It's mostly based off Ninjago's Legacy subtheme, in which they remake sets that were done years ago and also sprinkle in some stuff from the show that were never made like the Overlord in his dragon form or the giant Stone Warrior.

I didn't start actively collecting the MCU sets until 2018 (budgetary reasons) so I would LOVE a wave like this one

Yes please Should be one of those sets that really focusses on the figures, it's not like we're gonna care much about the docks themselves anyway lol.

Depending on the longevity of this The Infinity Saga subtheme I would also love to get remakes of some sets they did years ago. Remakes of the Malibu Mansion Attack, the original 2012 Helicarrier set or AoU's Hydra base would be incredible!

If they really need to reuse a faceprint I'd go with old Ben:

I don't see how they could possibly make a seperate beard piece work and printing would look awful so I'm confident we'll get a new beard/hair combo mold.

The releasedate for the second batch of sets being August is simply a piece of info relayed to me by my source a while back. But do take in mind these releasedates can be wrong or eventually change, especially considering the current state of the world. Regardless these sets are highly unlikely to come out in June, if they were they should've appeared in the catalog alongside the other sets.

Don't think I've seen anyone bringing this up but I really hope Quills helmet makes it's triumphant return after being weirdly left out of the last Benatar.

The real question is will Thor get 2 different hairpieces for his Bro and Viking outfits.

Now that I've calmed down a bit from the initial excitement I'll just write down my thoughts on each of these sets. Venom / Carnage / Infinity Gauntlet - these sets sound great but I'm only into minifigure- and systemscale sets so these are very easy passes for me. Dragon Flyer - sounds like a great little set! The Chitauri reuse is a bit underwhelming but I'm honestly considering getting 2 copies of this one. Cap 4+ - very excited about the description and I would definitely like to get 4-5 of the Hydra soldiers. But wether or not this set is any good completely depends on the execution of the figures and what they're based on. Iron Monger - slightly disappointed they didn't include Coulson as a 4th figure but other than that this is an amazing set! Final Battle - speechless, this set is just amazing! And finally an IW/EG Wanda figure!!!!! Benatar - sounds fantastic, only thing I'm disappointed by is the exclusion of Drax. Sanctuary II - at $30 this can't be any good but I'm excited to see the figures. Advent Calendar - sounds fantastic! Overall this sounds like an incredible wave, definitely planning to pick up most (if not all) of these on day 1!
