  1. While this is true, to be fair a big part of it is all the new pieces they make. That's not a knock against them- they certainly create incredible techniques and part usages often, and I love getting those new pieces- but a lot of the magical shaping comes from the fact that they do just create new wedges on a regular basis. I'd be fairly happy with the $30 set being the new Pattmobile with the game figure, although I'd be shocked if we really got dual-molded printed legs on Pattman given we're unlikely to see him appear in too many sets, unless the sets are also going to do the era-mixing the game's done.
  2. Something that 2024 actually did quite well- @Kaijumeister was talking about the best sets of 2024 and I don't know if it was intentional, but he dropped three location sets in a row. (Tantive Hallway, Mando Bunker, Peridea). And that's not even all of them- I'd count the battle pack, as whatever I think of the figures/faction choices, it might be my favorite battlepack build... ever? I have a love for the rebel combat speeders and imperial dropships, but objectively this one giving you not only accurate terrain to pose your figures on but the clear flight piece was perfect. The MOC wave this is from has been delayed quite a bit (as the stand Mara's on kind of implies) but something like this? (This set would probably be at the $30-38 price point) They run the issue of the location itself not being all that recognizable, as shown here, but if you get the general architecture types across, include things like turbolasers and speeder bikes, and have desirable figures, I think it would work well. It's also a great place to put officers, crewers, and support staff that fit with an army or navy (and actual army-building instead of just a ton of infantry) that people tend to dislike being in standard battle packs.
  3. Yeah adjusting for inflation properly helps it's case a bit. I still don't like it as a set much- the price feels low for the volume of stuff, and taking one of an ever-decreasing number of system set slots to use it on a recolor of a 2021 set when we got a UCS version that same season is not a good choice by any means imo- but unlike most of the august sets it's not explicitly overpriced. I'm running out of ways to explain that ninjago is not some sort of feudal japan theme, and has had really no relation to "ninja toys" beyond the name and, like, their headwraps (Sometimes- half the time they've got exposed hair, armored helmets, and/or tech suits) at any point in essentially at any point in the past decade. Again, literally just look at the store shelves- all the sets are mechs and jets and cars. Your average medieval theme can't do that- and lego even made an attempt to do it with Nexo Knights, so it's not like they didn't try. I wouldn't say "ninja toys" are inherently more popular than medieval castle toys, but what you're missing is that ninjago sets aren't "ninja toys". They just came out with a mech that transforms into a jet, in which the ninja are wearing brightly colored armored suits and one has those cat ear headphones. It's not a "ninja" theme, it's a sci-fi theme that amalgamates different brightly colored vehicles- it's like the Power Rangers. If it was actually trying to be some sort of feudal japan theme, I don't think it would be nearly as popular as it is.
  4. I thought with Infinity War they'd finally perfected thor and that while Bro Thor could have potentially worked as a "fallen Thor" before he goes back to his Infinity war self, he never does. He eventually gets buff in L&T but never gets back to that infinity war characterization. I also just wish the Big Three were all in top form in that final fight, when it's just Tony and Steve who are at their strongest. Thor is still a mess. Sort of, but I doubt we'll be meant to see Doom as a good guy. I think he's going to end up being evil, doing evil stuff, and yet the audience will like him just because they have so few likeable heroes to oppose him. I guess that's possible- it'd be a way to draw in fans at least- but there's only so much you can do, especially when to our knowledge many of them aren't showing up. They can always add in surprise cameos or just have well-kept secrets, but then again they wouldn't be in the marketing much and certainly wouldn't have merch. This rationalization feels like optimism is overriding logic- "I'm not in the movie I'm not allowed to tell people I'm in" is different than "I'm going to intentionally make up a story about how production works instead of just giving noncommittal/low information answers." Like he doesn't have to respond to questions with the plot of the movie, he can just say things like "there's a lot of talented actors I enjoyed working with", or "it's a pleasure to return to the franchise." Or the standard "the stakes have never been higher than in this movie, everything's on the line, every hero is here" sort of PR answers. I don't think he would just make up an entirely fake and somewhat disconcerting story about how production works for no reason. Also, we've had other actors say the experience was like this on other movies. Like most of the symbiotes, Anti-Venom's character depends on who's writing him and who's bonded with him in the story- sometimes he's literally just venom but white (I don't mean just character-wise, in universe he has at times been just literally the venom symbiote with hydrochloric acid poured on it)- but there have been plenty of times where he serves to function as a direct counter to venom. Legoizing those stories and yeah, he'd be the guy who returns the items Venom stole. He's also essentially just a good guy in the mainline comics, so I have no idea why lego keeps making him a villain.
