I’d love it if it was something else, not sure what, Cave, Batwing etc... but something not Batmobile would be nice. However, unless they really balls it up, I’m gonna buy it...

I've seen a couple of people assert that it has been listed as a vehicle, but I'm not sure how "official" that information is...?

Yup, I’m on board with this. The weirder the better. I’m still in a phase where au can’t quite believe we are getting superhero LEGO of any variety.

If I get Creeper and Deadman I’ll take anything that goes along with them.

Man, I'll be grateful for what we get, and hope for the best. If they had been releasing Batman LEGO when I was a kid, my head would have melted. Things like the classic Batcave? Forget about it! I still can't believe I'm getting LEGO Batman, LEGO Indiana Jones.....

This would be superb. 3300+ would also put it in correct scale for a “Bat” from Dark Knight Returns, but I just can’t see it, I don’t think it’s an iconic enough vehicle. The Tumbler was in all three films and is exceptionally well recognised. So, maybe multi-vehicle could be right?

That’d be a pretty big vehicle....!

in terms of a general pattern of repeated releases, I assume that LEGO's market research is based on the good return they have on a 3-module Batcave with a couple of vehicles, a Batjet (or copter) versus a villain plane, a Batmobile (+/-) villain vehicle, and Batcycle. I guess those are classically Batman's vehicles of choice, but there's a feeling of repetition, particularly to the broad design of the Batcave. I'd love it if more sets could be combined. I think we got a bit more of that with the Batman movie sets at least. Throwing together multiple vehicles from different waves, there's quite a collection of vehicles at least. A couple of Bat-tanks. But agreed, something else, Hall of Justice etc. would be a really cool change. Event the Arkham Asylum's have all been a variation on the same theme over and over. The D2C's have been the things that have broken the mould so far for me. Saying that, I'm still buying whatever Batman LEGO are selling....

So, it’s August 1st. No news on that D2C yet....

DC are currently doing a big “Year of the Villain” deal, across multiple titles. Maybe we might get a villain-heavy line featuring current costume incarnations?

Yup, I was think that Creeper could be done with recoloured existing parts. Come on LEGO, Ditko classic!!!

I think my top two dream figures would have to be The Creeper, and Deadman. Loved those goofy characters when I was a kid. Creeper would work really well as a minifigure, I think. His look in the Villains game was spot on.

I can’t remember, what sort of confirmation was there about it being a vehicle? Was it listed specifically as a vehicle?

That does seem increasingly odd, considering how many other sets get regularly leaked. Everyone feeling confident about a release this month?
