  1. I agree I wish we got a blue one, but maybe green ones feature more prominently in TROS. Same here about the at-st, not the shuttle though, it's pretty expensive and most of my interest in that set is just the figures, as I made a custom one awhile back.
  2. I didn't buy any but a quick look at the US shop at home shows it's there, and I got it in my cart with double vip points (but no battle of hoth) with no difficulty.
  3. If I were to buy this, I would wait until Triple force friday and get the endor promo, but I guess if you're buying enough TROS sets it doesn't matter. The ISD not having a free mini set or polybag does further the question as to when ben will appear. Triple force friday is the last star wars wave release of 2019, with the exception of that kylo and sith trooper brickheadz, which will probably be a store exclusive or something. Which means Kenobi either appears on a media release date, which I don't think lego often does for star wars without accompyning sets released at the same time, (or may the fourth), is just a normal store-bought polybag (which I doubt it's been ages since we got a minifigure polybag you could just straight up buy from the checkout aisle at target or what have you), or it's a 2020 thing that managed to not only leak super early but be a year late to the anniversary it proclaims.
  4. I think everyone is reading into this with either "detailed minifigure centric sets" or "replicas with no figures at all" but this doesn't really say anything that could lead us to belive either way. Lego isn't blind to the fact that AFOLs want more detailed figures, but they also aren't stupid enough to think that only AFOLS would buy figure-centric sets. Agreed, I think he just means detailed replicas, but lego can't match that too well with anything humanoid. You do realize that the films were shot concurrently, they didn't paint themselves into a corner, they planned both the films at the same time. And the time travel thing worked out very well, much better then "they go to the garden beat the heck out of thanos and get the infinity gauntlet back" would have been.
  5. I would argue figure-based, large dioramas, or even just figures with full printing would be a game changer for marvel, though I personally do not think it will be any of those things.
  6. go to the previous page...we discussed this already. Though the idea of a lego infinity or nano gauntlet is intriguing.
  7. He might be in via flashback, or even just have a cameo normally since it's set between civil war and infinity war. I doubt he'll be present for more than a bit, it would make more sense for cap and the others to cameo as they worked with natasha during this time. sorry, used to the star wars thread where "I know it probably won't happen but what it (whishlsty item)" becomes the basis for widespread rumors. And by extension of ultron, zemo. So that's only about half the MCU villians.
  8. It might be his fighter from the first trailer, where rey flips over it. I'm annoyed that these droid/porg/ketamine fueled yoda sets are becoming more frequent, are they really selling well enough to have more than one per year?
  9. There's not just one more spider-man movie, and what possible evidence do you have for ned, the only thing he really shares with his comics counterpart is the name. In addition, the green goblin would need to be introduced before hobgoblin and ned has literally no motivation to ever become a villian, nor would he be a good one. good, more chance of them having figures. Think about this for a second, as part of the zebra theme, why would they release 5 cmfs all within a year alongside the known cmfs, why would there be "art" and "music" ones, why would there be a disney series 3 before series 2 is even out of stores, how could lego make an mcu cmf if they don't have the action figure liscence, and how would cmfs be 16+? Your dream has no grounding of reality in any sort, this is just whislisting.
  10. We knew she was a girl, but not a child. As @Balrogofmorgoth said, we were all thinking she would be some evil, boba-fett esque character, not a heoric child. I personally liked the twist, but only because it makes the beckett twist better and that was one of my favorite parts of the film. There are images on #legoleaks suggesting other vehicles based on the set boxart. None of it has any weight to it, as the "ships" on the boxart are either waaaaay to small to tell what they are or thing so obscure they'd never be a set (some sort of construction thing that looks like a headless at-at with a crane.) There is one smudge that looks kind of like a gr-75, but I think the sillouhette hint thing is over.
  11. forgot about that. Wasn't saying she didn't just that lego didn't know what she would look like at the time.
  12. Personally, Keanuverine all the way, but I do hope they reboot venom, spider-man's inverse deserves an origin revolving around spider-man.
  13. We never see phasma's face in canon, do we? Not that it'd be any sort of spoiler for her face to be in the set, but it was probably just a design choice. Enfys was to prevent spoilers I think, having the "big villain" with the face print of a child would kind of tip people off about the twist , and an augest set for a late may release meant leaks were likely before the film came out. For the mandalorian, it's probably more in line with the reasoning for phasma.
  14. Sony offered it, not confirmed yet. Hopefully it shakes out but venom is rebooted or at least a soft reboot so that monstrosity of a film isn't mcu canon. Thanks for bringing that to my attention though, there's hope for MCU spider man (and the upgraded suit) yet.
  15. I think we'll continue having MCU sets, mostly because they've had at least one set for every film since Guardians of the Galaxy, but also because disney owns the property and is the one that liscences the theme, unlike the sony spider-verse (you cannot convince me that the giant venom mech was there because venom appears in a film that year, he's a popular character and that was a spider-verse inspired wave) and fox x-men films. it's possible we'll see spider-man 3-y sets since sony now has him in their universe, but any future MCU movies will have direct crossover sets until lego marvel ends, excluding if they ever do R-rated or hardcore pg-13 stuff like we're all expecting deadpool and blade to be. Given that there's only one MCU theatric set, yeah, if it's a black widow set black widow would get one set. That was a pretty accurate set, it was the sanctum and the only inaccurate thing was the squid.
  16. Yeah, as he's the main villain of the film. I'd say natasha, taskmaster, then either red guardian and other black widow. Though for all we know there'll be other characters lego would be more likely to do that we don't know are in the film yet.
  17. I thought the guy who said he has a silver leg meant that the entire leg was silver, not the printing.
  18. I mean't we won't get all three, since it'll probably be a smaller set and thus have 2-3 figures, one of which must be natasha
  19. I forgot about that, thanks. In that case, yeah, black widow is the most likely. If so, I'm sad it's only getting one set as we're unlikely to get taskmaster, red guardian, and the other black widow (forgot her name) alongside natasha, as this probably won't be a very big set. 100% disagree, there was a 3-4-month difference between trailer and set LEAKS for endgame, though admittedly there was higher secrecy around the project
  20. It would, but it seems for now he has to be 1 per pack in random other packs *coughs in preatorian guard* Probably a homage to ANH
  21. Those mandalorian figures are amazing. (proceeds to stare blankly at the image of the set, ignoring any responsibilities for the next few weeks) Nice catch, he is different. And yeah, the TLJ troopers have a much better design than TFA ones so I get your point of wanting more.
  22. @Ashnflash A set codenamed "MCU theatric" or something I still think it would be a little strange for a set for a may film to release in january, but it's a possibility. Also, I love your videos.
  23. That actually does work pretty well for mysterio Speaking of mysterio, that "MCU theatre set", could it be based on an older film? We've all believed it to be endgame, FFH, or black widow (though the latter seems unlikely that they'd make a set for it 6 months before release), but what if it's based on an older film and that's why its not listed as avengers or spider-man like the others?
  24. It does appear to be red and gold in these, I wonder if EW had weird lighting or that wasn't the final suit, or if the merchandise makers were just given concept art that ended up not being the final design Ouch.
  25. I don't get many, I just have boba fett, the create-a-brickhead one, and if the sith trooper' available individually I'll get it. I used to have a few more but I sold them. it looks so stupid, his mouth just increases in size like 4x what it should be Still looks super weird and ugly. And as for the second, when else are you thinking it would come out? The only other siginifigant dates are the release dates for TROS and the mandalorian. Does lego do promos when a star wars film releases? They did a few for marvel, mostly with leftover stock of the bricktober pack, but I can't think of anything for star wars.