  5. Yup- it sounds like even though there won't be anyone outside the bat family (presumably because they aren't being allowed to, I doubt TT games would intentionally handicap their roster like that), we're at least getting more characters than just the ones in recent sets and the Reeves/Nolan films. Honestly the guy's reaction to the Bateman question looked like "no, but I will now be emailing State Farm the second I get out of this interview to change that". Like it hadn't happened yet but he wanted him to be in the game.
  6. I swear she does things at this level. Like while he's prisoner she bumps him into walls and at one point lets a beast get close to him before killing it. Good to know, thank you. Yeah, absolutely. I hesitate to put the skiff on there just because of price, but it seems excellent in all other respects and isn't egregiously overpriced. The Hallway, Bunker, and Peridea are all excellent too. I reran the numbers and you're right that it's more like $5. Apparently a 2021 set worth $50 would be $60 based off inflation alone, so it might even be equivalent or slightly better value.
  7. I was going to say "it depends on the color of the canopy", but a quick look through shows that yeah, Trans-Black would be more accurate in 90% of cases. I'd especially like it for things like system falcons where being able to clearly see the cockpit interior breaks the scale illusion, so to speak. I do think there are some situations where trans-brown is a bit more accurate than the new color, but in general, the new color is much cleaner-looking- it's a true trans-black, not trans-brown.
  8. I agree, I think the Tantive will be the 2027 UCS set. It's a very major ship and in 2027 it'll have been quite literally over a quarter century since it's last UCS model. AOTC wave- we thankfully have a bit more to work with here than TPM, which really suffers from the lack of a standing army for the good guys (Assuming most kids don't want an army of gungans or naboo police) and the bad guys just having droids. Geonosis Duel ($9.99): Count Dooku's speeder and a collapsing pillar with Count Dooku and Yoda. AT-TE microfighter ($12.99): Clone Captain Jango Fett Mech ($14.99): Jango Fett Attack of the Clones ($19.99): 4x P1 Clone Trooper with a Speeder Bike (based on the 2002 hasbro toy and AT-TE side build) and a small barricade (based on battlefront 2017) Corporate Alliance Tank Droid ($34.99): Padme Amidala (tan cape and white suit, no scratch), a Clone Sargent, Bultar Swan, and 2x B1 battle droid. Coruscant Airspeeder Chase ($59.99): Zam and Anakin's airspeeders with Zam Wessel, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and a buildable Probe Droid. Battle of Geonosis ($84.99): Spider Droid and Clone Command Center with a Clone Lieutenant, Coleman Kcaj, 2x Clone Trooper (sand stained armor), 2x geonosian, and 2x b2 battle droid Republic Gunship ($139.99): Comes with 2x Clone Pilot, 1x Clone Captain and 2x Clone Trooper, as well as two buildable droidikas. Petranaki Arena ($159.99): Three central pillars, two wings of stands with a gate and balcony, and three buildable beasts (Nexu, Reek, Acklay). Comes with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Padme (scratched), a Clone Commander, Mace Windu, Poggle the Lesser, Wat Tambor, 3x Geonosian, 3x B1 battle droid, and 3x B2 battle droid. UCS/MBS: Jedi Starfighter ($199.99): Remake of Obi-Wan's Delta-7. Comes with Obi-Wan Kenobi (dual-molded legs) and his astromech.
  9. But it's not an accurate representation aimed at collectors, it's some sort of weird amalgam meant for kids. You'd think that the universe that actually has a justice league would provide enough gameplay options that it could at least be ONE of the universes taken to make the story. If that's an actual move in her moveset there's no possible interpretation besides it being a reference to the test tube clone Damian backstory. So long as he brings the iconic Foam Sprayer, it's all worth it. Cass and Spoiler would both have not only been much more likeable options but would provide new characters, whereas batwoman is unpopular, not particular iconic, and required a new mold despite us already having gotten her in sets. There's literally no metric where she comes out on top besides maybe being slightly more well known, but at the same time... batwing's in the set. I'll maintain if it included existing characters it should've been Nightwing and Red Hood, and if it was new ones it should have been Orphan and Signal. (And Tim replacing Damian as Robin) I guess that's possible especially if she's playable and therefore assumably a "good guy". I just had her in my head as a "bad guy" and assumed it would be weird for kids if batman had a kid with a bad guy. That's even more sad then, assuming lego in that case constrained them to sets and characters on shelves in the past 4-5 year and didn't tell them about Arkham until it was too late.
