  1. Nope, it's been discussed for a few weeks now in a lot of places and it looks like the whole giveaway just never happened
  2. Just received my extra DA stickers. Customer Service going out of their way again
  3. It's way too soon to know wether or not the lastest Bounty was popular so I guess he's just assuming things
  4. But being able to tell what it is doesn't mean it's accurate. That set can't be accurate to something in the first place as it's not something based on a movie, show or specific comic
  5. LEGO doesn't have anything that resembles a buzz cut so the piece they've used is definetely the most accurate one. Otherwise you could use the basic slicked back hair but that's even worse than the afro.
  6. All of them... How can something the LEGO designers thought up themselves be ''the most accurate''?
  7. 76165, 76127, 76129, 76100, 76101, 76102, 76103, 76104 and 76109 just to name a few. And that's just from the last two years, your argument is extremely flawed.
  8. A set doesn't have to be expensive to be accurate
  9. Uhm, they don't. They just have to choose between designing something made-up or designing something that's actually based on something from the movies/comics.
  10. That's a matter of choosing what to include as a build, doesn't have anything to do with price
  11. I wouldn't necessarily call the Endgame sets trash but they were definetely very poor in terms of movie accuracy. The Quinjet is easily the best one they've made so far, the HoA was very enjoyable and other than Cap's bike and the 4+ Police Station the other sets were also pretty good.
  12. That looks nothing like what the leaked info we've gotten from multiple sources described
  13. Imo it was the best FFH set but LEGO only looks at the numbers so...
  14. Because apparently it didn't sell well, LEGO really doesn't care that it's the only way to get Peter Parker.
  15. Marvel put a huge emphasis on the Disney+ aspect of the MCU's future so if LEGO continues producing Marvel sets they'll have to do D+ sets eventually, only thing is that we don't know how long it will take for LEGO to realise that.
  16. It works perfectly fine for me but it did take some time to get right
  17. That looks fantastic @Micmac!
  18. The Falcon and Black Widow accessory pack must've sold really poorly because it's already on the EOL list for 2020
  19. There's a difference between the Venom sets we've gotten so far and possible sets that are explicitely based on the movie Venom.
  20. Maybe someone heard about the catamaran set early on and assumed it would be a Nya-centric season. But as we all know water related vehicles aren't allowed to be owned by the water ninja
  21. The main problem is that most sets just keep recycling the same boring old concepts (oversized motorcycle, jet, drone, buggy, car, truck, mech etc) in weird colorschemes even though there is more than enough material in both the movies and comics to base these sets on. I'm still convinced MCU Legacy sets need to be a thing.
  22. Do what you want, I'll do what the rules tell us to do
  23. 2021 threads don't get created untill January 1st, before then all discussion of 2021 sets will occur in the 2020 threads. Afaik the only theme this rule doesn't apply to is Star Wars
  24. I don't believe LEGO will ever even consider making a set based on that awfull microtransactions-filled monstrosity called Hogwarts Mystery. Might as well send all those kids to Vegas then if they want to expose them to all that stuff
  25. New info from Promobricks: Small battle sets: - Kai vs a Skulkin, Zane vs a Nindroid, Jay vs a snake and Cole vs a ghost warrior - Build for each set is some kind of shrine Legacy: - Cole's Boulder Blaster is almost identical to it's 2015 counterpart - Kai's X-1 car also doesn't look much different from the original set - Jay's Electromech is a 4+ set, the Anacondrai cultists also get a small vehicle - Zane's Titan Mech is much larger and more detailed than the original set, ghost warriors are included as villains - The Tournament of Elements set is a small temple and includes Kai, Jay, Gravis, Bolobo and Jacob Pevsner (with guitar) New season: - Lloyd's jungle bike is green - The Jungle Dragon's main color is turquoise - The Guardian Village resembles a stone temple - Duel of the Catamarans features 2 catamarans, one belongs to Kai and the other to the Guardians - The Guardians have lavender-colored skin, spears, shields and some of them have 2 heads stacked on top of each other. Some of them wear a mask and can remind people of the original islanders from the Pirate theme - New hairpiece for the ninja wich features a headband Though I'm not really interested in buying any of these the stuff for the new season does sound pretty interesting. But why LEGO?! Why do you keep giving water-based vehicles to everyone except the actual water ninja?!
