have to wait too long for official pictures. Also, I just realized Lego may provide our first look at Echo's new suit before we even get a trailer for the show. I remember those old rumors we'd get Lego sets based off the Raimi and Webb Spider-Man films. As cool as that sounds, X-Men '97 feels like our best shot at getting Wolverine and the X-Men. I'm curious if, assuming they make X-Men '97 sets, we'll get other heroes like the Fantastic Four since other Marvel heroes crossed over with the original 90s cartoon.
  11. I honestly hope DC jumpstarts again for Superman, because the new lineup sounds exciting.
  12. Kinda lame if we don't get Deadpool sets next year, because I'm excited for the wacky fun it'll bring with it.
  13. Claws!?! I just want to see my short CMF king!!!
  14. I imagine Lego still needs approval from Marvel to produce toys, so they'd still receive some additional reference material. Although, even if the references are in color, Lego may still make him in black & white. I always compare how Funko, Hasbro, etc. design their characters, so it seems more likely now he'll be colorless, or at the very least have a brownish tint.
  15. I would also prefer color. I'm coping right now hoping that they are. The only colorized image I could find was some concept art and mascots at Avengers Campus. Either light grey or a grayish tan alternative.
  16. Funko pops for Werewolf by night leaked. This increases the likelihood the mini figures will be in black and white; however, the pops look more like faded versions of them colorized rather than straightforwardly grey.
  17. I didn't expect to get Lego sets for Deadpool 3 due to it's maturity rating, but now I really don't anticipate getting a Lego set. I hope I'm wrong though.
  18. May you link to the subreddit? I can’t seem to find the post.
  19. A photo of Jean with Scott.
  20. The owl was when Clint got caught in the Christmas tree. Really happy that we may be getting both the Darkhold and the Bloodstone. I wish Marvel and Lego would explore more supernatural themes. Two characters I was disappointed to not get from t he Ant-Man set were Cassie and MODOK. I suspect the trophy piece may be a mini Cassie. Also, I know it says “book” for She-Hulk, but I wonder if it’s a comic like what Superman had for the DC series.
  21. Is it a coincidence that exabrickslegogo is proposing Beast may have the ogre jaw piece, while Brick_Clicker hints at a character with a witch hat?
  22. I really like the NWH set. The Spider-Men look great (do Tobey and Andrew have different shades of blue?). Electro and Doc Ock also look great imo (swapping Doc's hair with Harry Potter's should make a huge difference). Not so happy with Green Goblin. He appears majorly lacking compared to the other villains. The Endgame set looks awesome. I hope Lego does more for Marvel what they've done for Star Wars where they reenact small scenes like these (i.e. Skywalker in Mandalorian or Boba Fett end credit scene w/ Fortuna). Disappointed by the repeat figures. The only one the feels new is Valkyrie, and with Gamora absent from the Vol. 3 sets, I would have hoped she'd be in this set. How long before we see the new Captain Marvel set?
  23. I can't think of a single instance where Lego canceled a set or removed a character because the actor did something wrong. Even the Flash set getting delayed indefinitely isn't explicitly, or implicitly, because of the actor. I feel like it'd be even weirder for Lego to do this. Kang is a fictional character and doesn't reflect what an actor does.
