  1. Based solely on the cast so far, I think some sets could include Doom’s castle, Baxter Building, the Watchtower, and the Blackbird because of the X-Men. I am mostly excited to get Thunderbolts Minifigures cause of the absence of sets, and now that we’re getting some X-Men, this may be the best shot at some Fox X-Men legacy figures.
  2. With Doomsday scheduled to release in May next year, we may get info sometime this Summer/Fall. I feel optimistic we'll get some decent Avengers sets. Besides Spider-Man, most sets we've gotten from Marvel the past few years have been Avengers / Infinity Saga sets, so I anticipate Lego will put more emphasis on Doomsday than previous MCU films. I'm more so worried that the level of attention to detail, quantity of sets, and unique features will pale in comparison to the 2018 Infinity War sets.
  3. Does anyone in this chat know how Lego goes about green lighting set adaptations of movies? Lego and Disney have a partnership to produce sets based off their Marvel movies, and I refuse to believe that Lego went, "I think this Thunderbolts movie looks bad, so we're not making sets." There has to be some other reason for Lego not to produce sets for the film, right? Also, I'm optimistic we'll get some neat Avengers sets next year, but I'm worried it won't be as impressive as the Infinity War wave. And with 2-3x more characters in the MCU, I'm wondering which characters will get included/excluded. Obviously Doom, and I imagine the Fantastic Four and Spider-Man; I'm just waiting to learn who else is in the film, and therefore the sets.
  4. Quaffle.leaks posted an image of the Thing on Insta. Looks like he’ll have a rocky-textured head cap similar to Korg. Also, there’s a blurry pic of one of their torsos.
  5. If it is based off the show, the four heroes could be Spidey, black suit Daredevil, Dr. Strange, and one other. Scorpion is in the series, so I hope he’s included. The apartment could be Aunt May’s.
  6. I heard rumors that Doomsday will begin filming this March. If so, hopefully we'll get a clearer idea of who will be in the movie, and perhaps some set leaks will hint at their designs. I am also hoping we'll get some idea of set counts for the film in the Summer/Fall. I'm really excited for the film and hope to get characters we haven't gotten in Lego (Daredevil, Thunderbolts), and with the multiverse element, I hope to get more legacy characters (Deadpool, Wolverine, Blade, Elektra, and hopefully more). Although, Avengers Infinity War had about 30 Marvel characters, and only 2/3 of them got made. Now we have 2-3x that many characters, so I'm worried as to which characters we won't get. I still like the idea of a Doomsday/Secret Wars CMF series to accommodate for any missing characters and/or designs in the films. Lego, if you're listening . . .
  7. My thought was a Baxter Building, but considering the Spider-Verse set and rumor of a Spider-Man 2 set, Oscorp Tower makes sense.
  8. We know Fantastic Four, Endgame Battle, and an Iron Man armory. Rumors mentioned a helmet diorama and a Raimi Spider-Man 2 train set. Two of the set numbers are 10+ and 12+, which are usually reserved for large vehicles or scene depictions (like the A-Force set or the Age of Ultron set from this past year). My speculation is that we get a Winter Soldier set and potentially more Raimi Spider-Man sets (if Lego wants to make more No Way Home or Raimi Spider-Man sets, it would be great to get a Sandman Minifigure and Green Goblin in his original Raimi suit).
  9. Been thinking about the new Fantastic Four set in April and how much I dislike the bendy, extended arms Ms. Marvel had a few years ago. The new cable piece in the Dreamzzz sets plus the prosthetic hand the Astronomer Kid has in the new CMF Series 27 could make a fun alternative to the stretchy arms for Mr. Fantastic. For both Marvel CMFs we've gotten thus far, the Minifigure lineup for each released around April, so I wouldn't stress until then.
  10. Those two sets 10+ and 12+ sets are probably scene recreations. If the rumor of Quicksilver is true, I could see a recreation of Age of Ultron where they're all fighting Ultron and protecting the control panel that drops Sokovia from the sky.
  11. Hoping that the inaccurate Bucky torso is an excuse to reuse it for a Captain America Winter Soldier set. Although, they’re more likely to reuse the WWII outfit from the logo set than the stealth suit.