  10. This is an excellent point- why base the funny lego game on the two most grounded batman franchises? Oh man, I totally forgot riddler was even in TDK, but you're right. Isn't that the movie where batman tries to come up with a plan but Nightwing goes "Do I really look like a guy with a plan? It's Winging time" and Nightwings over the two boats? Anakin vs Obi-Wan fight at the end of the training levels but instead of a sick battle between players she pokes batman with a needle and the level just fades to black and ends. It'd be interesting if Robin was Damian, since he's the only version we've gotten recently and Nightwing implies it won't be the iconic Dick Grayson Robin. My assumption is that they'll either just completely ignore his birth and just never explain why he's there, or we'll get the sanitized "Talia stole Bruce's DNA and used it to grow a clone in a lab" version. Unfortunately we know he wasn't involved in the creation of this game- there's no indication the Shadow Box is the hub world, nor that Purple-13 are the main enemies. I'd assume so too, it's just unfortunate that they're constraining themselves in this way. It really does- at least batwing is new for the theme and moreso obscure than disliked- Batwoman is probably the most disliked member of the bat-family. Even IN-UNIVERSE iirc, at least since Jason changed from villain to antihero. I'm glad you're on a first name basis with the commissioner and were accordingly able to give us this backstory. The Gordons were, of course, the family that invented the self-defense measure known as Silly String.
  11. Maybe top 5, but not unequivocally top 2 like it is this year- as you say, last year was more solid, it'd be hard to put it above the star destroyer and hard to gauge it against stuff like the X-wing vs TIE fighter, or tantive hallway, or the myriad of other great sets. Unlike this year where the only real contenders are starfighters in the same rough price range. Praise be. Rereading the Thrawn Trilogy and her character work is immaculate. Insane on it's face that Zahn could get you to root for someone who's defining trait is pure and somewhat unreasonable hatred for the main hero. She's a James Doakes/Reverse Flash level hater who you as a reader somehow aren't made to dislike for constantly being on the edge of killing Luke for stuff like "being calm" or "offering to help". It should never have worked, but it does, and exceedingly well. I'm shocked the rancor hasn't come for us yet, but suffice it to say- Yes, but, again, the 90s ninja sets are about as similar to Ninjago as they are to Star Wars. Ninjago specifically really has nothing to do with castle- it was running at the same time as the last few castle themes. And as I said, it's more popular (not supposedly, objectively) because it's less a unified theme and more an amalgamation of things kids in the target age range find cool. Other themes aren't to blame for castle dying out, and it's not as if lego isn't doing everything it could to keep it going, beyond the failed 2013 traditional line, the modernization attempt with nexo knights, the icons sets to keep adult collectors happy, etc. The whole medieval era as a whole hasn't had much family-friendly popularity in pop culture since the Lord of the Rings movies. Kids just aren't as into stock medieval stuff anymore, in the same way kids aren't as into scuba divers, or cowboys... ...and it seems like lego has some research implying they aren't as in to star wars either, seeing the decrease in system sets and uptick in 18+ gimmicks, and even the focus on adult clone bro army builders for system sets. I'd argue ninjago exists as the first truly successful replica of Bionicle's success. You've got the six elemental heroes in bright colors (with the water one always being a woman and the green one being commonly associated with plantlife/nature and yet not having it as his element), the multimedia push, and most importantly, the fact that while there's occasional stylistic rebrands, it's one interconnected story over the entire run. We also know that the story specifically is a big part of what made bionicle work, as G2 produced some of the best designs and sets, but with a paper-thin story it failed to find a new audience or draw in the old one. And as you say with lego now heavily marketing to nostalgia, unless they swing for the fences and go all-out for G3, it's likely the best shot at more bionicles would just be an Icons set of brick-built Toa Mata. Not that this discussion on what does or doesn't get an icons theme to succeed is particularly relevant here, beyond the ever-present reminder that limited shelf space means we have a finite number of sets, and the 18+ gimmicks' constant encroaching on system territory. I've had this suspicion for awhile- the clone army sets seem more egregious because we have better comparisons for what a reasonably priced version would look like, but those starship collection sets have to be dirt cheap to produce. I wonder if these later ones have been designed with the idea of still being able to turn a profit while on significant discount.
