Just saw the first 2 episodes of The Island (they were released in English today). All I really have to say is that I enjoyed them but that they do feel like overglorified toy commercials while most other Ninjago seasons could easily stand on their own. Curious to see where this will go in the next, and last, 2 episodes next Sunday.

Depp didn't really affect CoG's box office situation though, that was the films convoluted and overcomplicated story. I personally like the film but I completely understand why a lot of people think it has a poor story. As long as they've got a good story and someone to keep Rowling in check (which they have) I don't see why FB3 would flop.

Some also wholeheartedly believe Luke doesn't make any sense in TLJ. I personally thought he was great and his view on life made a lot of sense. But it's probably best not to start a love/hate TLJ discussion in this thread

They'd definitely add in some scenes that weren't in the play, just like they did for the movie. Include something in GoF that was actually in the books? Nah we'll just have the Horntail chase Harry around Hogwarts, regardless of the plotholes it creates.

I haven't seen the play but I read it twice in the hope I would like it more after a second time reading it. Now it's just gathering dust on my bookshelf

I think having him actually be bald with a completely smooth head would look really off-putting considering LEGO's general style. I'd definitely prefer having a stud on there although I do wonder what that would look like considering his head would most likely be larger than a minifigure head. Giving him a minifigure head would be too small imo:

I wonder what those executives were smoking when they decided it would be a good idea to make an adaptation of a book hated by the majority of the fanbase. But then I guess it's not all that surprising as they've already ran DC into the ground.

That would be fantastic. And they could just reuse the Abraxan from Harry Potter for Aragorn.

I really hope not, that would be a major disappointment and a complete waste of budget.

I'd love to get more Flash sets. Wally, Jesse and Bart on top of the already existing Barry and Jay figures would be great. And there's a plethora of villains they could do: remade versions of existing figures (Captain Cold, Grodd, Reverse Flash, Killer Frost, Trickster etc) but also characters like Godspeed, Savitar, Heatwave, Mirror Master, Weather Wizard, Pied Piper, Top, Glider, Thinker, Cicada, Rival, Black Flash, Doctor Alchemy, Cobalt Blue and so on.

I'd say just a wave of sets that include some unique locations and non-Batman vehicles. There's nothing wrong with LEGO focusing on Batman as much as they do but the neverending supply of recycled Batvehicles is incredibly annoying. Batman is more than just Bruce and his vehicles fighting Joker, Catwoman, Penguin and so on. Even within the limits they set now there's still a lot of possibilities. $30-$40 set that has Batman trying to rescue Catwoman from Penguin in his Iceberg Lounge? Count me in!

This sounds INCREDIBLE!!!! It really looks like 2021 might be the turning point for LEGO Marvel. Cap set - really hope this one includes WWII Cap and a generic Hydra goon but my expectations aren't high as it's a 4+ set. Black Panther set - I love the dragonfly-like vehicle so this is great. Hoping to get some new variants here, maybe Shuri? FFH set - not counting on much. Iron Monger set - at a loss for words, this is great. Really hope this comes with Pepper and Coulson. EG final battle set - amazing. Just amazing.

Although I'm not a big fan of the scene itself (it felt forced and out of place to me) I would LOVE to get those figures!

If we get armored Valkyrie and Endgame/Infinity War Wanda I'll scream.

I wouldn't mind a dark grey torso, it'll have printing anyway. What does bother me is that his fur is dark grey too, maybe they will finally correct that mistake?

I'm not counting on much for Mysterio, wouldn't surprise me at all if he's reused. Maybe with the blue/clouded fishbowl but that's it.

More Endgame sets? Awesome! Really looking forward to the june wave now! Yes. That varies by set, it's unpredictable as there's no consistency in what does and doesn't get a more expensive pricetag.

There are 5 live-action shows actually: WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, Hawkeye and Ms Marvel And then of course What If? on the animated side of things.

Speculation, I've said multiple times that I don't know anything about these sets beyond what has already been shared.

Fingers crossed that ends up being the case!