  12. So, I did some brief research. Before settling on their current dates, there was a brief period where Fantastic Four was scheduled to release before Thunderbolts. Back in November of last year, Captain America was delayed to its current February date (December set), Fantastic Four maintained a temporary May 2025 release date (the April set date makes more sense in that regard), and Thunderbolts was delayed to late July (so perhaps a June/July/August set release date). I hope we get sets for the Thunderbolts. With the exception of Deadpool & Wolverine (the first R-rated Marvel film), Lego has consistently produced sets for every Marvel film since 2014, so it would be disappointing to not get set(s) for the film. I'm aware a.clay.bricks shared rumors that the F4 set in April would be the only set based on a new Marvel film to release next year, but I'm hoping they're wrong and there exists plans to release a Thunderbolts set or two in the Summer of next year. Hopefully we get updates on the Summer wave of Marvel sets soon, and hopefully we get sets for the Thunderbolts. If we don't, oh well, but I figured the above findings could explain a potential absence of Thunderbolts sets for the time being. Otherwise, fingers crossed for Avengers Doomsday sets in 2026.
  13. Back in September, I remember someone in this chat saying Galactus was the only build. It'd be cool to get the Fantasticar, but I'm guessing it's an Eternals Arishem situation. Do we know all of the figures, though? I get the main four, but I'm hoping we get Silver Surfer too.
  14. No advent calendar for next year only, or are they done making advent calendars entirely?
  15. 2024 set names first leaked back in January, I think. Specific details regarding character roster and set descriptions were leaked around March. I wouldn't be too surprised if the former leaked this month or early next month.
  16. Considering Lego has been lacking in villains recently, I don’t think a set with some of the members in a limo or vault fighting each other would be a challenge for them. That said, I suspect you’re right that the focus on assassins and mercenaries may be the cause for a lack of Thunderbolts sets. At least, I hope that’s the reason and not a lack of interest in new MCU film sets. I hope now that we get most or all of the Thunderbolts in the Avengers sets. I don’t know how many sets we’d get for Doomsday, but I hope we get more than a set or two. I still think it’d be cool to get an Avengers: Doomsday CMF to expand the Minifigures lineup.
  17. In the ten plus years since Lego Marvel became a theme, they're finally making a Fantastic Four set that coincides with Marvel Studios first ever adaptation of the team. I'm not surprised it's based on the film and not the comics, but based on the designs from set photos and concept art, the designs look very faithful to the comics. I'm not bothered by The Thing being a Minifigure instead of a big figure; I just hope there's some armor or accessory to make him appear bulkier than the rest. Set comes out in April, so I hope to hear more soon. And I hope we get Silver Surfer as well.
  18. Nice! After that January set leak, I was desperately hoping they’d make more sets and figures, and this is perfect. Potential for Miles, Gwen, Miguel, Spider-Punk, Spider-Man India, Prowler, Jessica Drew (finally!!!), and so much more. I’m pumped!
  19. Watch us get 2-3 of them and then have to wait for Avengers sets to maybe get the other(s).
  20. With What If...? Season 3, we can make out a few more Minifigure options. Kahhori, Captain Carter, Birdie (original character), Goddess of Thunder Storm, Cowboy Shang-Chi or Cowboy Kate Bishop, Upgraded Ironheart (though unlikely with her new series), 1980s Red Guardian
  21. At this point, if we know about a Fantastic Four vs Galactus set, set number, and release date, but we don't yet know if we're getting Thunderbolts sets, then I'm guessing we aren't getting Thunderbolts sets.
  22. It's especially odd if there isn't another face considering we already have a Sam face print from the Avengers Tower (and will be getting again in January) that they could use.
  23. I'm not saying it'll be just them, only that they're likely to be featured (whereas Vision Quest and X-Men Season 2 won't). I don't think we'll get figures from Daredevil and Zombies, but I could see them from other projects (Daredevil from She-Hulk/Spider-Man and Zombie Wanda from What If...?).
  24. October 2025 What If Season 3 in December this year. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Daredevil, Ironheart, Eyes of Wakanda, and Wonder Man next year as well If we get a CMF next year, all these options (except maybe Daredevil and Zombies) are in play
