  3. Yes i believe due to the internal gearing they are prone to seizing up. I would love to own one but they are simply to expensive. tim

  5. Certain parts could definitely be replaced easily with their more modern counterparts (ex pneumatic cylinders). Other parts (ex micromotor) are much more rare and hard to replace. tim

  17. The xl motor is your best bet for a super fast rc car. The new L motor might be a good compromise as it has about 300-400 rpms (I dont know exactly) and a decent amount of torque. tim

  20. Lego would not do that type of thing. If you contact them they will send you a new motors pronto! tim
  21. I have never had this problem before. Lego's customer service is excellent, I would suggest you contact them and they might be able to send you new parts. Goodluck! tim
