  1. I just got the updated DC Superheroes Visual Dictionary in the mail. TBH I would just buy the Yellow Lantern Batman, the book isn't all that interesting. It's basically just a bunch of bios of the characters and 2-3 pages showing behind the scenes on how they design the sets for movies and stuff. This really isn't surprising though, since the minifig is bait for the collectors and the book itself seems to be meant for the kids.
  2. It would be the worst thing to happen on this website since The Tragedy of The UCS Hoth.
  3. So then it's not Bricktober, it's Brickvember or Brickcember. Oh well, the name isn't important as long as I get my hands on that Infinity War pack.
  4. I also kind of feel like this hair would look a bit nicer on him, but that's an easy fix. Well the curved white pieces would be good for making snow (perhaps for a Hoth or Crait MOC), and the jagged gray pieces would be good for making some sort of mountain or cave (Ahch-To or even a Batcave MOC). And like @LEGOscum said, you get a ton of orange pieces, considering it's not that common of a color, I think you could just buy the set for the pieces (and the mini Porg, of course) and still be happy with the purchase.
  5. I still think DJ from TLJ is the best of these polybags, the second being Mudtrooper Han. Also, since there's no Star Wars movies or shows until Mid-Late next year (besides Resistance), maybe we could see an exclusive fig from the Original or Prequel Trilogy.
  6. If I were you I'd wait until it's on sale, $50 would be a good deal for such rare pieces, plus you get another Porg minibuild. I'll probably get it to have as a little display piece, I actually like the set. Don't be that guy, this website is for Lego discussion, not for you to complain about movies you don't like. It's people like you that ruined the franchise.
  7. For the time being I would just assume Bricktober will maybe be pushed back to November (?), perhaps as a Black Friday special. They wouldn't produce the packs and make a whole big reveal just for it to go to waste.
  8. Probably, they seem to sell a pretty decent amount
  9. They'll probably just make a Joker-centric set thats not based around the movie. They did the same with Suicide Squad and X-Men: Days of Future Past
  10. Maybe they produced the October Store Calendar before Toys R Us closed
  11. You can buy (download) the Season Pass when the game comes out, which gives you access to all DLCs, or if you Pre-Order the Deluxe Edition you automatically get the Season Pass, plus a Pre Order you get you the Lex Luthor exclusive minifig. You can get more free stuff, depending on where you Pre Order the game from.
  12. The picture is a bit blurry, is that duel molding on Shazam's legs, or is it just printing? Also, is there any possibility that we could see the Doom Patrol appear in any sets? There's going to be a Doom Patrol series on the DC streaming service, so I was just curious if there was going to be any merchandising for the show.
  13. It also mentions a Batman: The Animated Series DLC and a Young Justice DLC. This game is shaping up quite nicely. Well dang. I was really hoping for a Commisioner Gordon from the game.
  14. Dang, I was hoping the $100 set would be for DC. I guess as long as its something cool it would be worth the money, though. Also, we are 245 days until Avengers 4, in case you we're wondering. I'm counting down the minutes.
  15. Not the main villain, more like the Klaw or Taserface of this movie. Its been reported for a couple of weeks now, but what really gives the rumor credibility is that he is somewhat teased during one of Tom Holland's Instagram videos. Basically he's talking about doing his own stunts (joking, of course), then you see his stunt double in the background getting hit with a big wave. Its a bit of stretch, I know, but it wouldn't be the weirdest thing to happen.
  16. So theres a rumor saying that theres going to be a Marvel set for $79.99 coming out, along with a $34.99 one. I’m 99% sure that these haven’t been mentioned in info leaks yet, but I don’t really know. In case anyone wanted to see the list for themselves, I saw this on the Brickshow website. Here’s a link https://www.google.com/amp/s/brickshow.com/2018/08/from-the-rumor-mill-several-upcoming-2019-lego-sets-to-watch-out-for/amp/ BrickShow is usually reliable with their leaks (which is exactly why they got taken off YouTube) so I’m pretty faithful that these leaks are true.
  17. Seems a bit strange, considering the rumor is basically that Hydro Man, a guy who can control water, is supposed to be a main villain, along side Molten Man, a guy who can control fire. They are literally opposites, yet somehow they’re supposed to fight Spiderman together. I’m not buying it yet.
  18. So if its included in the January wave, then we should probably see a reveal of the set sometime after the trailer comes out, which should be October-November. Or we'll have some official images before the trailer comes out, if its the same case as Aquaman.
  19. I know this is off-topic, but am I the only one who finds Alec Baldwin as Thomas Wayne in the Joker movie kind of weird? He a good actor, I just don't think he has the right look, I really can't see him with a mustache.
  20. I think Lego wants us to forget how good we had it with those sets. I wouldn't count on it. As much as I would love a minifig variant of Killer Croc, we just got him in 70907 Killer Croc Tail-Gator and in 76055 Killer Croc Sewer Smash. Maybe, since Flash is going to be in that Bat-Mech thing. It would be nice to have a member of the Justice League in each set. Also, did anyone else notice how the Bat-water-vehicle is listed as Set 3 of 4,which means there are still at least 2 more sets, with one being the rumored GCPD Headquarters.
  21. I am 150% sure they will make sets based on the Clone Wars. I mean, it's basically a cash cow. Plus, most people who watched the show probably bought the toys/ merchandise, so I'm sure they'll buy another wave of Clone Wars stuff now that they have actual money (including me). BTW, I rewatched the whole series last summer, and it definitely holds up.
  22. Oh, and in disappointing news, I heard that the Disney streaming service (now officially called Disney Play) won't be available until Fall 2019. So that means that we have to wait a full year to see Season 7 of Clone Wars, and that means that toys based on the show (or to be more accurate, Season 7) won't come out until then, including Lego. But at least I can binge watch Clone Wars over the summer so that I'm all caught up by Fall.
  23. I guess people are still pushing the Praetorian Guards battle pack. Theres a rumor going around that its going to be called Elite Guard Battle Pack and the price is going to be $14.99. The set number is 75225. I wouldn't completely trust anything until we get some pics, or until a reliable source can confirm.
  24. Also, one of the big reasons most people bought all the IW sets was to get all the Infinity Stones. But since they've all been released in sets, there's not really any big draw for A4 sets that hasn't already been made available. But I'm sure they'll find a way to make people buy the whole wave, whether it be the minifigs or the actual set designs.
  25. Get out of my head. But let's try not to wishlist though, even though a comic based GOTG set would be incredible.