  12. I don't even think the complaint was too many characters, I think it was moreso a confusing character system for a lego game, which is ironic considering the whole class system probably came about in an attempt to make the "only certain characters can do *x*" thing more clear. But kids aren't stupid, they can figure out which characters are force users/dark siders/can fly/imperial/etc. Yeah I can't imagine what they could put in the free roam that'd actually be interesting- skins? But I doubt many people are going to be hunting down all the iconic Talia skins, or popping off when they find the Gary Oldman skin for Gordon (I would, if I bought the game, but I won't buy it.) To be fair, it's not like the DCEU was all they had to pull from. There were many, MANY comic sets in that 2015/2018 era. Most of the main cast have designs pulled directly from physical minifigs. You never know, maybe we'll get missions against TAS harley and freeze alongside a TAS batsuit skin.
  13. We managed to summon the Wolvmobile and Venomized Wolverine, so can we get Panda Venom for 2028? He was in a mech for his first appearance, and if we stretch it the apartment includes a vehicle.
  14. watch it be Robin Blake (the figure is in plainclothes has no exclusive parts) Which means you'll never stop Mr. Freeze. But yeah no unless a friend nags me into it the only console games I play are ones where I want to experience the story in a franchise I like (Fallen Order) or Marvel Rivals, which between all the cool stuff it has and being so free you don't even need an xbox online subscription to play is kind of an outlier for me. I probably wouldn't have spent $60 or $70 or whatever they're charging even if this was an amazing game, but I definitely won't for "we kinda mashed the few batman sets released over the past 4 years into one story just so kids have something other than skirting-the-line-of-PG-13 movies to see these designs in" I assumed it was literally just the official Battinson with dual-molded legs and the new helmet, but no, you're right, it's new. A few minor changes- few enough that I wouldn't be surprised if we see this design in a new Pattmobile this march. I don't see why TT games would go out of their way to alter his pouches a bit, so I assume it's based on a figure we haven't seen. I love that not only is that an absurd character roster- everyone's favorite, Talia Al Ghul- but calls out 3/4 abilities nobody would ever associate with that character. Ah, yes, Jim Gordon's famous Foam Sprayer. Batman's notorious Bat Claw. The best possible interpretation of this is that Arkham's development was extremely rushed and as such the game devs didn't have any of the designs ready for most of development, but I think it's much more likely it was just lego throwing the Afols a little bone before returning to our regularly scheduled nothing. I can see what happened: 2024, Billund: Lego: "We need a batman game. Those used to be popular." *Lego slides TT games a list of the sets they've put out the past few years* TT games: "Oh... no other superheroes? Just Batman? Ok... no system sets based on the comics... looks like we can do... huh... Bale, Battinson, or Keaton. But we really only have Joker and 1-2 other villains. Ok, I guess we could mix them up a bit so we could use all the villains, bring in Batgirl from the 4+ sets, and that gets us... something. Are you guys planning on putting out more comic sets or sets based on other superheroes?" Lego: "Maybe. But they'll be either extremely small or extremely expensive, and it'd be like 1-2 max."
  15. I can FEEL the rancor breathing down my neck here but your error is assuming Ninjago is in any way a castle theme. It was for, like, half of it's first year, but it almost immediately moved into mechs and trucks and cars and spaceships and jet planes and robots and anything else that an 8 year old would think is cool. The titular ninjas are basically just superheroes. One of them IS A ROBOT, and I think one of the new ones has a robot arm like the winter soldier? Ninjago has no more to do with castle than any other unlicensed lego theme. The reason ninjago is more popular is because it's sole focus for system sets is appealing to 6-12 year old boys. Next time you're in the lego aisle, look at the ninjago sets. At best, the most you could fit into a castle setting is the occasional dragon. If the next Castle theme stayed a bit more realistic than Fantasy Era, I think Ninjago would be closer to Star Wars than to that theme. We don't tend to get much based on the legends continuity, but it's always possible. Revan did show up in the trailer for the new lego miniseries. And as everyone always points out, given lego's weird fascination with Yoda's starfighter he used in two episodes of the clone wars, it's always possible we get another one of those with Dart Bane in a few years. While I hope the august wave hits huge discounts (and not even to buy them myself), 20% off at or near release in a number of places is very standard. As for sets retiring quicker, I don't think that's true? I think for at least a decade your standard system set lasts 1.5-2 years. And you of course still have plenty of outliers whenever something sells well- I STILL see Obi-wan's starfighter at a number of retailers, and not even at more than 20% off.
