Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Brick Cucumber replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Does bricks and pieces regularly restock or do parts just become available individually? I really wanted some of those new Midlegs from the Stranger Things D2C and am bummed I missed them seeing as Bricklink sellers haven't parted the set out yet. -
Saw this on someone's shirt at the event, I think the slick back hair in a dark tan might work as an in-between for a Buzz-cut.

It's accurate now anyway... I honetly prefer getting this one to the ugly N52 design. Lego likes to keep the iconic suit. -
That's a pretty great moc man, love how you used the whip pieces to make the branches. Shame you couldn't get in, although don't feel too bad because the cutoff was probably last week seeing as they only confirmed 7 or so per day.

Has anyone else observed the Wizarding World sets that aren't HP based selling poorly? I've seen them warm shelves since the beginning of the WW wave and I keep seeing the Grindlewald escape for ~£10 on sale. Maybe this is reflected by the complete absence of any Fantastic Beasts in the calendar.

You can get this same thing from customs. Using Lego parts and supporting the people who actually make that. Also, most of these knockoffs steal designs directly from these small customisers and buying from them is directly damaging small businesses from stolen designs, renders and moulds. -
I really love Pandanium's Stranger Things Brickheadz. Seeing as we recently got confirmation that BrickHeadz isn't dead, I'd love to get some.

Looking at the 'Endgame' Sets crowding the shelves, I think a lot of people share that sentiment. -

Pretty sure the Rebirth Batmobile changes in like every other ongoing series. Also, it's pretty obviously also inspired by the Batman '89 car too so I don't think it really matters. Also, looking at the image in comparison, it looks a lot more like the '89 car rather than the Rebirth car which is a bit more block-y. -
I had a crack at two models myself. They're pretty lackluster but I'm pretty proud of the two scenes I managed to recreate. First model. Second model. Although the first one took more time than I'd like to admit seeing as the rendering program I used didn't render reflections...

Yep, love how creepy it looks. I'd definitely get that for a display-piece.

All I see on TLG's social is a Father's day post and a LOT of comments about the "501st battlepack" I realize this is a stretch, but could they actually be planning something like the Vader bust where they also sell it as a retailer exclusive? Because they've been completely silent on all their social accounts about it so far. -
On an unrelated note, the 'Iconically Stranger Things' contest on Lego Ideas is ending today, some pretty great mocs on there. I wouldn't mind a buildable Demogorgon (after we get the rest of the main cast of course).

Or customs using Lego brand parts. There are quite a few good customisers that recreate the SDCC exclusives with pad-printing, probably going to see this one come out too. Looks like a Redditor has figured out the Flerken build. Seems simple enough to replicate -
Anyone else think the new part colour from the Harry Potter Patronus would work extraordinarily well on a force ghost figure? The new mixture might help with the fragility of transparent minifigures. I could definitely see this happening in the near future, especially as it seems force ghosts will be a part of Luke and Palpatine's return in the next film.

It genuinely seems like more effort went into this set and figures than the entire Endgame lineup (minus the Hall of amour). And of course it's an exclusive. Stupidity. -

Penguin or DJ's coats would probably fit pretty well. -

I know this is a far off guess, but what if this means we're getting it in a character pack soon... One can dream -

I get the same feeling. Both Captain Marvels. Seems like a opportunity they wouldn't pass up. -
Nancy, Jonathan, Steve and a brickbuilt Demo-dog. I know that wouldn't fit continuity-wise but I would absolutely love it.

While a character pack wouldn't be out of the question, CMF's are usually aimed at kids, so I could not see us getting a 16+ CMF series anytime in the future.

Here in the UK too. But seeing as it's listed for £2.44 and the actual CMF packs are £3 I agree that it's better to feel the bag. -

I was like 80% sure that we'd get one for TLBM, seeing as they had so many Batsuits and literally had a Christmas Batsuit in the movie and promotions. Plus, I wouldn't have seen it selling poorly. I doubt Marvel would get one though, because Marvel sets generally warm shelves and there isn't a lot of opportunity for other builds. -
Future Marvel Superheroes Rumors & Speculation
Brick Cucumber replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
It would cost a lot less than a new UCS set does to produce and (if ran as a promotion on their site avoiding last years Toys'R'Us fiasco) would serve to promote the other sets rather than possibly draw from their sales. Either way you cut it, a promotion will be better for a line of badly selling sets than making a completely separate set. -

If Lego wanted to make it up to us, they'd release a Bricktober pack for the movie. That would make more sense for a smaller project and could increase sales of the sets they've already got out.
