  1. For me the problem with the Advanced Tech figures isn't that they suck but that they were made instead of the normal suits. I finally got Nebula a few weeks ago so I now have the full team in their AT suits, they look fantastic together
  2. I was more referring to the figure quality. So many unique legprints and 4 brand new faces for characters that need it is something we definitely don't see every day. I agree, it was a pretty good wave if you ignore the Endgame logo. Especially the quinjet is a really solid build imo, love it! Is it really a major flaw if they are super easy to remove?
  3. I just hope we get to see the Shang Chi sets in the coming weeks. I really want to know wether the quality exhibited in the Eternals sets is a one time thing or the new standard for LEGO Marvel.
  4. This project actually achieved 10k supporters on Ideas a few days ago: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/e7429dc6-4b91-4a6d-8c79-b7eb3bda8927
  5. Great name imo, I'm hyped! Well that's a bit disappointing (my birthday is on the 12th ). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There's an awful lot of hexagons on there.
  6. I would prefer that as well, keep some villains for the long run to properly develop them. Something similar to PS4's Doc Ock (in terms of character development) would be great!
  7. If this is an actual tease and people aren't just overthinking this that would be incredible:
  8. Tom and Jacob both replied to Zendaya's post with ''I'm calling Jon" so it wouldn't surprise me if he'll do the reveal, whenever it is.
  9. What makes you say that? They promised us a first look in December which didn't come and the marketing is being handled by Sony, who operate seperately from Marvel Studios and usually start their marketing campaigns much earlier.
  10. Bit of speculation: I think the lowest level of the right section of the Hogwarts/CoS set (that's a mouthful) might have a slide and the Basilisk's shedded skin. I believe @Yope pointed out that the Bathrooms base is 2 plates thick instead of the usual 1, accomodating a potential hole underneath the sink. I saw a pic of the 3 sets together not long ago (supposedly LEGO's recommended arrangement) and the Bathroom module replaces the 2-window module above the 1st floor of the tower section so it would make sense if that's what the lower section holds in terms of interior. Again, this is pure speculation.
  11. I would be surprised if he reveals something there, Marvel announcements on live-tv usually go to Kimmel.
  12. It's a marketing stunt. I expect Zendaya to post a different title yet again.
  13. Gonna be real honest here: I'm not a fan of that title, at all.
  14. It's release was very weird so I still haven't seen it.
  15. Prelims generally use a random color for pieces that are going to be recolored unless it's already set-in-stone. Considering those tube pieces do not exist in olive green yet and they're in the catalogue like that I personally doubt they'll change it. Well I guess the saying is correct after all, you do learn something new about yourself every day
  16. You have to also take in mind that LEGO never does a licensed CMF for a specific license 2 years in a row. The DC CMF released in 2020 so if we get a follow-up series it wouldn't come out sooner than 2022 anyway.
  17. Possible? Probably. Necessary? Not really. There aren't a lot of cases where inner-arm printing would actually be necessary, even for Death Eaters it would just be a nice bonus that wouldn't be visible most of the time. If LEGO changes something about printing I'd want them to normalise legprinting and stop reusing so many faceprints that don't fit new characters, it's 2021 and there are still a ton of figures that are severely lacking on those fronts. Armprinting and dualmolded legs/arms are nice extra details but the fact many characters still don't get the legprinting/unique head they need is honestly just sad imo. But at least it looks like they'll be improving this if the Eternals sets are representive of what LEGO will be doing in the near future.
  18. I'll just come straight to the point and tell you guys that I have no intention of confirming or debunking this information when KA1 puts it out. I know a lot of eyes are likely to be set on me and @Falconfan1414 for verification and that staying silent without explanation will most likely result in people making conclusions based on it so that's why I'm letting you know. I know all of you really want to know what the D2C and August sets are and wether or not the warnings/advices given to you were justified and trust me when I say I want to tell, I really do. But as explained by Falconfan LEGO has always taken D2C related leaks very seriously and they are really cracking down hard on leakers as of late. If the info is true and LEGO starts a witchhunt to find those responsible for the leak I do not want to be held accountable in any way, shape or form. I want to keep my sources happy and I prefer not having LEGO's legal team breathing down my neck. I really hope you guys respect this decision but just in case some people don't agree: coming up with potential ways for me to get indirectly involved or starting an argument about this is a waste of your time.
  19. Oh yeah those are new, I thought he was talking about the blades used on the Guards swords.
  20. Our sources might not get into trouble directly but we're not exactly looking forward to having a legal team on our backs either.
  21. Thanks for the link. Quick thoughts: I don't think this is much of an issue for the game itself. Hundreds of people are working on it, one guys anti-social justice beliefs are highly unlikely to influence the game and the story it's going to tell. It's pretty similar to Rowling, just because she's lost her marbles doesn't mean my enjoyment of the HP books and films has gone down. If you have the info and are comfortable sharing it by all means do so. But is the passive agressive tone really necessary? We share what we can say and we don't when we're told not to, simple as that.
  22. I can definitely see some sets being produced in 2022 but there are no Hogwarts Legacy sets coming this year (that I know of), unless the accessory pack or GWP/BH are some kind of tie-in.
  23. We can't be sure yet but I bet the visor is a separate piece.