  16. This is incredible, they all fit into his chest compartment? Happy to see Enemy, Wingthing, and Slugfest mentioned. Any chance you're planning on doing Squacktalk, Beastbox, or his other obscure casseticons? And of course, obligatorily, FIRRIB forever.
  17. That game is yet another example of lego... I guess to put it optimistically, doing the best with what they have. It appears to be combining the Reeves and Bale universes into one story (I assume we'll see Keaton as well since he's also had sets in the past few years). But it's a game that seems pretty likely not to have anyone outside the bat-family in it, which doesn't give me much hope for the future of the theme. I also didn't see anything hinting at future sets- the only new character design I saw (aside from putting Zoe Kravitz in the Michelle Pfieffer suit) was Bane, and that's clearly not a design intended to be a physical minifigure. Batman (Bale), Batman (Reeves), Bruce Wayne, Robin, Jonkler, Harley Quinn, Batgirl.
  18. I'm struggling to relate this to the topic here, I don't want to attract rancors, but from what I remember, the 2013 castle line sold pretty poorly. I think sales were fairly low through a good chunk of those 2000s subthemes, hence the gappiness and sporadic nature of that era. Which goes to show, the thing that really matters to lego 90% of the time is sales. If people are buying these clone sets at $160/$150/$45/etc, they're gonna keep charging those prices, keep pumping out more legions, and keep... not investing in QC testing, I guess. Again to avoid the trapdoor beneath me activating and dropping me into the Rancor Pit, I'll keep this short, but I think your line here is spot on. Especially with Ninjago-castle. That line is closer to a competitor for Star Wars than it is a traditional Castle theme. I'm not a historian of Feudal Japan, but if we're acting like Ninjago is a representation of that era it makes the last Assassin's Creed look realistic in comparison. The only real way a theme blocks another here is shelf/manufacturing space. Which can happen within themes as well, as we're seeing with the overrun of 18+ sets eating our loadout of system sets. Retailers can only fit so many products on a shelf, lego can only have so many lines active, and as such we can only produce so many different sets a year. Lego already gets two full aisles at most retailers I go to, which is anywhere from 1/4-1/2 the shelf space for toys at your local Target or Walmart. To make more of any subline, others have to suffer. So it'd be nice if lego would stop making a new 18+ gimmick every 18 months. Are the helmets going away now that busts are here? Dioramas appear to be dead, but so did helmets for awhile before returning in 2025. The midi-scale ships appear to be roughly the same amount in 2026 as 2025, but I've seen absurd sales for almost all of those sets- are they doomed as well? Oh, my naive friend, they absolutely can. We suffered three years of them.
  19. If those don't hurt stability, this is becoming a common problem with lego- both marvel "UCS" sets- the black panther statue and hulkbuster- have been completely upstaged in every category by Ransom Fern's alt-builds. Either there are design constraints we as consumers aren't aware of, or they need to hire some of these guys to check the designer's work because you shouldn't be able to alt-build a set into an objectively better version of the same subject matter. It'd be tough without the compartment being oversized relative to the ship - that said, I don't feel the old one's too big. Accounting for inflation it'd only be about $107 today, which doesn't feel like an excessive price point for a U-wing. Neither fill the same niche- Ninjago is not the reason we don't have a Castle theme- at least, not at this point where the average set is a supercar or gundam. We don't have a full castle reboot because lego doesn't seem to think kids are interested in a castle theme- it's the same reason Lord of the Rings is being restricted to adult display sets and massive modulars. Not that that really means anything for star wars, aside from the obligatory comment that it's why we get so many 18+ gimmicks and a lower number of playsets- lego thinks adults are more likely to buy 18+ gimmicks, and clearly wants to at least partially shift it's product lineup from kid-focused to collector-focused, as brands like Transformers, GI Joe, etc have done in recent years.
  20. You guys can say what you will but for someone who didn't want to shell out $55 for peter's apartment or buy a mech for spider-man, this is a major win. It's not Venom for once. The poly will be a good 50% cheaper than his current BL prices, at least in the US, compared to Venom, who normally runs about a dollar. I'm pretty excited for this January compared to the last few- I'm getting Ghost Rider, his bike, and Anti-Venom for the cost it would run me just to get Anti-venom this past january. Anti-Venom car 2027. (Just kidding, I think we're back to a Miles car.)
