  1. Sony Pictures has only one Spider-Man film scheduled for June 2025. Unless they delay it or add another date, I don't think we're getting Spider-Man 4 next year. However, the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man animated series is scheduled for this year, so we could get sets for that either in the Fall or next year. I feel the opposite for Fantastic Four and Thunderbolts. I think we'll get one set for Fantastic Four and multiple Thunderbolts. The latter has at least seven members, and the most figures featured in the a Marvel set is usually six, so unless we get one big set that excludes some major players, or we get two or more with a full lineup. I also feel like similar to the Cap 4 set, we only need one F4 set with three minifigures and one big-figure. I see a lot of speculation regarding future film/TV sets, but I'm curious what the safest predictions are for the future. Thunderbolts for example, I feel confident we'd get Yelena, but what characters do we feel are the most likely to be included, and which do we feel are most likely to be excluded? I could see us getting John Walker & Sentry, but I don't know about the others.
  2. For situations like these, I always look at the promotional material. Marvel really only seems to be highlighting 12 characters (Cyclops, Jean, Wolverine, Storm, Rogue, Gambit, Magneto, Jubilee, Bishop, Morph, Sunspot, and Beast), with some toy exceptions from Hasbro (Nightcrawler, X-cutioner, and Madelyne Pryor). Outside of these 15, I don't anticipate anybody else. So if we consider all 15, around 5 characters would be removed.
  3. Fantastic Four is a different story. I'm not so much a pessimist to believe lego would produce set(s) for a group that famously has four members and not make all four. I'm thinking more like The Marvels where we get the essential names and skip the others (so no Silver Surfer, Doom, etc.).
  4. 2023 brought out my inner pessimist. I don’t see Lego going for more than one Fantastic Four set, and we definitely aren’t getting all the Thunderbolts. One Fantastic Four set with three Minifigures and a Big fig seem most likely. Maybe we get Herbie or a Galactus buildable, but that could just be one $90 set over 2 sets. I can’t see Lego making Valentina, and if Red Hulk is in Thunderbolts, his inclusion in the Captain America set may see him getting skipped. Yelena and Bucky seem most likely, one or two new characters (John, Alexei, or Sentry), but I’m not confident we’ll get Ghost or Taskmaster. I hope we do. Also curious when we’ll get sets for the new Spider Man animated series. Last I heard, the show was this year, and I can’t imagine Lego skipping out on an animated Spider-Man.
  5. If we're still getting Cap 4, Sam's wings?
  6. Sounds like the new Star Wars sets are part of a new Dark Side wave. I suspect it'll be exclusive to Star Wars.
  7. Despite past video games, I don't think we're gonna get a Kingpin big figure. Marvel is scheduled to release a new animated Spider-Man series featuring Daredevil, so it's possible we could get a Kingpin Minifigure this year (maybe not Summer).
  8. What sets or figures have been removed in the past?
  9. That's not what I'm arguing. I explicitly said she'll contrast Sam Wilson by being a state superhero instead of a superhero for all people. I explicitly said she'll probably be an antagonist in the film. Tell me, if she is an antagonist, and the film uses her to criticize Israel, is it still inappropriate to have her in the film?
  10. I don't get any of the criticisms with the character. Marvel said Shira Haas would play a new character and that she would deviate somewhat from the comics. We don't know any more about the character other than rumors and speculation. There's no reason to assume that she'll be unrecognizable from the comics, nor that she'll be identical to the comics. I don't expect Marvel or Lego to remove her (it might also be too late). Other than her being Israeli, Sabra is a state superhero. A major question asked of Falcon & the Winter Soldier is "What does it mean to be Captain America?" Sam Wilson struggles with this but ultimately concludes Captain America is more than his country, but a hero for all people. The final episode is even called "One World, One People." Choosing to adapt a state superhero is likely meant to foil Sam Wilson's journey. I predict Sabra will basically be Israeli John Walker: a reoccurring antagonist, later turned ally.
  11. You're kinda defeating the point of the spoiler tag. But also . . .
  12. I don't know when or if we'll get another CMF, but with the heavy animated projects releasing now and next year, I'm hopefully anticipating more animated characters. Characters I would love to see: What If...?: Kahhori, Doctor Strange Supreme, Captain Carter, 1602 hero X-Men '97: Jean Grey, Gambit, Nightcrawler Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man: Spider-Man FF suit, Daredevil, Nico Minoru Eyes of Wakanda:
  13. Does anybody have a clue what film War Machine is supposed to be based off of? Also, I claimed in the past Lego wouldn't just reuse Wolverine from the Cmf and would instead make him in a new suit. I was wrong. My bad, guys.
  14. They probably are, but each of the characters mentioned are getting their own episodes, yet we also see the former two together in multiple shots. It’s also framed like Strange is looking for Kahhori. Im suggesting we’ll get another intersecting finale with Captain Carter and Kahhori at the center. Also, Captain Carter appears to be wearing medieval clothes, so we may see her in multiple episodes.
  15. Excited for the new season, and it looks like Captain Carter, Kahhori, and Strange Supreme will play larger parts in this season. Assuming we get another CMF, there aren't many shows coming out that we haven't already gotten figures for, so hopefully Lego revisits What If...? and makes the latter two.
  16. Not only is Captain America 4 delayed, but they are reportedly set to undergo reshoots for a 4-6 month period. Whenever we get the set, it might not be accurate to the film's events. Hopefully we get more X-Men sets next year as well with the series and Deadpool sequel releasing. We may not get MCU film sets next year (excluding Infinity Saga), but X-Men '97 and potentially Spider-Man Freshman Year sets could make for some really great sets. And fingers crossed on news of a new CMF.
  17. Agreed. Especially for Daredevil, even if his show is mature, Lego could also adapt his She-Hulk design in a future CMF, his Spider-Man Freshman Year design, or if rumors are true, may appear in a Spider-Man 4 set. I can't speak to her reliability, but it feels like an open secret at this point that Secret Wars will bring together heroes from the multiverse. With how well No Way Home did, and how excited people seem to be for Deadpool, it's to be anticipated that we'll see these characters together again.
  18. 0% We could still get Wolverine or Storm, but their designs would have to be different (i.e. Scarlet Witch Endgame suit and Captain Carter stealth suit in 2021). Maybe we get leather jacket Storm or X-Force Wolverine, but I doubt they'd directly reuse their designs from the CMF.
  19. The only way I can imagine them repeating one from the CMF is if they're wearing a different costume, which I haven't seen any merchandise or evidence of. But then again, no one knew about Captain Carter's stealth suit when the Hydra Stomper was announced.
  20. Obviously this isn't confirmation of anything, but this user has been pretty accurate in the past and may foreshadow how Red Hulk will be presented, as well as the likelihood of his inclusion.
  21. I've argued before that the roster will largely depend on which characters are marketed heavily. If Red Hulk is meant to be a spoiler and rarely featured in promo material, his inclusion is unlikely. Also, Lego rarely has more than three exclusive minifigures in a set (unless it's D2C or very expensive like 76261). That said, I believe Cap and Joaquin are the most likely candidates. Isaiah, Sabra, Leader, and Ross were all confirmed to be included, so they'll likely be marketed more than any other potential heroes/villains. Hoping mostly for Red Hulk.
  22. Quick question: Has anybody purchased anything from MinifiguresPlus, and are they legitimate? Shoot, we might not get Captain America 4 either depending on how situations progress.
  23. Real question is: Why are people measuring in grams instead of ounces?