  21. I don't have both, but I think I can answer that the 2016 one is almost unequivocally better simply due to the sizing- the new U-wing can't transport any troops, which is a bit of an issue for a troop transport. As Cassian's personal ship or simply a representation of the vehicle for a shelf, it's good, but I think the 2016 one is better in almost every respect, save the shaping around the cockpit. Normally the details are superior on newer versions of a set as a tradeoff for size, but the wings and greebles are about the same on both, and the engines are a bit worse IMO, with the pneumatic T creating inaccurate intakes compared to the 2016 model's ice pick intakes. With something like the 2010 vs 2016 turbo tanks, you might lose size but you gain detail, and retain enough size for a playset to fulfill the idea of carrying troopers. With the 2016 vs 2025 versions (of either ship), you lose both in places. That said, the U-wing's at least reasonably priced and wasn't constructed like a house of cards. I believe that says a lot about this year as a whole, as well, if the best set is a downgrade from the previous version. Still a good set by all means, but I think people's favor of it has more to do with it being reasonably well-built, not overpriced, and, as our avenging green friend would say, "not cloneslop", than any sort of specific standout. You put the U-wing in last year's lineup and I don't think it commands the lead it currently does.
  22. I have to agree, and I also have to think it's intentional. Though I'd definitely consider Jango's Slave One the lowest on the list, just because it's essentially a 2021 recolor with a $15 price hike post-inflation.
  23. I don't know about you, but that's been true for me since 2012. I'll add in that the DCEU SHOULD get a level, IMO. It's got a cool aesthetic, and while BVS is rough, it's not like Batman is known for consistent cinema perfection.
  24. Very nice! Look like they'd fit right in with the starship collection ships. I always get a kick out of the empire greyscaling all the republic ships, like, immediately after order 66. I just love the idea of palpatine issuing some edict like "troopers, you gotta scrape all this red paint off, I never liked it, we're going monochrome grey. Effective immediately."
  25. All good sets, this one would be pretty interesting- lego gaslit me into thinking the command center was sized more similarly to the battle pack ones rather than how big it actually is, but you're right, we're missing a correctly sized one. Ha! I'm hoping the smart brick is exclusive to the X-wing for star wars and once that set fails spectacularly, they'll just not do more. TPM Wave: Desert Ambush ($9.99): Maul's Bloodfin and a bit of desert terrain with Darth Maul (hooded) and Qui-gon Jinn Anakin's Podracer Microfighter ($12.99): Anakin Skywalker R2-D2 Mech ($14.99): Comes with both R2 and a TPM C-3PO who can sit on the shoulder of the mech. Battle Droid Assault ($19.99): 4x B1 battle droid, 1x B1 pilot, 1x B1 commander, a small droid transport, and a STAP. Jedi Defense ($34.99): A small build of the inside of the trade federation cruiser with a sliding door that has a play feature to cut through it. Comes with Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon, 2x droidika, and Nute Gunray. Naboo Starfighter VS Vulture Droid ($59.99): Naboo Starfighter (about the size of the 2015 model) and vulture droid (smaller than 2014 model) with Anakin Skywalker, a Naboo Pilot, R2-D2, Padme (battle dress) and 2x B1 battle droid. Mos Espa Podrace ($79.99): Anakin and Sebulba's Podracers with Anakin Skywalker, Sebulba, Padme (blue/grey outfit), Watto, Shmi, and 2x Pit Droid. Duel of the Fates ($89.99): Naboo catwalks playset with hanger door, laser gate hallway, central reactor, and side catwalks. Comes with play features for the laser gates, as well as one to flip a minifig from a hold in the reactor shaft up to the platform. Comes with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Darth Maul (interchangable hood and horn pieces), Captain Panaka, a Naboo Guard, and 2x battle droid. Republic Frigate ($139.99): (sort of a mix of scenes to allow for a more interesting figure setup): with 2x Judicial Crew, Senator Palpatine, 2x Senate Guard, Chancellor Valorum, a Queen Decoy, Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Jar Jar binks. Trade Federation Command Ship ($159.99): Lucrehulk cruiser with a feature to separate the core from the wings, as well as explode features on the body. The core features a playscale bridge and the wings contain microscale hangers with vulture droids, MTTs, and landing craft, as well as a microscale Naboo Starfighter. Comes with Nute Gunray, Lott Durd, 2x Nemolodian Crew, 2x droid pilot, 1x droid commander, 2x b1 battle droid, and Darth Sideous (holographic) UCS/MBS: UCS Naboo Starfighter ($199.99): Comes with Anakin Skywalker (new molded pilot helmet) and R2-D2 (new body with an attachment for a third leg, and an attachment point at the top of the body for a 2x2 turntable top.)
